Horrible wait time in pick-up drive through pharmacy. This Walgreens pharmacy has been horrible since Covid. Wait times are quite long due to, from what I can tell, due to under staffing. It looks like only one pharmacist and one pharmacy tech on at a time to handle all prescription receiving, filling and pick up. I arrived at 1053 and am third in line in the drive up window. From the time I arrived, it's been 17 minutes for the first in line to leave at 1110. It took 17 minutes for the 2nd in line to leave at 1127 and much to my surprise I was helped and revived my Rx and departed in 1 minute and departed at 1128. A total waiting time of 35 minutes with my car running and on a 30 minute lunch break. read more

If you need your medication ASAP DONT come to this pharmacy. Pulled up to drive through at 530pm and Technician said the rx wasn't there. Called the Doctor office and they confirmed that rx was sent over. Very disappointed with the service here. Don't come here. read more

I waited on hold for over 20 minutes. Then when I showed up no one acknowledged me in the drive thru. I pushed the call button maybe 4. I could see 3 employees walking around not one person waved or came to say something like we will be right with you. They definitely need to work on customer service. This rating is entirely directed at the pharmacy. This pharmacy is one of the worst I have ever had to deal with. You can't get through to anyone depending on the time of day and the pharmacy staff working. It's a constant waiting game and I work for a compounding pharmacy but to call and hole and then to have someone answer the call to tell you to hold giving you no time to even say anything is rude, unacceptable and unappreciated but what's worse is when they hang up on you repeatedly! 3x back to back 08-06-25 between 330-5pm. Called and held... someone picks up and says hold please and then later when it rings back I'm assuming they pick up and hang up without saying a word. This is not ok... this is unacceptable behavior. You might be busy but that's the job... answer calls is part of ur job(I do it daily) and never would I treat a pt. The way this pharmacy does... maybe other locations are better but this speaks volumes for how this particular store will treat you. I can't say enough about how bad the service is with Walgreens. Sadly it's one of few options used by my employer. If you take daily medications? You will fight to get refills every time they are due. The app? Never works... is useless. They have "auto refills" that never auto refill. This place is the worst. They need to fire every single person that works there they never available to help, they always rude with customers. The lady with the long purple hair and glasses and the young white guy with a ring on his nose they are both horrible human beings. I don't know who gave them a job to work with people. They are far trained for that skill. I don't care if I drive far, but I will never step foot in that place again no wonder they only have one star. Very long wait times at the pharmacy. The drive through pharmacy clerks know they're very hard to hear. I only understood maybe a few words of what they said. She said I needed a coupon handed it to me and said scan it and go back to the end of the line but 3 cars pulled up behind me while I was trying to understand her. I had to wait 90 minutes past my appointment time for my flu and covid vaccines (as did the other people there). If not for the music festival I'm attending in two weeks, I would've left, but I don't want to pick anything up in the crowd so I felt I had to wait it out. No apologies from the staff. Long wait times in the drive up line often (but I hear that is at most pharmacies). It's really hit and miss these days. Sometimes it's reasonable, other times wait time is ridiculous. I do appreciate the pharmacy staff. They work hard. The phone service is very difficult to get through on and I have on many occasions waited on the phone for 10 to 15 minutes only to be hung up on and have to start over. All in all, I have stuck around because I'm not sure it will be any better anywhere else. read more

What a joke! Went in for advice about medication for a tooth ache for a friend. After waiting in line for 8 minutes someone finally acknowledged me. I placed a curbside pick up and signed in when I got there per app, waited 10 mins and nobody came. I called the store and talked to a store rep who answered the phone she was going to call someone 10 mins has now passed and still no one has came to bring my curbside pickup. This is ridiculous and when you need to call about it being brought out and it still never comes. I have waited over all 20 mins and this is frustrating especially with a screaming toddler in the car. read more

This is an interesting story. Stopped by for some OTC cough syrup. I didn't find what I was looking for so I stood first in line to ask at the pharmacy counter. I was told they'd be right with me. The counter guy took care of his phone call, then the drive thru. Then the person at the counter. Then a phone call, then the drive thru. Then an order was up for a waiter, so he took care of them. By now there was quite a line behind me. Then a new phone call was taken. Viola! I'm catching on. I called the pharmacy and continued to wait. After a few minutes on hold the actual pharmacist picked up my call. This is just as the counter guy decided to call me over. More than 20 minutes for a very quick and simple question. For a pharmacy your bathrooms are incredibly filthy. As in drug use filthy. Your employees stand around and the one who is assisting someone at the cash register during regular operating hours has a line of ten people and when you ask another employee to ring you up they begin an argument of who's department. Twice my photos have been lost and once never even printed. My last straw is seeing employee toss and throw medication bottles around. Disgusting. read more

