I completely understand having a daily limit, but I work full-time and attend school full-time, so taking time off to come during the posted hours only to be turned away is extremely frustrating. This has also happened to other students at my school. If walk-ins can stop being accepted before the posted hours end, there should be a clearer policy or updated hours so people aren't wasting their time. I really hope this can be addressed.

This excessive wait time for a stand by patient significantly disrupted my schedule and resulted in stress, and medical needs. It seems like if they don't want walk-ins and felt completely ignored. I waited 3hrs and was still not called. As a patient I value my time, but this is for sure my last time going to this particular office, it's simply Horrible and bad service. I did end up going to Lab Corp as a walk-in and they treated me well, I was out in less than 30min. Hope they will stop wasting patients time and I would rather have them telling me that they don't accept walk-ins... I would have understood. I will never go back and will not recommend this office.
