And no footwork getting your transfers from other pharmacy just have to give permission to do so they take care of the rest.

If you have 4-6 cars ahead of you, you can guarantee a 40-50 minute wait time sitting in line until you get served. Fast food drive thru's take less time to give you your food! So it begs the question: WTF is taking so long to get your prescription! My wife and I are over this and are thinking we wouldn't mind paying a little more for prescriptions if they take this long. The wait times inside the store are even more atrocious!

Shabnam rang up a prescription after we discussed changing it for the childrens version rather than the adults (prescription for a 5 year old). She had to refund it, told me it had to go back on my card even though I paid with a debit card and it will take several days to return to my account. Then she stated they would start right away to fix it for me and it would be only a few minutes. I waited a half hour before going back up to check, only to find out they hadn't even started it nor did the other staff know what was going on with it. Fully let down by this pharmacy and i'll be switching to a different location after this experience. Do better for your patients!

I feel like I have walked into a warehouse with too much square footage but can't fill it up! The store looks empty, and the aisles are vast compared to most big box stores. I didn't realize it until I got home but the inhaler is different than any other one I've received so I had to look up online how to use it. I wish they took the time to meet with me. There were like seven staff members there so I know someone could have helped me. Customer service is trash pretty much everywhere now, so this is the norm I suppose.

When I asked the pharmacist if she could pre-order the other generic, she looked at me like I was crazy and said " we only use the generic that they sent us" I know she can order generics because I work at a doctors office. I told her you know you're messing with people's medication's You probably shouldn't do that. This is the pharmacist. I did not get her name. She's a tall, slender, oriental lady with short hair. I took all my prescriptions and went to Safeway, I was treated with respect there, and they are going to order the generic that I was using at Rite Aid. I will never access Walmart pharmacies ever again. This particular one they are very rude and inconsiderate and have no customer service skills. I feel sorry for people who do not know how to advocate for themselves.
