I've been trying to get my prescriptions transferred to another pharmacy because I now live out of state and the pharmacy I'm trying to get them transferred at has tried THREE times to get in contact with this CVS and this cvs has yet to respond to their requests. It's been two weeks and cvs has only managed to transfer one prescription. Will be glad to no longer be using their services in the future. The staff was constantly rude on multiple occasions and the only times I have seen them act in a professional manner and were quick to get my prescriptions done in time were when the supervisor was there with them; otherwise they are slow and off putting. read more

Has not been the first time at this pharmacy, yet time and time again the customer service seems to only get worse. Approached pick up line, in which I waited approximately 15 minutes because there was only on associate helping. After been told nothing was ready and to just get in like for drop off (without explanation just told to go get in line, rudely if I may add) I go and get in like for drop off. Associate was much nicer and informed me they were missing my insurance information. Yet I had already updated my information and picked up past prescriptions this year. Okay fine. I provide my information, and she informs me she'll do the prescription for me shortly and I won't have to wait in line( which by now was towards the end of the aisle). Okay another 20 minutes pass and I receive a text informing me my prescription is ready for pick up. I approach the associate and tell her I was told I wouldn't have to wait for my prescription since I had already waited and I was just picking it up. She was so rude and I believe just the manner and way she responded is what caused me to write this review and just be completely done with this pharmacy. She simply told be to stand to the side and wait. I have waited another 20 minutes and nobody has said my name nor has helped me. I just fine this ridiculous that besides having to wait, as a customer I have to deal with the associates attitude. Wouldn't recommend it!!!! The incompetence of the staff is bewildering but it is apparent when you walk in at any time and there is a line of people waiting to pick a prescription that, more often than not, is not ready or is wrong. If I could give them zero stars I would. Long phone wait times for pharmacy and even longer lines. Took forever just to get a prescription transfer over from Walgreens across the street. They still claimed they didn't have it two days after them had the dr fax it over gain but then I called and of course the person on the phone is rude and nasty. read more

Customer service needs improvement. I purchased an Amazon gift card as a Christmas present for my husband. When the salesman asked for my phone number to see if I was a Rewards member, I gave it. When the sale was completed I waited for my receipt only to learn that my husband had signed up for paperless receipts, which meant he was going to see my purchased Amazon gift (for him) in his email. Horrified, I asked if the salesman could cancel the order like a return so I could purchase it without it going to my husband's email. I was told "No, all gift cards are final sales". I had 3 prescriptions to fill today so came here to drop it off. Was told to wait about 10 minutes in order for them to even tell me if the prescription could be filled. Given the amount of pain I was feeling I decided to go to Rite Aid instead. Neither pharmacy is any good, but didn't feel I could wait 10 minutes with an impinged nerve in my back just so they could tell me whether or not they could fill it. read more

Because of my insurance, I am forced to go to CVS for my prescriptions now. The line for drop offs and pick ups are usually so long. I dread going there because I know I will spend at least a half hour waiting. That's on a good day. Anyway, I count on pharmacies to make sure medications doctors prescribe don't potentially counteract dangerously. Doctors should know this, but they don't always so the pharmacy is our last form of protection before we take something dangerous. Anyway, my doctor prescribed Trazadone to me recently, which is dangerous when taken with Celexa which I already take. I didn't know that. I had a bad reaction to the Trazadone and didn't know why until a mental health professional informed me later of the dangers of these being taken together. It's scary to me that this wasn't red flagged at CVS before I picked it up. read more

I have to give this CVS 4 stars. It has always gotten me out of trouble. It is well stocked and they usually have everything you need. If they don't one of the surroding stores in the plaza will. I mainly stop here to get my eye contact solution and drops, but it is also my pharmacy for prescribed meds. I have to say that it can be a long wait to get your prescribed meds and they will give you generic brands for most name brand meds. The wait however, goes by quick because there is just so much to look at. They have a nice array of magazines and books. The staff is usually very friendly. The store is well maintained and clean. The location is convenient and parking is never a problem. Overall, it's a freakin' drugstore right? read more

