After having had my prescription refill request for hours, I showed up on my way home to get it. The assistants were very nice, but basically told me it wasn't finished and they weren't allowed to give me an estimated time. When the pharmacist herself came over to speak to me, she was downright hostile and completely unprofessional. She told me I should have my doctor's office just use a different pharmacy, even though they've had my prescription order for most of the day. I would avoid this pharmacy like the plague. This whole pharmaceutical system inside these stores needs to end. Clearly the system has failed.

Don't go to this Walgreens if you want your prescription on time. The drive through window always…read morehas someone discussing prescriptions or filling out a clipboard and returning it. They don't make these people go inside and the drive through is long and there's no one there when you finally get to the front of the line. I usually have to press the call button for someone to show up, even if there's a line of cars. Going in is just as bad. You wait on a long line behind people discussing each of their prescriptions or struggling to figure out the card reader and keypad. The main cause of all of this is that this location's pharmacy is grossly understaffed. They transferred a number of prescriptions from local closed pharmacies and can't handle the volume. Now they've started charging for delivery, so I'm taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

The other day, I was in the MJ Market and noticed they offered frozen yogurt. The gentleman behind the cash register also ran the Sweet Retreat counter. He explained how he makes the fro-yo, and it would take a few minutes to make a 16-oz batch. Well, those few minutes turned into 15-minutes. That's because there wasn't a backup cashier. Everytime a customer wanted to pay for something, the gentleman had to stop and go help them. Now, I don't know if that hurt the quality of the fro-yo. I ordered a 16-oz fro-yo w/ strawberries added. Price $11.50. The container was overflowing, so it was probably more than 16-oz. How was the fro-yo? It could of used a double dose of strawberries. The strawberry flavor was somewhat mild. Usually flavored fro-yo is completely blended with a tartness. My fro-yo was more like a swirl, with pockets of tart yogurt and swirls of strawberry. It was just okay, but not worth $11.50. Would I return for frozen yogurt here? No thanks
