Even though she doesn't work in the café, she went above and beyond to assist me with a pizza pre-order for my daughter's birthday party. She took the time to look into the situation, called me back promptly with an update, and found a solution despite my mistake of not placing the order ahead of time. Throughout the entire interaction, Marie was warm, professional, and truly customer-focused. Before ending the call, she even wished my daughter a wonderful birthday celebration, which was such a thoughtful touch. People are often quick to share negative experiences, but I believe outstanding service deserves to be recognized just as much. Then when we tried to get a refill for a medication for her, the orders had not been written right and we could not get it.
