Huge shoutout to Ester at Store 1744. I came in during a busy holiday rush to pick up a UPS package that had been rerouted here, and Ester was holding down the front register solo while the scanner system was having a meltdown. Despite the crowd and the tech issues, she stayed calm, professional, and genuinely kind. I even stepped out and came back later to ease the pressure, and she was still pushing through with a great attitude. When the scanner continued to misbehave, she took the initiative to track down a coworker with a working one and got everything handled. Ester's persistence and customer service were outstanding, especially under pressure. She's the kind of employee that keeps customers coming back. Management should absolutely take note -- she deserves recognition. read more

I fucking hate this CVS location, I've been going here for years and every single time I've came to pick up a prescription. They always have a nasty attitude. I understand if someone's having a bad day, but every single time is kind of ridiculous and every single time it's a different person. It's not the same person this last interaction I had was ridiculous. Usually a good experience but on August 22nd between 4:00pm to 5:00pm I picked up my medicine and the rude girl working at the time with braces rudely wanted to snicker while I was reviving my medication like she found my condition funny it was rude and embarrassing and it's sad she wasn't trained better she made me feel uncomfortable and like she was judging read more

This has to be worst Pharmacy!!! They are so beyond rude! They seriously lack customer service! We had received a text saying there was an issue with our insurance so my husband calls and held the line for 35 mins to have a pharmacy associate pick it up say what and hung up. Everytime you go in there you get attitude! I hate that my insurance uses them because this is the closest to me! This pharmacy doesn't even deserve one star. My doctor called in a generic medication which would have cost me $25. Instead they make up some hog wash story about why they had to fill It with name brand for $142. Mind you they didn't notify me or the physician. I'm moving my prescriptions. I'm exhausted dealing with this type of incompetence and unprofessionalism. read more

This is the worst CVS I have ever been to. I've been followed to the parking lot because the security THOUGHT I took something that I left on a different rack. Just yesterday I waited 25 min on the phone for someone to pick up so I drove there. The pharmacy tech told me I didn't have a prescription and when I insisted I did he magically found it. The dr sent it in at 9am. He told me I could wait inside for 20 min. I told him I would come back instead. He said I would get a text when it was ready. I waiting until 8:50pm to pull up to the drive through because they close at 9 and still had not gotten a text. If my insurance allowed me to get prescriptions anywhere but CVS. I would never return here! This place is a joke! I would give them negative starts if that were possible. read more

This is for CVS pharmacy located at 67th Ave and Lower Buckeye Rd. It takes a week, yes a week, that is 7 days or more to get a prespcription refilled. I have spoken with 5 separate people beginning June 18th and have yet to get a return call. I have requested one each time and been told I would receive a call back within 24 to 48 hours. Today is July 22nd and I still have not received a call. I think that is longer than the 24 to 48 hours I was told. But perhaps my math is wrong. Now they are requesting I call them, again, and remain on hold for an hour each time. No thank you. The problem is they have 2 pharmacist and that is all. Let's look at this. They are open 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm. They have 2 pharmicists at the 67th Ave and Lower Buckeye Rd location. That is not nearly enough to cover 7 days a week or 14 hours a day. The pharmacists are great but extremely overworked. They need help. There are over 1500 houses going up in less than a 2 mile radius and the freeway extension on the I-10 is scheduled to open in October. 4.5 miles from the freeway. This all serves to increase traffic to the location and further slow the rate of refills. I have brought this to their attention 5 times and they don't seem to care. I am currently pricing my prescriptions at different pharmacies in the area because, Fry's, Walmart, Walgreen's and Costco don't seem to have this problem. They are under the impression because I have CareMark I will continue to use them. My purpose at the moment is to spread the word, contact our insurance carrier, and find a different pharmacy. This CVS Pharmacy location has and always been the slowest and understaffed I've ever been to. The community is under-serviced by this corporation. It's not the local locations fault, it's the corporation fault. Since it's opening in 2007 we moved away, but family has continued to live in the community and used this CVS against my recommendation, and they equally had slow service. From the pharmacy. This is my other CVS pharmacy, when the one on 51st and Baseline doesn't have the prescriptions ordered because their pharmacist quit again. My son has a prescription for medication he takes at school and normally the school informs me when it runs low. I don't fill it every month because it's a pain. Yesterday, my son got home from school and said he' out of meds. I run up to CVS on Baseline and they still can't order. It's been a month! I'm mad so I run up to the CVS on 67th and Lower Buckeye. There's no one in line, the store is practically empty and there's at least four people behind the pharmacy counter. A woman named Kaitlyn takes the script and says they have the drug but they can't fill it until tomorrow because they are so busy. I explain to her that I really need it and taking it to him tomorrow for me was impossible, so she says ":Maybe I can put in an order to get you one or two pills." I was like "Sure, great!" And then she says "I can rush order that for tomorrow morning..." Umm, what? No. I take the script and drive away and go to Walgreens, thinking they did not take both of my son's insurances but they do now. They had a line and two nice men behind the counter. I explain to the pharmacist what happened and he says "Yeah, many pharmacists quit there, I should know." He then fills my prescription and saved the day. I'm not using these two CVS stores again. I'm going to Walgreens because they did their job. read more

