No its ensuring customers cant get assist they need. "Discriminatiion" would be not allowing someone to work the floor becayuse they have a limp or other impairment that does not impair their ability to do the job but they are told you can;t be on floor because you limp. etc. You dont hire a lifeguard who can;t swim because that would be discrimination. However the entire apparel team was standing and doing absolutely nothing but talking while the floor definitely needed help. Not good to see that many employees standing - meanwhile one of the presumed managers kept yelling at someone stocking candy at the checkout lanes. Oh and the guest service went really quickly.
