Today was Valentine's Day and first thing this morning a clerk not only greeted us but was dressed so festive in a wonderfully decorated Valentine's Day hat! Very bad experience with Shahla at CVS Pharmacy. She was working in the pharmacy department when I went to buy medicine for my cold, and she made me feel extremely uncomfortable. Even though she was wearing a mask, glasses, and gloves, she acted like she didn't even want to touch the cash I gave her. She used napkins to handle the money and gave me my change using napkins as well, acting like I should stay far away. Honestly, it made me feel like she didn't want to help me at all, and I couldn't help but feel like her behavior was racist. If she's working at CVS Pharmacy, she should understand that people come there because they are sick and need help. Instead of treating customers with care and respect, she made me feel unwanted and very uncomfortable. This is not acceptable, and I hope CVS management looks into this situation. read more

My usual Rite Aid is closed temporarily which brought me to this location. The location looks older which is fine. I was greeted pleasantly on the way in and out which was nice. The pharmacist staff who helped me was bright and cheerful which was nice too. But why the 2 stars you ask. The main pharmacist was quite rude to the 2 senior citizens he was engaging with. It was not quite over the line to the point of needing an intervention but it was not pleasant either. read more

it says they close at 11 on apple maps but it's a lie. i drove all the way over there in the cold and just needed my medicine and was informed that i could get it until 11, so i took my time only to be LIED TO. This is ridiculous im reporting the hours. read more

I come to this location pretty often, and the staff here is always great--super helpful and they do a solid job getting people in and out in a timely way. Just a heads up for anyone new: it's not a fast food drive-thru, so a little patience definitely helps! One small thing I've noticed--there's a newer pharmacist, I think his name is Larry? (Could be wrong.) He doesn't seem all that friendly, especially with older folks or customers in general. Hopefully, he picks up some tips from the rest of the crew, because everyone else is awesome. I'm not really sure why the pharmacy here hasn't received more stores. I had all my RX transferred from the Walgreens on N. Santa Cruz because most of the time they never had my medication or were pretty rude. The staff at CVS on the other hand has always been extremely helpful and kind. They take the time to figure out when your medication will be in me make sure it's ready when you need it! read more

This CVS (Los Gatos Blossom Hill) used to be good but now the newer (again) pharmacists have attitudes. I have seen two that either can't count or they don't know how to use a calendar. And, they won't discuss it! I would like to know how they calculate when to approve a controlled medication. I take 5-6 different meds (cause I'm old), fill them all on the same day, next month the web site says ready for pick up (the controlled is blank or incomplete), I get down there and the pharmacist makes me come back the next day -just for the controlled medication. It was always ok to fill two days early (it's legal and ok w the insurance co), even the techs agree -but the pharmacist gets involved and makes me wait another day, why?? If I was a stranger, I would understand but I've been going there for years so they know it's legit. Does anyone know how it works?? I used to count the day filled as day One go forward 28 days and all is well for PU -NOT ANYMORE! It's common knowledge their phone system is about 5% useful and the website is a little better but it's never complete enough to tell me what day to go in so I always have to go in twice or run too low on all my meds every month. Bad customer services! Never buy gift cards at this store. I bought a $100 Visa gift card and opened it the next day to find out it is missing 4 numbers on the card. I really needed the card for travel so came back the same day to the store to talk to a African female worker there. To my surprise, she refused to give me refund or exchange another card. Today I called the pharmacy about refilling prescription. The individual who answered the phone argued with me that I didn't have that prescription, even though they have filled it for me twice in the past four months. When I asked to speak to somebody else in the pharmacy, she told me that she was the only person working in the pharmacy at that moment, and I would need to call their 1-800 number for help. So I asked for her to list off all of the prescriptions that they have filled for me in the last six months. Low and behold the prescription that I was looking for was listed on my account. You guys really need to step up your customer service. It's no wonder you have horrible reviews. read more

Similar experience as Alison B.... Called in to inquire if they had stock in a certain medication and the woman on the other end was super rude, first claiming I didn't have a prescription there for it (I was a previous customer but normally choose to go to a nearby mom and pop pharmacy with excellent customer service), but this was because I was going to transfer my prescription to CVS for this one medication if they had any in stock. After a minute of painful conversation with this woman, she then proceeded to tell me she really didn't have any time to talk with me because there were other "paying customers" in line she needed to deal with. THIS is exactly why I won't be going here for my prescriptions. read more

