Every time I have to deal with the lead pharmacist, Purvi Patel , I regret coming into the store but it's the closest to my home. On MULTIPLE occasions they have been out of my medication and knew I'd be back for a refill within a few weeks but made no effort to get the medication back in stock . Furthermore, when I needed a script filled early she refused and I had to go to another pharmacy, on my broken leg to get my medication, the Walgreens I went to filled the script then and there. The only downside to the pharmacy is that they are very busy at certain times of the day and the pharmacist seem a bit overwhelmed. The managers are very nice and very helpful. They usually have what I've come to get however, the prices are higher than Online if you can wait. But there are often great discounts if you just join their program for free with your phone number, you're able to access discounts on lots of different items and percentages off your total making the prices reasonable I definitely recommend this pharmacy and store and I will continue using it for years to come

My account shows that this transaction was completed. I'm out $320. The account is through the Michigan's Child Support Program. Rite Aid staff refused to help me resolve this issue. The clerk told me there was nothing she could do and when I asked for the store manager he also told me there was nothing that he could do. The manager encouraged me to contact the 800 number on the ATM machine. I did and I received no help.The manager told me that the lady from guardian armed services was just in earlier that same day but admitted that this ATM machine often gives them problems and it has been out of order for months. The Manager and the clerk admitted that this ATM machine never works properly yet they allow customers to use it at the cost of the customer.
