The female pharmacists at this location are extremely rude . I dread going there to pick up prescriptions.

I came to this CVS on a weekday and the store was not busy at the time. Everything was organized and had labels. The store seemed clean in my opinion, not sure why previous reviews say otherwise. Because everything was organized, I was able to find what I needed right away, and proceeded to the checkout line. The employee, Juliana, greeted me right away. She asked me how I was doing, if I found what I needed, and she was so kind. She exuded happiness and I appreciated that. I had a coupon that wasn't scanning and she took the time to figure it out (thank goodness there was no waiting line). She was very helpful and one of the fewest nicest CVS employees I've encountered. Also, instead of just checking me out, she asked me if I wanted to use the other coupons in my account. Not all the employees ask, so I appreciated that she made sure. Awesome great quality employee! She made my experience at this CVS wonderful. read more

The pharmacist Yulema was extremely rude to me. I just had a dental procedure done and was trying to get my prescription. She talked about me in Spanish and called me loony. I told her there was no need to be rude to me I just had a procedure done. She said I'd need to wait an hour for my prescription but then spent the entire time texting, walking around, and talking. She had my medications ready and purposely held on to them for 30 minutes longer just to spite me. When she checked me out she called me a dog in Spanish, I told her I understood what she said and she needs to treat her customers better. She needs to be fired. CVS is already losing customers due to its issues. You don't need to have a rude entitled pharmacist to lose you more customers. read more

The manager they have in the pharmacy is very inconsiderate and rude. I don't think she knows HIA laws because she yelled at me and telling me that my doctor should do what she says honestly I didn't know a pharmacist knows better than a doctor and calling Headquarters does not help because headquarters said that she has the right to do what she wants so I think I'm going to write a letter to help me Howard on channel 7 because I have read the reviews on this pharmacy and CVS does nothing read more

0 stars for the pharmacy. The employee's in the pharmacy are rude, and never respond or acknowledge the customers in the store. They just stay in the back and pretend to fill orders, which is not actually being done because the orders are never ready. Go to the one in the next shopping center over at US1 and 112 because this one is just garbage. read more

Got there and stood in the pharmacy line with 6 people in front of me. Took 30 minutes to get to the counter. Idk what they're doing back there but this pharmacy used to be fantastic. Big efficiency issues here. Staff needs to change. read more

Pharmacy is terrible: staff incompetent and unhelpful. My dr. called in prescription Friday, CVS App said it was filled on Friday. On Saturday afternoon (the day my meds run out) Store says "not in stock. Maybe try on Monday." No call, nothing. If this was lifesaving medicine (as opposed to just important to my health), I guess I'd be dead by Monday. They don't give a crap. This is about the 10th--and last--time this pharmacy has screwed things up. Store should close. read more

One star is being generous. The lead pharmacist is incredibly rude and disrespectful. It used to be very well run and efficient with kind staff; however, now it is beyond awful and unacceptable. Every time I go, there is a long line and the lead female pharmacist is always verbally abusive. She never has a smile or a nice thing to say to anyone. It is a terrible reflection on CVS. read more

This pharmacy has REALLY REALLY REALLY gone downhill. Every time I walk in, there is a long line of people who did not get their prescriptions filled. Including me. I have waited over a week and they still have not filled my prescription despite them telling me that they put in the order for it. Also they never answer the phone I have stayed on hold for close to 20 minutes before. This forces me to drive there and essentially waste my time. It's unfortunate because this location is so convenient. But I also noticed they hired new pharmacists so I expect that is why their service has plummeted. The store itself is fine but the pharmacy staff is incompetent and do not follow through on a word they say. They never have medications even if you've been taking them for years and know you enough to know to order things in advance. They also never order things when they say they are going to. This was my main cvs for years and I'm never going back because it's an issue every month. So done. read more

Absolute worst pharmacy and pharmacist I have ever had the misfortune of encountering. Unprofessional and clueless as to how to treat a customer. She gave me 3 different reasons as to why she wouldn't fill my prescription: 1) "it's the law" 2) "the decision to give you the medication is up to my discretion " 3) I don't have it." Had she bothered to look at my profile and account she would have realized the script I was giving her to fill was, not only necessary for my condition but dangerous if not taken on a regular basis. I can accept the fact if it actually is a law. I asked her where I could read that information and she refused to provide it but if the decision was truly up to her discretion then she should not be allowed to decide the fate of a patients need for a medication that an actual Doctor determines is necessary for that patient. She belittled and embarrassed me for a condition for which I have no control and dismissed me with a roll of the eye and smirk. She used her power as a pharmacist to decide my fate despite my Doctors explicit instructions. I am truly at a loss as to how to proceed but I did make a formal complaint in hopes to assure she cannot do what she did to me to someone else. Shame on her! It's your typical CVS but it's a bit bigger than the one in the neighboring shopping center. I like the staff, they are always nice to me. Sometimes you have to wait because there is a line. I usually find what I want. I like the coupons that I get for $5 off your next purchase. read more

The store definitely needs some cleaning & employees need re-training. Horrible customer service by some "managers". Some of the managers aren't even trained on the companies policies regarding sales & coupons. CVS - always a great selection for a drug store. However, this location has employed Oscar The Grouch, The Wicked Witch of the West, The Big Bad Wolf, and Jabba The Hut. There is another location on the other side of the shopping center that has friendly employees that are eager to help. read more

This CVS Pharmacy location is OK it's really dirty and disorganized but the staff and pharmacists are really friendly
