I arrived at the pharmacy a few minutes before the lunch break and was already standing in line. They helped the customer in front of me, then looked at me and said, "I'm sorry, we have to take our lunch now," and closed the pharmacy without helping me. I was the only customer left in line. It would have taken just a minute to help me before closing. If you know you're turning away a customer who has already been waiting, why apologize? The apology doesn't make the situation any less frustrating. This was poor customer service. I've been a loyal CVS customer for a many years, but this experience has me seriously reconsidering where I fill my prescriptions. Customers who are already in line before closing for lunch should be helped, especially when there's only one person left. read more

I stopped in yesterday just to get some stuff the lady had cleared the self check out and it had said start scanning and she moved into the next self checkout and started helping another lady I scanned my stuff and as I was paying she says to the lady next to me "oh and she just has to get on as soon as I fix it" very rude and unprofessional is that not what the self checkout is used for??? So sick of this store I have prescriptions every month for narcotics and it's always something about prior Auth or something else. Today I go in I was due today to get my tramadol and because it's a new year they 100% refused to fill my tramadol iv had no option but to pay cash and there is almost never a issue and now all the sudden they refused to let me fill my prescription. These people have way to much control and they play dr way to much I'm so sick of it. I had to dispute the fact they were gonna leave me to withdrawal off pain killers because of there own selfishness. This has got to stop I just wanna grab my meds and be left alone. read more

Absolutely the worst pharmacy in town. I waited in line for 45 minutes and when I got to the front, the pharmacist told me to come back in an hour because the prescriptions for my son weren't ready yet. I came back after an hour and they told me the prescription was out of stock. I asked why they didn't tell me earlier and they said they only know when they go pull it off the shelf. It's ridiculous. Jennifer in the pharmacy was very kind and helpful when I came into this pharmacy late at night to fill an RX for my dog that just had surgery in Phoenix. They are very busy being the only 24h pharmacy in town but the crew tonight were all nice and cheerful. Even the pharmacist came from behind his desk to help cashier when the line got long, this is unusual but shows that everyone here operates as a team to take care of the customers/patients. read more

She suggested I fill my prescription there because they expedite them and it only takes 20 to 30 minutes 40 minutes later I walked in and they told me it would still be another half an hour an hour and a half later I finally got the text that it was ready their customer service and the pharmacy at least that I experienced today sucks I did not feel good and I could've gotten my prescription at my pharmacy a whole lot quicker read more

This cvs doesn't even deserve a star. Aliza or Liza whatever her name is, is the rudest girl at the pharmacy. She tried saying she didn't have anything for my family member before even had the chance to give her a NAME. Then wants to throw stuff on the counter having a bad attitude and HORRID customer service. SHE marked the medication out of stock when it WASNT when i talked to another employee. I went to pick up my medication and the person that was assisting told me that there is a problem in their system and in 30minutes they will close for their lunch break. I was told that I will receive a text message when it's ready. Unfortunately, I didn't receive any message or call, I tried checking the online status but it says delayed but no reason at all. I also tried calling their number but no one answered. I end up asking my husband to go back to the pharmacy to check the status, but they said that they don't have the medication on hand. It is really disappointing, because I was just waiting for nothing. read more

This pharmacy tells u one thing and when u try to pick up your meds when u r told to they pull a fast one on u and say sorry your dr put a dnf on there. But the day befor I was told u can pick it up the next day. They make no sense. They do this all the time I'm switching pharmacy because they lie to there customers and have no patience and apparently can't answer for what there staff did or said the day before I recommend going somewhere else. They will lie to and make u waist gas. These days nobody can afford to waist gas and these people don't care and smile at u for them screwing up. read more

I have been a customer of this CVS pharmacy for many years and have always had great service from everyone. The male pharmacy staff have been wonderful. I retired from my state job at the end of 2023 and had to work with a different health insurance. Getting my prescriptions has become a type of stressful hell I would never imagined and wish on no one. However, 2 people working there have helped me so much through this. Mike who works during the day I can't thank him enough. He is so kind and patient. There is a night pharmacist, I think his name is Johan. He went above and beyond to help me. Those 2 employees deserve 5 stars themselves in customer service. read more

Waited in line for around 40 minutes and no one cared to come to even stop by the window acknowledging they know someone was there. I then pressed the call light and waited but still nobody came. I even tried calling the pharmacy and was automatically put on hold for another 20 minutes and I ended up having to leave because everyone was honking. read more

