Not being a monopoly would be nice ig constantly raising medicine prices then acting like they don't control it

Hate that this is the closest CVS - I use this so my prescription refills are convenient b/c I have a baby it was a great idea for the drive-thru. BUT IT ALWAYS IS "DOWN".... During COVID, COVID was the excuse. Now it is "down". Either CVS has low manning so they cannot man the drive thru, in which case management at this location needs to express that so we don't waste time. Or they need to provide a schedule to the public. Because this is DAILY. Some of us work an hour+ away, have families... this is inconvenient and unprofessional. One more chance, and I guess I'll just switch my business to another location. read more

Understandably, this particular CVS/Pharmacy experienced a recent robbery and almost all of the pharmacists have quit. Every single one except two women. I've had over an hour wait for a simple prescription and Navine Vee was very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful of patient time. Her lack of accountability was incredibly upsetting to everyone and her own coworkers. I will be submitting an official complaint about her behavior to the corporate level. If I were in dire need, I would have required an ER visit by now. I was extremely patient to their little to no staff but the manner in which Navine exhibited was with lack of concern, care and communication. Her coworker did apologize on her behalf however there needs to be a serious overhaul of this location as this is my second time in a month that I've endured an extremely long wait time, and at the time there were 4-5 staff available and I suffered excruciating pain following four wisdom teeth extraction while I had to wait. Nonetheless, I think it's time that I change from this pharmacy location! read more

Store indicates closes at 9pm. Closes doors 10 minutes before closing and will not let customers in. Online posting indicates store closes at 10pm or 11pm. Hours should be updated appropriately. read more

I'm forced to give 1 star. I have used this pharmacy for almost 3 years and every time I go to get my Px filled. Whenever I need to call about my px I'm on hold a ridiculous amount of time that unacceptable. People are on hold while waiting for medicines that effect their health! I drove from DC to this pharmacy while on hold on my to find no one was picking up the phones and asked loudly what the reason was why NONE of the 8 people on staff at the pharmacy were not answering phones especially when there was no one in line! The head pharmacist was clearly shocked I was on the phone with him when I walked in and asked this and told him he can hang up now that i drove all the way from dc! This was just the first and last straw with me as a customer here. read more

Save yourself a headache and go to another pharmacy. I have been waiting for a prescription that's been in back order for 6 days. When I finally got through to speak to someone on the phone they said a day. My doctor's office called after 4 days and they said 2 more days! I'm still waiting...whatever happened to under promise and over deliver in customer service?! Oh my bad, CVS does not offer good customer service in certain communities! Add insult to injury this prescription was transferred from Silver hill rd CVS because they didn't have it in stock 3 days before my 6 day wait smh. It's senseless to call because it's a 45 minute wait time minimum! read more

This is the absolute worst location to fill and pick up a prescription. The wait time is ridiculous and the customer service is horrible.

Service was just as worse as the last time. Moving so slow it's terrible. The drive thru I was waiting behind another car almost 15 min before I just came in. Once I'm still had to wait 15 more min. The cashier was moving extremely slow. She didn't even care it was people jus waiting. The African man that's the pharmacist is amazing honestly. That's why I continue to come here. But the other workers make me wanna just transfer my mother medications to Target or Walgreens. read more

If I could give this store less than one star I would! They are the worst! Every time you go in there, there are at least 5-6 people in line at the pharmacy. It's a total mess in the area. There is no customer service from the pharmacist to the cashiers! I've complains to corporate, but the best they need to do is close this store and start again! read more

It doesn't matter what I come in this CVS for, they never, ever have it. I have yet to use the pharmacy, so maybe that's the only reason to come here? But if you are looking for something that most CVS stores carry (hygiene, supply, etc) go to another CVS. read more

This has to be THE WORST pharmacy in the universe. They NEVER answer the phone. I've been on hold for 43 minutes. Yeah, I could have driven there to ask the pharmacist a question. Why have the OPTION of speaking to the pharmacist if you're not going to answer the phone!!!! read more

The store is pretty decent, the cashier is always friendly and very courteous, however the Pharmacy is absolutely horrible. I dropped off a prescription and returned the next day to pick it up only to wait over 20 minutes before they were able to find the right prescription. No one informed me what was taking place, I was only told to wait and asked more than once if I was sure I dropped the prescription off at that location . After the lengthy wait, the cashier and pharmacist did thank me for my patience. But with my experience with CVS pharmacies, the wait was entirely too long to have dropped the prescription off a day prior. The pharmacy could definitely use some re-training and management. read more

*Pharmacy Review* Holy moly! I've never had to wait so long for simple meds! These folks told me the wait would be 45 minutes. I waited. I go back to the Pharmacy to pick up my prescription and I STILL had to wait an additional 30 minutes!! And to make matters worse, I counted 5 employees back there, 3 of which were idle at the time. People, save yourselves the time and take your Rx to another CVS! read more

Having just moved from Virgina to Maryland, I was surprised to find that the pharmacy staff weren't able to provide the same level of service as any other CVS. They couldn't tell you when your prescription might be available, nor would they pick up the phone and call a nearby store to ask. What gives? read more
