I was told they were out on lunch break and my prescription might not be filled till 4 AM. I remained in the parking lot until 6am and nothing. I then went home and didn't get a text till after 9 AM that my prescription was ready. By that time, I was already in excruciating pain and bleeding excessively. Whoever was working, the pharmacy was unprofessional and dismissive. I strongly do not recommend this pharmacy. If you do need a 24 hour one I suggest Monterey Park on Atlantic. They would've had my prescription ready as soon as I drove out of the ER parking lot.

I called to the center, and was advised it must have "got hung up in processing". Dealing with this pharmacy has been problematic. If you have an alternative, always take it. I don't feel this pharmacy's management has control of their operation, and thus, cannot guarantee customers are properly serviced.

I asked for one after I finished my transaction and then was told they dont have any. He told me I can go to customer service to get my dime back. An elderly woman working in the pharmacy approached me through the window and she told me urgent care was on the third floor. I thanked her and told her I was just taking down the number. She turned around and started running her mouth to the pharmacist there with her. He asked her what I needed, she said "She's writing down the number to urgent care." Pharmacist asked why. This bitter old woman replies, "I don't know, because she's stupid." Apparently they didn't realize I could hear their conversation loud and clear through their window. When I called them out on it, all of a sudden neither could comprehend what I was saying back to them (it was probably best they didn't hear me as I was furious).
