HORRIBLE STORE! Employees are lazy and don't care about yelling at customers. I arrived at 9:50PM, according to my cellphone, to this Camden ave store & doors were LOCKED!! I yell to the 2 employees,"It is not 10PM." & the lady with a ponytail and a lipstick mark tattoo on her right side of her neck, screamed "Store is closed." I walk to other doors marked "use other doors". I end up getting in after a person leaves thru exit door. I tell the lady it is 9:52PM on my cellphone. She screams,"We are closing & you have 5 minutes!" I yell at her, " I have more time and the store doesn't close til 10PM so why didn't you open the door? My cellphone shows 9:52PM now". Lady yells at me, "YOU NEED TO LOSE THE ATTITUDE! You have 5 mins!" I look for items & my phone says 9:56 when same lady yells, "You need to get out NOW. We are CLOSED!" I say,"No b/c it is not 10PM." I ask for her name & ID b/c she has no tag since I arrived & SHE REFUSED TO GIVE HER NAME OR ID while guy just stands at checkout & he won't talk either. He rings me up & I look at receipt which states 10:01PM- I WAS HARASSED for10 mins while there! Lady was still screaming at me saying, "I have to get home now!" I'm done w/ CVS! We got all our RXs at our local CVS, which didn't have children's meds I needed which is what sent me on while goose chase IN THE POURING RAIN to this distant CVS. I am transferring all RXs elsewhere! CVS needs to either have new store hours on their website or else hire people who can work until 10PM according the their own cash registers. I will not support CVS in anyway after this experience. read more

Don't go... the staff in the pharmacy is worse and rude. Believe they are under staffed(saw just 2 people) but the attitude to customers when they need help or advice was really bad. I was trying to get help for a over the counter medicine but the attitude shown was very pathetic, even though the drop off and pick up lines were empty. read more

This place is ridiculous. The last two prescriptions I have filled there they have lost. Now, I have called them and been placed on hold for the last 15 minutes. I've got tired of waiting and hung up. Is there really not anyone that can answer the phone for a customer and put them on hold for 15 minutes? There are plenty of pharmacies in the area. I just left this store and am taken aback by the horrendous customer service I just received. I wanted to exchange an item that was part of a promotion. The cashier refused to listen to my request in its entirety and then stated that perhaps other stores allowed what I was requesting (but how do you even know my request when you never heard me out?) It took her at least three times to actually understand what item was to be returned because she was so busy trying to tell me I didn't know what I was talking about. She refunded my money without ever understanding my request and while cutting me off whenever I tried to speak. I literally would have had to yell for her to hear me as she refused to let me speak. I was so baffled by her lack of professionalism. At the end of this bizarre interaction she asked me to sign something for receiving two bucks and some change. Sorry. Not today. Next time exercise some customer service. read more

Customer service sucks. They always only have one person at the register and almost every time I come here there is someone in front of me who has a long procedure happening. Knowing this they never bring on an extra cashier. I asked the girl today of someone else can help she said maybe my manager but she's in the middle of something. I left my stuff and walked out. This place is definitely involved in some shady business. I am honestly, and in full sincerity advising people to avoid going to the pharmacy in this CVS location at 2069 Camden Avenue. They are running some kind of a racket with ways of scheming people off of their money. I was there on Monday asking for discounts using Good RX coupons for my 73 yr old mom's medications. At first, the lady at the counter said CVS already uses Good Rx, and that the prices are calculated accordingly (with the discounts included). They were telling me to pay 150 dollars for the meds!! I took out all the coupons from the Good RX website that clearly showed that my price for the meds with the coupons should not be more than 85-90 dollars at CVS! Then the lady at the cashier (same one as before) told me that was from a different Good Rx provider....I was already mad at this point...I asked her why didn't she inform me that I can use these coupons to get a better discount on the SAME meds when I CLEARLY ASKED HER IF I COULD!!!!......She kept on saying I gave her different info and all kinds of excuses.... Another lady showed up after hearing me arguing with the one at the cashier....she was clearly annoyed and upset that I was being persistent about being conned into thinking I cannot use Good Rx coupons to get a discount on my mother's meds. She was very rude and disrespectful and showed me a horrible attitude for asking for a discount on my mother's meds. Instead of filling in the information from the Good Rx coupons on my phone herself, she kept asking me to read out all the information for her to fill in! She said ,'This is ridiculous!!!'....and kept using an insulting tone with me because I was making her work......I was FURIOUS...I screamed at her and asked her, 'Why is this ridiculous??? Because I don't want to pay double for my mom's meds??? Where am I wrong in this???'.....I felt completely discriminated against!.... At this point, I had spent over 90 MINUTES trying to solve the issue....I FINALLY got my mom's meds for the prices given at the Good Rx website for CVS prices with coupons....I also grabbed a couple of other items .........My total came up to 132.15 with a 10 dollar discount from a voucher I added to my CVS card through the internet.......The lady at the pharmacy counter was a different one this time....I have always had problems with this person...she overcharged me on a couple on earlier occasions.....so she rang me up....and told me my receipt will be digital...and gave me my change from $140 (my change was 7.85)....I went outside the store....checked my email on my phone....and noticed that she charged me THREE times for one item.......I went back in......and told them they made a mistake....the same lady who rung me up asked if I had a paper receipt.....:\....I calmly told her no because I got the digital one..she took a look......and gave me the money from the overcharge (which I wouldn't be surprised if she was thinking of pocketing herself...trust me..I know how these cash registers work!)...all the three ladies were there....no one apologized....not even one sorry....I got so mad..I asked if there was any penalty for overcharging and conning customers....the lady said, 'You did get a 10 dollar discount'....:\....so it is okay to steal my money because I got a discount?.......she mocked me by saying , 'Go ahead...complain to someone if you want us to get penalized'.....I checked my receipt again today......it says I got a 20 dollar discount..not $10.....so my initial change should have been $17.85....I only got $7.85..... I am going to contact BBB to see if an audit can be filed against this pharmacy because I am VERY much convinced they are ripping customers off....they overcharge and shortchange customers and pocket the money themselves...this is not the last they have heard of me....again.....Be VERY careful when you go to this place....check your receipts!!!!!.....don't do digital receipt at this location!!!!....and count your change! read more

I received an outstanding service from Nillofar at this CVS today! I stopped by on the way from work to pickup a cream that supposed to be ready for me. I had a busy day and was very tired. It appeared that a doctor office sent my prescription to a different pharmacy. When I've heard it, I thought I had no time to wait until they resend it. However, it took only a couple of minutes for Nillofar to get a medication ready, and moreover, she suggested I get a coupon on GoodRx, because my insurance wouldn't cover it. So, long story short, all together it took only 5minutes! and I left pharmacy paying a half price! I'm glad that this pharmacy is in my neighborhood. Thank you Nillofar! read more

The staff is nice. All pharmacies are not real efficient or convenient these days. All have long waits and service issues. I think they do the best they can as the pharmacy seems mis managed. read more
