Overall I'd say 5 for the company! I am a longtime Walgreens customer - best place to get my travel…read moresupplies & my photos. I'm always greeted with a friendly welcoming. The store is organised so that you know where everything is, you don't hafta guess. Pretty much the same formula for every Walgreens no matter what state I'm in. I love this location. But lately, the friendliness has turned too oft into grumpy and surly representatives. The tone I got when being asked a question, whilest sitting trying to create photos, was more like an accusation. I get it. They're tired of the local community looting & plundering to feed (for the most part) their addiction. I feel for the employees who have to deal with this constantly. But I had to remind them not to allow these people to bring them down. Be tough love firm. Sadly like photos, businesses such as Walgreens are quickly vanishing. I may find myself choosing their competitor for now, because their Photo Company has chosen a program which won't allow me to print any of my photos that aren't 4 years old or newer. And that's WRONG! That really pissed me off when I'm trying to preserve my family history.

Items were easy to find but I got weird vibes inside the store. Staff seemed on edge, I think they have unsavory clientele because they seemed very guarded with me. I came in to buy toothpaste ya'll, come on now... An entire entrance to the store is cornered off and many registers are not in use, this gave me even more of an eerie vibe. I'd like to see what this place is like during the day, at night it seems like a no-go. As for the good, this CVS has an amazing inventory of souvenirs, shirts, and drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The location is clean and tidy, I was able to locate my items fairly quickly. Additionally, this location is pretty sizable. I had a lot of space to walk around and explore.

This CVS is immediately attached to the garage so I decided to ask the nice cashier for some guidance as to where this restaurant was because the GPS on my iPhone had me bypassing it! So basically we learned that if you're parking in the Cityscape garage to go to the Cityscape there's a secret path to the Cityscape minus signage! Once you park there's a shortcut you can take if you walk through the CVS to the other side, then bam you'll magically appear in the Cityscape! Oh how easy a few signs for guidance could make our lives a little less frustrating but thanks to nice cashiers we figured out how to get to the Cityscape!

But the associate who helped me completely changed the experience. She was kind, patient, and had absolutely zero awkwardness or judgment in her tone or demeanor. She treated it like any other purchase, which sounds simple, but honestly matters so much, especially in a pharmacy setting where people are sometimes buying things that feel personal or vulnerable. Instead of feeling uncomfortable, I left feeling genuinely grateful. A little kindness and professionalism go a long way, and she absolutely nailed it. Besides my BiFlex, everything else seemed to be well stocked. I also like to go to CVS for their store brand dried mango. They had plenty in stock here, but I still had some at home. I did self check out, but I still did interact with one cashier. There were three self checkout machines, but I wanted to make sure that the machine I was using would give cash back, since the other two had handwrtten signs on them. She was friendly. She said yes, but don't use tap with my card and voila...I got my cash back.

Cat health and human health overlap in some prescriptions. It is about 2:30 on Saturday. Six people wait in line, I occupy a chair by the vaccination desk of my local WAG. Waiting for prescriptions called in 8 pm last night, sitting in the system since this morning, sitting in the system with one prescription tech filling orders, sitting in the system through lunch break, sitting in the system, I suppose until I appeared. I have met interesting people here since November. A new pharmacy tech, concerned about the complexities of her job. I told her about the time I had to memorize miles of ship's piping, thought I broke a pumpbfeeding the "valve nest" and got jokingly threatened with Leavenworth Prison. Don't worry kid, you'll learn. I met a grayed couple, so in love, so in friend, so helpful to eachother I was impressed. And of course, Energy Child, patiently herded by Mom as he. used the lane dividing walls for a personal gym.
