The dermatologist's office suggested this pharmacy because the cream would be a bit more affordable. The pharmacy called as soon as they received the prescription and even though insurance would cover the prescription at a much higher cost, they still checked. The cost would have been close to $300 if I went through insurance but if filled directly with Wellness, it was $90. Communication was smooth, I got regular updates via text, even an option to prepay before gong to pick up the prescription. I went by to pick up my prescription around 3pm on a weekday and there was no line and I was in and out with my cream. I removed one star because of the parking situation - I can never get parking here, I used to go to a RN in the same building and it was always bad. For the number of businesses in the building, there is very limited parking in front. You can go around the back and park in the dirt and walk up or park in the underground parking. Basically, it's a bother. Great service and people!

They don't make these people go inside and the drive through is long and there's no one there when you finally get to the front of the line. I usually have to press the call button for someone to show up, even if there's a line of cars. Going in is just as bad. You wait on a long line behind people discussing each of their prescriptions or struggling to figure out the card reader and keypad. The main cause of all of this is that this location's pharmacy is grossly understaffed. They transferred a number of prescriptions from local closed pharmacies and can't handle the volume. Now they've started charging for delivery, so I'm taking my prescriptions elsewhere.

The hospital recommended this pharmacy and sent the prescription here. Within 30 minutes, I got a call that the medication wasn't in stock nor available for 4 more days. I chose to put the order on hold. A few minutes later, I changed my mind and went to the same pharmacy to request them to transfer the order to another store. The pharmacist who helped was incredibly kind and helpful. Literally had two physical phones up to his ear to contact other stores and ensure they had the item in stock. That level of service is really REALLY special. He could have easily just redirected me somewhere else (16 miles away) and made it someone else's issue to deal with but instead, he chose to do the right thing and make sure what I needed was there before I left. To me, that shows integrity and commitment to work. Yes, the area is a little sketch. Yes, the parking lot has a lot of trash. Yes, the wait times can be a little long. But the customer service is top notch. I'd come back if I needed 24/7 medication in the future.