The Pharmacy has HORRIBLE customer service. This is the seventh time I have called them in the last 4 months with NO answer. Sat on the phone for 30 to over an hour at time. Today I go up there. They don't show I have a prescription. I ask that they call My doctor's office about it because my doctor told me they sent the script in twice. my doctor is expecting their call, the pharmacist says that he doesn't have time to call the doctor. Please note my doctor also called Pharmacy and NEVER got through either. I will be issuing a complaint. read more

Friendly staff, and they're usually not too busy so you can run in and out of the store pretty quick, there's curbside pick up but every time I've tried it, it's taken longer to wait than it would've for me to have gone in and get what I needed. Their ATM is usually out of service, and they do not provide Cash back on purchases. read more

Where to start. Seriously the worst experience ever trying to get my fiancé's post surgery medication. After her sister dropped off the prescription they made her wait 30 min only to not have it ready. Then, I called to confirm if the medicine was ready they stated yes that she would need to come for it with an ID. Keep in mind this is literally post surgery. I stated she cannot go but if I was able to pick up for her they said yes but to bring an ID. At this point I felt comfortable enough to run for the medication and leaving my fiancé alone for 10-15 min. Here is where it gets better... I get there and now not only am I not able to get the medication with my ID they stated we lied and I am a different person then the person dropped it off. They said I have to come back with the patients ID this time. I really don't have the patience's for this so I rush back home to check on my fiancé and grab her ID. I get back to CVS and they still make me wait another 15-20 min!!! Like what where you doing? I'm not impatient but come on. read more

I was desperately needing my medication before I ran out. When I had 4 tablets left, I texted confirming I needed a refill when I received a text about refilling. I checked online and it still said in process. A day later I tried calling and was on hold for 27 minutes before I had to hang up. Today, I was on hold for 38 minutes then later in the day for 49 minutes. I can't get out of the house because I have a sick child, too. So finally when someone came home to watch my child, I went to the pharmacy expecting a HUGE line and business. I was first in like. I asked what was wrong with their phone lines and they had absolutely no answer. This is not the first time I've dealt with not getting my meds on time, either. So anyways, I requested for a refill again and they said they wouldn't have it ready until 11 am the next day even though I told them I needed it ASAP. Horrible customer service. I'm going back to Walgreens. I've had it. read more

I have been coming to this pharmacy since they built it. I have noticed that prescriptions were being heavily delayed to fill. When I call, (this is what I have noticed for the past 3 months) you will be on hold for 30+ minutes before you speak to someone live. Online orders are stuck on "processing" status (11 days stuck on one now). I spoke to a tech about this and he told me that CVS cut employees from the pharmacy to save money. They are severely understaffed. He told me that they are 11-15 days behind in fills. If you don't show up or call requesting status, they will sit there in que until they are able to fill it because of how short staffed they are. I was told that CVS/Caremark is not thinking of hiring more staff until mid next year (2020). I was advised that if an Rx is urgently needed, it's best to choose a different chain pharmacy as this the budget cuts/employee cuts is mostly what has happened to most CVS' (except the 24 hr ones). Even being patient with them, and giving up my time chasing my family's Rx's, I still sometimes get attitude from the pharmacy workers. I understand that they are overworked, and there is nothing they can do about it, but enough is enough. After many years of being a loyal customer, I will be changing all of my family's Rx's to another place. I hope that CVS recognizes what it has done to their customers and what they are doing to their poor, stressed out and overworked pharmacy employees. read more
