Called the dentist back and they said it was there waiting for us. Called Cvs back '' oh its probably at Cvs on San Miguel''. OK, we go to the one on San Miguel not there either. Call the dentist again. They Finally get it straightened out and they filled it but then wanted to charge my son even though his insurance covers the cost 100%. They need more time to figure this out. 4 hours later we get the prescription and leave. What a fiasco! The people that work in these pharmacys are not trained well on how to work with insurance companies and they're rude. When my husband had surgery he went in to get a prescription for pain meds and he was already taking these for a prior injury so the pharmacist refused to fill it. They told him to come back when he was done with the first prescription even though the new one had different dosages and directions. He was furious! We only came here because it's closer to where we live and he was in alot of pain just getting out of the hospital. He grabbed that prescription back and we left and went straight to Walmart in Marina and they filled it right away, no problem. We'll never use either of these pharmacys again.

I'm not even sure this is legal based on the 1985 settlement suit in CA, i.e., "In any case, merchants are not allowed to mislead customers, such as by falsely advertising a lower price than they actually charge or hiding any differences between credit card, debit card, and cash prices.