The CVS app is glitchy. I access my Rx on the app, and even though I force close (isolate and swipe up the window), it still says I never signed out and asks me to sign back in. This is not the main issue, though. I'm moving my Rx to a new pharmacy that isn't CVS because I'm tired of the incompetence. For the second time now, they have shown "in process" on the app, which means it's being filled. But for 4 days straight? If they're behind, I get it, but people rely on them to fill Rx because they need their pills. And why is it 4 days went by, and they don't have time, but when I stopped by and confronted them face to face, they can fill it in 5 minutes? What am I missing here? read more

So, I found out that CVS doesn't take my Banner Insurance. So when I find a pharmacy that does, I give them the phone number. I'm told by the pharmacist that she's too busy to call and to have the other pharmacy call. Poor customer service, especially for a provider/clinician. Mike in the pharmacy was so nice and patient as it is a holiday and my normal pharmacy was closed and the only pharmacy open on this side of town was CVS. Mike was courteous and professional and even went and double checked to see if the otc medication was cheaper than the insurance. Great pharmacy and is open 24/7. This pharmacy is the best! I have to call and fill my scripts and they always fill them in a timely manner. I have lots of meds due to various chronic conditions and they are always so kind to me when I need to speak with a pharmacist. I know they are busy due to Covid precautions and they still find the time to consult on my meds and other stuff. I also love that they have a minute clinic at this location. I also love that they have Covid vaccines and other vaccines. Great shop and you can get in and out fast! read more

I have always had difficulty with presriptions at this location. Most recently, my doctor sent my prescription in between 4:00 and 4:30. I tried calling to verfiy and the phone rang for 5 minutes and no one answered. My husband went by at 8:30 to pick it up after work (I am going through chemo and could not drive myself), and it wasn't ready. He had to wait almost a half hour for it! read more

I've had to call the CVS pharmacy at least 8 times in the past week. Now 10. I only want to fill a prescription. It is absolutely amazing how inefficient and unkind to customers many of them are. Skipping ahead to call #5, yesterday, Lisa seemed friendly and helpful. She agreed to let me have a prescription and one refill, since I had shopped on-line for the GoodRX price. I was happy. I was told I'd have to call back a 6th time once I got the automated call, telling me the prescription is ready. When I called this 7th time today, it took 25 minutes to write down my 2nd credit card number. No one told me what he charge would be or how many pills they'd fill. I thought we'd agreed yesterday it would be 24 pills, and while it was being filled, I was spposed to wait for the automated call telling me it was ready. (No automated mention either on the quatity or price I was told. So I assumedit was as I'd been told.) This afternoon, after giving my credit card number, I thought - I wasn't told the price being charged to my card. So, I called back an 8th time to be sure it was what I was told yesterday, since it's coming in the mail. To my surprise, the pharmacy assistant told me it wasn't, and that they'd already mailed 12 tabs. She didn't know anything about our call yesterday or the amount agreed (price and quantity). It's always a different person I have to talk to. Without telling me, she must have handed the phone over to Lisa who said she never talked to me. (May I suggest, when there is an agreement made on quantity and price that someone look it up, rather than to make the customer to be a liar.) Since I am a person of my word, I don't like being lied to, and being blamed for that lie as a cover up. I don't know who does. But Lisa topped it off by hanging up on me. I guess she thinks that's how to handle a mistake they made? I would have preferred she look it up in the notes, or transfer me to a pharmacist who might be willing to help. I called back. I got Lisa, but quickly asked to speak to a pharmacist. I was put on hold a long time, until my own phone rang. So I called back again (was this my 10th call to fill a prescription?) The automated system hung up on me when I asked to talk to a store manager. By the 12th call, I spoke to a very nice manager. He told me to wait another day until the pharmacy manger was in. And they'd call me back, hopefully to help me. I want to get the price and quantity we'd agreed upon. I've been put to so much work over so many days. One suggestion. If they agree to a certain amount at a coupon price, they should write ot down in their notes, and then honor it. read more

I called at 9 am to have my prescription refilled via their telephone service and it stated it would be ready at 1 pm. I work 9-6 everyday, I take my 1 hour lunch at 2:30-3:30. I waited in the drive thru line for a good 30 min! When I get to the window finally she tells me that my prescription is NOT ready!!!! Wtf! I just wasted my whole lunch hour in line for them to tell me my prescription I made early morning and was informed it will be ready at 1 pm arriving at 2:30 seen at 3:15 was not ready! I did not catch her name however she was an attractive young blonde woman, your attitude was disgusting and you went from an attractive young lady to an ugly bitch. Horrible, it's the weekend so all the good pharmacies like Walgreens and Fry's are closed. I try to get a simple prescription as my son is in pain with Strep Throat. Well, out of all the health care plans they don't take ours, UnitedHealth. To top it off the med's cost $55 out of pocket.