I was in the drive through prescription pickup window and the sign said, "we will be back at 2:00" so it was 2:05 and I rang the bell, like hey it's after 2!!! I've come to realize that Yelp isn't just about calling businesses out on the good and the bad, but it's also a vehicle to warn other consumers that if they're already full of their daily quota of stupid people, some places just need to be avoided. Having said that, and now looking back and realizing I had no business getting in the Walgreens Drive-Thru line yesterday expecting good customer service, let me tell you a tale. I dropped off a prescription at 3:30pm on a Tuesday afternoon. I was told that the medications would be ready by 6. These medications were both prescribed for the sick, snotty little boy from my last review and his sick, snotty little brother. I came back at 6:15, got in the drive-thru line and when it was my turn, was told that the prescriptions weren't ready yet and that it would be another 10 minutes. I left, picked up my husband from work, came back and got back in line again. This time, (about 6:45) I was told they only filled one prescription because the other one wasn't covered by our insurance. I was told it wasn't covered because it was an OTC med and that it would be considerably cheaper for me to walk in and purchase it off the shelf. So I agree, send my card up to pay, and wait. And wait. A different woman gets on the intercom and tells me the same information. I tell her I'd like to pay for the remaining meds. And we wait. About 15 minutes after that, a regular pharmacy tech gets on the phone and he tells me that my second prescription isn't ready yet. I parrot back what I've been told (twice now, mind you) and am informed that I'll need to pull through and get back in line and wait again while they fill the second med, which, it turns out, ISN'T an OTC medication and has to be filled by them. By this point, I'm crazed, because I've been there three times in three hours, waited over an hour in line and am now being told, "Hey, we screwed up. Please inconvenience yourself some more by going to the end of the line and waiting some more." I told him (without cussing or screaming) why I was upset, and as I watched other irritated patrons drive off without their prescriptions, I knew it was time to switch pharmacies. AVOID, especially if you're sick and you'd like your medication to be dispensed quickly enough to keep you alive. read more

I usually come here late night because I work late, but I haven't been in awhile. Yesterday, I went and got some Spiderman toys for my niece's birthday because she loves Spiderman and I saw some stuff while browsing the week before at a different Walgreens. I asked for gift reciepts in case she didn't like it, but the cashier, this young Asian girl told me they don't do gift reciepts and I told her I am pretty sure they do because I know they sell a lot of things during Christmas and I'm pretty sure they give gift reciepts during that time. The cashier went and got her shift lead who was able to run it through. During this time, I already had my chip inserted while waiting. The cashier did not smile or was nice to me once. She seemed inconvenienced that I asked for a gift reciept and there was only one person in line behind me. Then she gave me this look, raised her eyebrows and shrugged her shoulders as if to say put your card in so I told her I've had my card inserted this whole time. Absolutely not friendly and made me feel like she did not want to be there, bad vibes. I work in customer service too. I've even gone into work after going to a funeral and still put on a smile and go about my day. If I wasn't in a hurry, I would have said something to her shift lead. I've been picking up medicines for my parents for years at this pharmacy and I like how friendly and nice everybody is. The lady pharmacist is actually very sweet and caring. She always asks about my parents and goes through their medicines with me every time I have a new prescription. However they can be very busy sometimes and I've seen the technicians and pharmacists running around like crazy while some customers yelling at them. What a scene! I wish they could get more help. I think the company should consider having more technicians who are competent at their jobs so the chaos wouldn't happen. read more

I've been using this Walgreens pharmacy for maybe 15 years. I may have to find another store. Trying to get a prescription filled here is murder. The pharmacy department is so short staffed, it's ridiculous. I've been in line for 25 minutes already and only one person completed their transaction. That was 15 minutes ago. I would give zero stars, this is for the pharmacy only. We had an appointment for a second Covid vaccine. The wait was 40 minutes not including the 15 minutes we were asked to come early or the 15 minutes required after the vaccine. This would be okay if they were busy however there was no one waiting for a vaccine or for the pharmacy, after about 20 minutes a line developed down the isle where the first person waited about 10 minutes to be helped. Waste of time go somewhere else. read more

I actually love this walgreens. I cant speak for the pharmacy section but customer service up front is awesome. I'm always greeted when I walk in and the employees breanna and tammie are awesome and so sweet. I dont care about paying the extra few dollars to come here to get my stuff and avoid Walmart. I wish they carried stella berry wine but other than that no complaints from me. It's always clean in there too. I'm a happy weekly customer. read more

I've used this particular Walgreens for 10+ years and I'm just about ready to call it quits. The customer service is horrific both in-store, at the drive-thru, and on the phone. The pharmacy has devolved into a cesspool of horrors. Despite the fact that I refill my prescriptions the same time every month, over half the time they need to "order more", suspend my refill request, and then never fill the backorders. If you try calling to get the order rolling again, you're placed on hold over and over again WITHOUT EVER HEARING A HUMAN VOICE, they simply pick up the phone each time it rings again and keep hitting the hold button. As of this moment, someone has rolled the call back into a hold EIGHT times for a grand total of 46 minutes, thus far. Dr. Winton is the ONLY saving grace at the moment. He's polite, answers questions, and is always pleasant. A second, middle eastern, female pharmacist snaps at you on the phone and is just as impatient and rude in person. Customer service is definitely not her forté. read more
