We made appointments for 10:30am today, 9/28/2024 to get our Moderna Covid vaccine and the nice pharmacist lady had us in and out within 7 minutes. We were here about a month ago (with an appointment ) for our fall flu shots and our visit was the same, in and out quickly with a different pharmacist.

The staff are knowledgeable, competent and friendly as well as very helpful. Last month we hadn't received a prescription we were expecting by mail that never showed up due to an error in ordering and our regular pharmacy didn't have it so I called to see if they had it in stock. They did but my wife had been independently checking around and had it already filled at a different Henry Ford Pharmacy. Every time I have to deal with the lead pharmacist, Purvi Patel , I regret coming into the store but it's the closest to my home. On MULTIPLE occasions they have been out of my medication and knew I'd be back for a refill within a few weeks but made no effort to get the medication back in stock . Furthermore, when I needed a script filled early she refused and I had to go to another pharmacy, on my broken leg to get my medication, the Walgreens I went to filled the script then and there. But over and over for some of the drugs that are having a national shortage, I spent hours trying to figure out what to do. The other pharmacies offer offered no help and took hours of my time. When I found Maple pharmacy, I called them. They answered the phone right away unlike the big box stores.
