A year ago I wrote a review about how TERRIBLE my interaction was with the pharmacy. My doctor sent something to the same CVS unfortunately so I went anyway to prevent any hiccups. I was at the drive thru line for an HOUR!! This was the second time I even attempted to pick the same meds up with the SAME RESULTS. I had the most wonderful experience at my regular CVS drugstore today. I went in to get the usual make up/drugstore items. Today in particular multiple people asked me how I was doing and if I needed any help. When I was checking out the manager was talking to another member of the staff about some extra orchids they had. I have several of my own and went on to tell them the way that I care for mine and give them suggestions on how to take care of their's. After I had finished checking out and was about to leave the manager handed me a orchid that was just beautiful. I was very excited to be able to take home that gorgeous plant. We have multiple CVSs in Tallahassee and I've probably gone to them all but I'm from now on I will definitely give my business to that one in particular. read more

This is the WORST CVS in Tallahassee! I wanted to make this my CVS for all my family needs. I called to get my prescriptions transferred to them for pickup, the first time I just thought we got disconnected. The second time I waited 25 minutes on hold, then they deliberately hung up on me! If they can't even answer the phones, how can they be competent with medication. GO ELSEWHERE!! read more

Note: this only applies to the Pharmacist at this location, everyone else in the Pharmacy were very kind. The Pharmacist (Ancil) was extremely unprofessional, rude, condescending and hung up on me once he was caught in a lie. I was working with very helpful and considerate CVS management about this unfortunate circumstance, but highly suggest going elsewhere since holding such a license involves certain privileges that this particular person should not be in possession of. I would be very concerned having any RX's signed off on or filled under his license when he is behaving so unprofessionally. Update: I never heard back from Management as to what steps were going to be taken to correct Ancil's very unprofessional behavior. I find this very unfortunate and very sad. read more

This is the worst Farmacy I know. Not recommended. I will transfer all my prescriptions to Walgreens or Walmart.

Out of all the CVSs around this area, this store is my favorite one. Every employee I have always encounter was always genuinely nice and helpful. The manager, to my surprise speaks Spanish, is very helpful too and he will do everything that his other employees do in the store. The store is always well stocked and organized and on one occasion, I couldn't find what I was looking for so the girl in photo called two other stores to see if they had it. Like I said, I would rather come to this store than the one that's five minutes from my house. read more

This Pharmacy is not recommended absolutely no one answer the phone in the pharmacy. I literally was on the phone for an hour trying to reach someone because my app wasn't updating correctly so I couldn't find the status on my prescriptions but no one will talk to you. I'd end up calling another store see if they can give me any information on the status of my prescriptions but that didn't work either Management in the pharmacy really needs to be more professional the tech was also working barefoot I would not recommend this Pharmacy I'm actually transferring my prescriptions now. If I could give this pharmacy ZERO stars I would. The number of times I have called trying to get someone on the phone to ask something about my prescriptions and gotten no answer or hung up on is endless. I've had to physically drive to the CVS (waste of time and gas) to just to talk to someone about refilling my medication. They're rude and short with me while extremely understaffed for the amount of people they get. They said to file a formal complaint in order for them to get more staff members, which I will be doing, but there is no reason for them to not answer the phone over and over again. I've called every hour of the day, thinking it was just the time of the day, but that lead to be false too. I've tried to transfer to another pharmacy, but it's hard to find one that accepts my insurance since I'm not from FL, but I will find one and be transferring ASAP. I would strongly recommend any other pharmacy in Tallahassee except this CVS. The mental and physical strain they've had on me from not filling my prescriptions is indescribable, and I can't imagine how they've affected others too. read more

Very clean and well organized store, slightly smaller then the one I normally go to on the other side of I-10. I needed a sunpass for a up coming trip no time to order or stop by the dmv. I seen online that CVS sell them so I stopped and grabbed one by the register. And picked up a few items on sales. This location tends to not be too busy other then the prescription / pharmacy part, so pretty much No lines, no fuss just in and out. There are a few Parking spaces in front of store very limited and plenty more on side. But you have to cross the drive-thru pharmacy lane. read more

I was in CVS Tallahassee at Miccosukee Road and capital Circle Northeast To get a flu shot. I walked out immediately after getting there because one person waiting on customers behind the pharmacy counter was wearing a mask with nose fully exposed. Another person was not wearing a mask at all. This is really crappy customer service during a time of COVID-19 pandemic. read more

Do not and I repeat DO NOT attempt to pick up a prescription between 10am-4pm any day. Covid testing is the main concern here. Place is completely disorganized and understaffed to handle both. Waited forever in drive-thru where it was basically a Covid testing line, poor signage. I then went inside to get my prescription. A grand total of 3 employees including the rude new manager to handle the drive-thru, Covid testing, flu shots, prescriptions, in-person requests and the phone etc. Imagine how bad things will be when they administer vaccines read more

Pleasant and friendly workers, especially at the pharmacy. Have never had any issues here whatsoever. I enjoy shopping at CVS period, but really enjoy this one as it's my neighborhood CVS and the workers know me. If you haven't signed up for the extracare account, do so. You get coupons catered to your needs and extracare bucks back to spend. Can't beat that! read more
