Melissa Schlenker, who I believe is the Head Pharmacist, does such an outstanding job of going the extra mile for each and every customer. She has the patience of a saint and is outstanding in every way. Her assistant, Kelly, is excellent as well. She knows her job and does it so well. I am thankful for such great people at our Hamburg Weis Pharmacy. I will conlude by saying that Amy Breidigan, Front Desk Manager is just wonderful. Always helpful and with a smile on her face. These 3 gals are at the top of anyone's list. Professionalism at Its Finest!!!

Many of the workers-- ironically, usually the ones who work with the walk-up consumers-- have a "I…read morenever do anything wrong-- you're obviously the one with the problem" mindset. We are currently waiting on a prescription that they were supposed to get clarity from the doctor but didn't. When the doctor called to clarify-- because they wouldn't call-- they wouldn't answer the phone. The doctor called multiple times without them answering. But, of course, it's everyone else's fault. Never theirs. We're currently waiting 32 minutes for a simple prescription; but, yeah, nothing is ever than simple when you have noncommunicative, combatative employees. Maybe Rite Aid has better customer service? I honestly don't know why we still go here.
