Seems simple enough to request a refill, but they don't confirm receipt of an online request, or let you know the script is ready. On a more personal note, the meds I order require a specific dosing tool because the medication is meted out in clicks. Village Pharmacy has compounded the medication into syringes at least half a dozen times, which makes me wonder what else they are missing. I prefer to support local businesses, but as soon as the dosage matches that available on Chewy, I'll be switching to their pharmacy.
