The CVS pharmacy app. and website both stated that I was able to renew my prescription on 1/1/2016. I renewed my prescription and received a confirmation email that my prescription would be available on 1/2/2016. I called the pharmacy today because my prescription seemed to not register with the actual CVS. The pharmacy manager answered and told me that my prescription would not be filled until 1/8/2016. I tried to explain my situation and the fact that the app. and website were not in-synch with their own system. She rudely said there was nothing she could do about the situation, and said that it was "black and white" for her. I then went to the store to show her what I was seeing in order to clarify the problem. She would not look at my email confirmation or the app that stated the prescription was filled on the very day that I stood there (another error). If the app is not synched with the pharmacist's system; and when I am receiving emails that my refills go through when they in fact do not, how can I manage my prescriptions through their website and app? She then told me to call 1-800-cvs-shop, which I was not told to do over the phone - even though the manager insisted that she did. Though I understand that the store's manager could not just refill my prescription due to a system error, I feel that as a manager she should have handled the issue with more care, as many people rely upon the online system to refill their medications that impact their everyday lives. But as the store manager, I believe that she should have done more to inform the CVS company, in which she represents, that there is a major issue with a system the company is pushing clients to use and rely upon.

Lately having issues with pharmacy prescriptions. the automated system said a rx, I'm required to take to keep a steady level in my system, was ready. I called first and found it was not ready and they did not have any. When I say I called i went through a drawn out automated system and got called back. I was then told to call around to find it myself. I asked that they do this and advised I knew they had a central service for these issues. Placed on hold then told they had one of the three boxes in my rx and would have it ready. They did, great. I called a week later to find out when to expect the other two and was told I'd have to wait until March to refill again as they changed the rx without any LICENCED practitioner approval. They had the medication in stock now and said if they still did in March would fill it then. They again argued with me, didn't give me the courtesy of listening and told me to call the insurance company myself to see if they would ok filling the rest of the rx. Their automated system is a mess and states I have rxs ready for pu for drugs I haven't taken in years. They offer zero customer service anymore. I gave two stars as I still appreciate the store and vaccine services. I need to find better. I always wonder how someone older than I manages this type of disservice. It's sad.

She is not friendly and is confrontational when you question her. I don't know if she is one of the owners, but if she is, she needs to let her employees handle the front counter, if not the owner, they should have her work where she doesn't deal with the public.
