The meat counter and/or meat department has one older woman with a loud voice that almost always has a chip on her shoulder maybe she is over worked or just doesn't have proper educate she always has poor customer service. on a couple occasions she has complained to her coworkers about cutting meats for me as if I can't hear her. I looked for a manager and no one was around. I may self work in customer service and I believe that customer service is the most important practice as this makes the business thrive. I hear a lot about how Vallarta Supermarkets are big on customer service maybe this one employee missed the class you're companies give them. I also feel like Vallarta has grown so big that they themselves don't really care about customers anymore because they make so much more money now a days.