This is my local CVS and I have stayed loyal since the new Walgreens has opened but I'm never going back now. I made a return on an item and the manager was so disrespectful. i have a very bad experienced in this pharmacy i dont know if thats honest mistake or just a way of stealing your prescription. i get my prescription in this pharmacy for the first time . i was there 8am i guess im their first customer my prescription cost me $540.00 for 8 pills each cost almost $70.00 and i paid cash. when i recieved my prescription i open it and found out the pharmacists gave me only 6 instead of 8 thats $140.00 shes stealing from me. yes i told the cashier i got only 6 pills and they gave me the 2 pills shes trying to steal. they did not even say a word specially the pharmacist. if this pharmacist cant even count up to 8 pills can she count 30 pills or more?. i hope they will investigate this pharmacist maybe shes doing it as a way of making extra money selling your prescription on the street. This cvs is so shitty!!! They don't let customers take out their shopping carts! So if you have kids I wouldn't buy to much unless you have help, then cashiers never know what sales are going on, they make you wait and have to go check. Today I had a deal that I guess required a printed coupon from their kiosk so they made me get out of line only to return to line to the coupon not even working and they did a manual over ride which is what they should have done initially as a courtesy, so then when I was about to pay they have NFC readers which I seen when I walked in because I had to stop without my purse so after all the shitty coupons and waiting I tried to pay with my cellphone (apple pay) which then they said they had but didn't work. The pharmacists were still there everyone kept saying "were closed"and no one offered to help me after I said the medicine was for my son.I have gone to a lot of stores and they help you out until everyone has been helped. Customer service leaves much to be desired starting with the cashier/ manager Sheila who's off-putting demeanor and lack of acknowledgement for the customer set the tone for the evening. I went in to do a simple exchange for another CVS nutritional product just in a different flavor. Since i had a receipt I thought it wouldn't be a problem.. not according to the manager. she said since mine was a sale item and had been purchased at a different store in the Valley I would have to pay the full price now if I wanted to make an exchange. I told her I didn't think this was fair since all I wanted was the same exact product just in a different flavor which was what I was looking for when I originally bought the product but the store happened to be out of that item and I was told that I could exchange it at any store it as long as I had my receipt. She refused to do my exchange because according to her it went against policy and then pointed to a long list of rules and regulations and if I wanted the same exchange to go back to the original store 12 miles away! really?!?! all this for two items? I shouldn't have to jump through so many hoops just to do a simple transaction and leave the store feeling like the bad guy. Thank you CVS and Sheila for making me feel like some low life who is trying to rip you off. I do a lot of my pharmacy business there but now I think I'll take my business elsewhere where I'm appreciated as a customer and not seen as some sort of criminal. I'd give zero stars if I could. Today, I dropped off a prescription personally, at 2:56pm. The girl who assisted told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. Not a terribly long wait considering their track record. So I wait, luckily no one is around. After 20 minutes I come back, only to be informed that not only is it not ready, but that they haven't even started on it. I'm told to go back to the drop-off window to see what they can do. It's now been 45 minutes and I still don't have my prescription. I can appreciate that it's Christmas today, but there's very few customers, enough staff, and this is not the first time this happens. This is ongoing. The only reason I come here is because my insurance is tied to this b*llsh*t place and its the closest one to my house. But I'm going to find another. I get that they may be busy, but why consistently lie to customers about the time it will take? At least be honest! read more

Unfortunately I had to transfer my prescriptions to this CVS from Walgreens due to insurance disputes. So far every time I drop off or pick up a prescription the lines are horrendous. 30mins to drop off and 45mins to pick up. The pharmacy and store have been understaffed for the last year. I'm considering transferring my prescriptions to Target that's how bad it is! read more

I called this pharmacy to check if they had my prescribed medicine in stock. The time on hold was not bad, about 2 minutes to get someone to speak to me. Then another 3 minutes to come to the conclusion that they do not carry my prescribed medicine. This was better than Rite Aid's 12 minute hold to even get to the pharmacy. read more

I love going in to this store I like how the employees at cvs make me and others feel like we're friends and we can come in and they can help us I recommend you guys go to this store. One time I went in a young man Eric helped me find something that I needed and he took his time and helped me take my items to my car I have never revived better customer service than in this store I was also attended by a young lady I don't remember her name it started with a D, dolly or something she made me smile when I was in a bad mood.overall I love going to this store and they need to have more happy employees like them. read more
