Went in, spoke to Nikki and I was taken care of in minutes. I now do all my prescriptions here and they're great! They notify me when I need to refill (sweet) and when things are ready to pick up, etc. They're always totally helpful and attentive to what I need. A couple times I've gone in and had questions about various drug changes and they always take the time to discuss thoroughly the various possibilities of different drugs, possible side effects, prices, you name it- everything I need to know! Go to the chains and try to get a pharmacist to spend 15-20 minutes looking up info for you and talking about the rather endless drugs available for a given problem!!! Good luck. Horrible wait time in pick-up drive through pharmacy. This Walgreens pharmacy has been horrible…read moresince Covid. Wait times are quite long due to, from what I can tell, due to under staffing. It looks like only one pharmacist and one pharmacy tech on at a time to handle all prescription receiving, filling and pick up. I arrived at 1053 and am third in line in the drive up window. From the time I arrived, it's been 17 minutes for the first in line to leave at 1110. It took 17 minutes for the 2nd in line to leave at 1127 and much to my surprise I was helped and revived my Rx and departed in 1 minute and departed at 1128. A total waiting time of 35 minutes with my car running and on a 30 minute lunch break.
