I've been going here for +10 years. I've had good and bad experience. Mostly from the pharmacy. They do try their best. They really do get overwhelmed with orders. They are alway busy! At first, they would always get the price wrong for my meds. Eventually, they learned and I learned how to deal with the different meds and prices. Still Hint: Rash is the guy! GO ELSEWHERE! Every time I call to get a script filled, they can't seem to find the one my doctor previously sent. I get different answers from different staff members, they will literally hang up on you when you're trying to get more information, I have to have my doctor call each time to get my script refilled that they previously sent because they can never find it in the computer and the customer service in general is TERRIBLE. Bad attitudes and beyond unhelpful. read more

Located in the Far Far northwest corner of the Detroit suburbs close to a bunch of lakes just outside the West End of Pontiac Michigan you will find this Walgreens which had a hair brush and I needed a hair brush. Because of course I left mine at the gym about 10 miles west and I wasn't going to go back for it. Not when I had 27 pizza places to try. Bae says - Walgreens is a nice drugstore. Their prices are high, so it's better to shop the sales and get the card for saving money. They also have lots of makeup. You can find pet food here in a pinch. If you really need something desperately, they usually have it here. read more

If there is a worse pharmacy in this world, PLEASE list it in the comments!! 16 months I've been with this pharmacy and EVERY TIME I have to refill, there is an issue. Be it having to verify every thing from your name to how often you shave pubes, or simply refusing to fill scripts. I gave them a 90 day script and they said they could only do 30 days. Gave them 30 days and STILL every month, we have an issue with them filling my scripts. Now I'm without phantom pain meds! A-F'ING-GAIN!!! WALGREENS YOU HAD ONE JOB! And for Christs sake, get some LADIES to work in the pharmacy that know how to talk to people. I did not deserve the treatment I received from either Karen that was there. That's right pick up the phone and call the police. She was just a dialing.... They act like your asking them to share Thiers out of the private stash. read more

Worst pharmacy. Understaffed and unfriendly. Wait in drive-thru 20 minutes. Go inside, another 15 and car in front of me at drive-thru still waiting. They started a "speed line" if you pay ahead. Says no waiting. Followed instructions, went inside and person at speed line having problems and much interaction with pharmacist. How can that be 'pay ahead and no wait'? Could have certainly taken customer to a different window and let us speed line customers pick up our scripts. Another time didn't give me all scripts. Had to go back. Didn't fill one script because they wanted to know if I wanted 30 day or 90 day refill. No call or text. Just didn't fill. Now they didn't fill until I called. Why I don't know. Again no contact from them. Time to change. I unfortunately have to use Walgreens. Time to try one further away. .. read more

I wished there were negative stars. Waited hours for them to 'bag up' prescription. COUNT YOUR PILLS. Only gave us 10 but bottle said 20 now short 10 pills. Called and after 1/2 hour hold when pharmacist confronted about this matter hung up on us. Very bad do not go here Rite Aid is across the street giving them a try. Too busy and careless. CHECK YOUR PILLS COUNT THEM make sure it's event the right medicine. read more
