This pharmacy shares their main entrance with a clinic, but they have a few parking spots reserved that say "pharmacy customers only" right out front, which I appreciated during such a busy time of the day. When I explained to the dude that answered the phone he could not have care less about my concerns that my calls were going unanswered and messages weren't being returned. The doctor was a little late getting the order over to the pharmacy, so the pharmacy owner sent his delivery driver far out of their normal delivery area to make sure we got our medicine that same day. Yesterday, I was there to pick up my prescriptions after having received multiple messages and calls about my prescriptions being ready, but when I got there was anything ready? NOPE. They didn't believe that I had received calls and messages, the girl at the counter kept trying to check call history and when I showed her my phone, she's snatched my phone to read the messages. She said the prescriptions had be put back because i hadn't collected them within ten days. Her name was Danjina or Jandina or something like that. Train her Walgreens!!! My first message was on the 15th. Most of the staff is rude there. They once told me they were out of my birth control only for another pharmacist to step in and say it's ok, we have some for you. WTF!! I picked up five prescriptions from them on a monthly basis and I'd have to go in five different times all within the same week, why couldn't they be consolidated? One of the calls I received, a girl asked me if i was interested in picking up my prescription, what do you think???? I went in, nothing was ready. They wouldn't give me my birth control until it was a whole month, but the supply was a 28-day supply. I could go on and on and on. Just don't go there.
