For years, this location offered top-notch customer service, which truly set them apart. However, in recent years, I've noticed a decline in customer service. The warm, attentive interactions that once defined the Publix experience are becoming harder to find. It feels like the store became a little too comfortable being the only major grocery option in the area for a while--and that has affected how customers are treated. With new competition moving in--Nexton, Moncks Corner, and the upcoming Carnes Crossroads locations--there's going to be more choice for shoppers. I hope this motivates the Cane Bay store to refocus on the exceptional service Publix is known for. I still shop here and appreciate many things about this store, but it's time to step it back up. The customers have noticed the shift.

I had to call to verify medications for a new patient, their voice mail jail is ridiculous, will…read morenot let you talk to anyone and there are no options when calling to verify medications, if you state you are a health care provider, their system ONLY does a phone number search for the local doctors, so that doesn't let you through. Only other option is to give the patients DOB, then the system looks up phone numbers for everyone with that DOB and if it doesn't match doesn't let you do anything but leave a voice mail. Then no one calls you back. I will never use CVS for any of my personal medications, there is absolutely NO customer service, and no one there appears to care. All they want is that prescription and all your money. If you aren't calling for that they have absolutely no use for you, and they let you know it. I'd like to see them go bankrupt. That would really make me happy

I had taken my Grandmother to her primary care physician for alarming symptoms that could have potentially turned serious if not treated urgently. She was Prescribed an Antibiotic After several hours of waiting for her former Pharmacy, C** to obtain the prescription electronically I was told it would still take a couple hours to fill. At 5:30pm, C** called to inform me that the antibiotic she required, Cipro was out of stock. (Why they didn't tell me this from the get go is beyond me) Needless to say I was in panic mode! I called Daniel's Pharmacy around 5:45-5:50pm. I knew they closed at 6:30pm and this was probably a long shot but I was desperately trying to find the medication my Grandmother needed! (My Grandmother is almost 90yrs old). WOW, Daniels' Pharmacy is Amazing! My only regret is not switching her to Daniels' Pharmacy long before now. They took the basic info I provided and contacted her previous Pharmacy to retrieve the Rx along with her Insurance info. They had her Rx ready by 6:10pm. A Prescription filled that fast is usually unheard of, obviously not at Daniels though. WOW, Daniels' Pharmacy is Amazing! My only regret is not switching her to Daniels' Pharmacy long before now!
