Horrible wait time in pick-up drive through pharmacy. This Walgreens pharmacy has been horrible…read moresince Covid. Wait times are quite long due to, from what I can tell, due to under staffing. It looks like only one pharmacist and one pharmacy tech on at a time to handle all prescription receiving, filling and pick up. I arrived at 1053 and am third in line in the drive up window. From the time I arrived, it's been 17 minutes for the first in line to leave at 1110. It took 17 minutes for the 2nd in line to leave at 1127 and much to my surprise I was helped and revived my Rx and departed in 1 minute and departed at 1128. A total waiting time of 35 minutes with my car running and on a 30 minute lunch break.

This Walmart pharmacy should be the standard, just know if I ought to move out of the 559, I'd be deviated to leave this pharmacy behind. They also are very quick to respond when I would need a refill, they'd call my doctors immediately and nearly the next day I could have my medication ready! This pharmacy is fast, efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. I was in the store about 30 minutes total which went by fast!! Check out was mostly the longest as there was a line as there we're workers on the floor helping customers and one checking people out. The check out lady was a young girl and we had a lovely conversation on my side gig so it was nice to be helped and hopefully help her too on my personal shopping side hussle. Lastly, I only have positive things to say about this location and definitely would love to go back in a heart beat!! They treat me with respect, and make sure I get refills in a timely manner. I love that they offer pick up and delivery. MyMed pharmacy is a real customer service oriented business. The staff is friendly and professional. The pharmacist, seeing that her pharmacy tech was on the phone, came up to the counter to help me. Recently, my PCP prescribed two antibiotics for infections, and she wanted me to start them ASAP. She sent the prescriptions to Manor Drugs. I called to give Manor a heads up. Long story short, the prescriptions were delivered within a couple of hours. I took the first doses within 4 hours from the time they were prescribed!!! Further, Linda at Manor was concerned about possible allergies to one of the antibiotics. When she first called me, I was not available. She persevered until she explained what I should look for with regard to a possible allergy and what I should do if I had a reaction. The people at Manor are caring and concerned about my welfare, and work hard to make sure my prescription needs are met. I give them a big thank you!!! You guys are awesome!!! I called and the person I talked to on the phone was really nice and asked if I was paying with my insurance I said yes if they took it and they said they did. When I arrived I was greeted. This place was nice and clean they sold medical mobility equipments such as wheelchair, commodes and I also saw some bath products used at nursing homes/hospitals. When I got to the counter and asked about the nebulizer apparently they took PPO BCBS but not from trinity health... I'm not sure why but no big deal I just paid out of pocket for it. The staff was friendly. If in need of any medical equipment I would definitely check this place out However, double check your insurance because medical equipment aren't cheap.