Noelle's Yelp Notebook 2015 This CVS is located in the King's Court Shopping Center. The entire shop is clean and well organized. What I like best is the friendly customer service. They have a decent selection of arts and crafts supplies for the kids. Currently, they have a huge selection of summer items- coolers, water toys, lawn chairs, etc. Before we headed to Happy Hollow, my toddler and I stopped here for snacks and water. We bought Belvita crackers and Smart Water. I also picked up some Bert's Bees face wipes for sensitive skin to be refreshed at the hot park. My coolest find here was the Niveia colored lip balm which goes on light like Chapstick, with a hint of color and looks exactly like my MAC lipstick at a fraction of the cost (most likely with less chemicals). I purchased a Nature's Way bottle of vitamins. I opened the bottle and found the safety seal unattached to the bottle top. I went all the way back to return the bottle and, since I didn't have my receipt, was only given store credit for half of what I paid. WHY COULDN"T YOU TRACK MY TRANSACTION THROUGH MY EXTRA CARE ACCOUNT ? ? ! Nevertheless, I go to the vitamin area to get another bottle and find all the pharmacy customers lined up in the aisle where exactly my vitamins would be! ARGH! So I left. Once again, add this to all the other bad experiences I seem to regularly have at CVS ! And mind you, this was all because of a defective product purchased at your store ! ! read more

This place is horrible. They will not take any phone calls but refer you to their webpage which never gets updated. You are completely on your own. It is over a week and I am still without my medicine. I called and waited over an hour on the phone. They say they will automatically refill your prescriptions, but I have to call it in every time. Sometimes they say your medicine is there, and my elderly husband waits in line a half hour and they say to come back the next day. Believe me--this place has made me cry more than once read more

Came here from ER at 8 15 pm on Friday, Dec 2 thinking they are closed. Luckily found it open. I wanted my prescription to be transferred and filled. There was plenty of time to do it. The lady in the round glasses was clearly in no mood to help me even when I said had I need it urgently. She was SO RUDE to me. She flicked me away with her hand and said "Go there and wait. I cant do it anymore. Im done. I have so much work". She dint even bother to check. Lady, if you are so hesitant to work for us, customers, why do you work at all? I was literally the only person there in the pharmacy. I have never been so demeaned ! And you are in a customer facing role. First learn how to talk properly to your clients. Tonight I went into what is usually one of my favorite stores only to be quite upset some woman employee was not following the COVID-19 Recommendations. She began approaching me and was within 3 feet when I asked her to keep the distance. I had to say it twice and she did not seem to even grasp how I would be concerned. I think it is important the managers take action to talk with employees and also to put more signs up for customers. WASTE OF TIME EVERY TIME!!! I cannot remember the last time I came in here and my prescriptions were not screwed up. They sent me a multiple messages that all three were ready, I come in and only one is ready. I have to go to Drop Off and wait in line again, which is literally 20 ft to the left of pickup. 30 minutes? Wasting my time, every time. I'm done with this place!!! The cvs website and yelp says it is open until 11pm. I came there today at 10:40pm and it is closed. I knocked the door, there is no one. There were some other cars that arrived and people tried to reach there. How can they be so irresponsible??? It is the greatest disrespect to their clients. If it is written that they are open until 11pm they should be open until 11pm. Otherwise people who need help and buy the medicine spend their time to get there rather than go to some other place that is open. read more

When Rite Aid closed they rolled my prescriptions over to CVS on Blossom Hill. I have had bad experiences there that I never experienced with the cold Old Rite Aid. CVC Blossom hill has: -- been out of stock & told me I should contact my doctor to get another prescription for the larger dose tablets & then left me dead in the water to figure things out. Rite Aid would have called my doctor & discussed the issue so I could get my meds -- Twice the older pharmacist loudly discussed my meds & told me I shouldn't take it because he didn't think I needed it -- One prescription they shorted me 7 pills on what was supposed to my 30 pills (that was the med the pharmacist LOUDLY didn't think I needed) So now I will have to count the pills at the counter to ensure the correct amount, which will inconvenience waiting customers in line. Not fair to other customers but I don't trust this pharmacist. -- Ignored my doctors specific request for the non genetic form of my med since I had a reaction from the generic. I pick up my meds, bring them home, only to find they gave me the generic! I know all pharmacies work hard but CVS has been off the charts BAD! read more

This pharmacy used to owned by the Long family and they sold the franchise to CVS. This place is alright, but I like to go to one place for all my pharmacy needs. Also they don't carry the medication I need for my chronic disc pain. I have had previous medications filled here with no issue. I just prefer another place that has and provides all my needs. read more

This Pharmacy location is ok, nothing wrong. But CVS, "CAREPASS" is BAD program, charging $ 5 per month, and does not allow you to cancel it, basically they just charge $5 on credit card monthly, and do not allow you to know even your CarePass number. It is rip-off Anyway CVS normally will charge you 2 times more than other similar store I will never to for this kind of CVS program, they are fooling people read more
