I went here to get my vaccine booster. I signed up online and it was about a week to get the appointment. I checked in when I drove up and then went in. It was a short wait. They didn't ask for my ID, just my vaccine card. They didn't tell me to wait either but I did to be safe. While I waited I did some shopping. They have a home health care section with wheelchairs, Cpap supplies, and other medical supplies. They had some holiday items around as well as the usual things. It didn't feel overcrowded and there was a decent selection of items. read more

Pharmacy doctor lady who gives the shots is the best to me. She use to engage in conversation. Now it's the shots and bye, which is fine.

Ordered a magnet, but the manager wouldn't give me my order and told me that I had to pay more than what I was supposed to if I wanted them, and said I can't have my magnets that were already printed at all and took them :( she said I had to go in and order again and wait for it to come through. BUT Iliana was absolutely lovely and wonderful!!! She called me when the second order was ready and she was just so sweet that all 5 stars are for her. She is a five star girl read more

The workers are great, the store is clean, but it's managed by a corporate headquarters that seems to be staffed by nincompoops. I was in town nearby for a conference. I came from frigid November Milwaukee Wisconsin and thought instead of packing hot weather stuff I would travel extra light and buy some flip flops, maybe shorts and sunblock in Tuscon. Although all week it was in the mid to high 80s and sunny, this CVS stocked long underwear, mittens, gloves, winter knit hats and no flip flops. read more

New Pharmacist and from what I was told by them, there are new guidelines that the pharmacy has to go by. End result is that I don't get my medication on time, when needed. It's not the pharmacist fault but I sure miss the old pharmacists Tony Tran. He made sure the medications his routine patients were taking were available. "CVS Management" should make sure all the patients who are routine customers to their pharmacy are able to get their same medications every month. Even what gets to me the most, is that my doctor sent my prescriptions 4-5 days before the fill date. What is the problem here...? read more

CVS woke me at 7:30 am with a text as part of their marketing, asking my assistance. I don't work there nor will I shop there ever again. I have had issues with their pharmacy and cutback in pharmacy operation hours and now they pull this crap on me ruining my sleep when I take medication purchased at CVS for my sleep disorder. So most of the pharmacy staff are pretty nice and easy going, but there are a couple who act like you've ruined their day. Most recent experience was with a pharmacist named Pam and she seems so bothered to be doing her job. Makes me want to go to another pharmacy just to avoid interacting with her. read more

Having a CVS within walking distance of your apartment is a LUXURY, trust me. I can't tell you how many times (okay, I probably can, it was around 20) I zipped over to CVS for a random item. Saved me a lot of headaches and time (literally, the pharmacy is open late). The food seemed to be older than most stores, but that was more true for specialty items, and I don't know anyone who does their main grocery shopping at a drugstore, so it wasn't a big deal in my opinion. Employees and clientele were one of the more interesting parts of my day, there are definitely some characters around. The reason I gave this lifesaving place a 3 star is because it's not 100% safe at night. Particularly the parking behind the strip mall. Drunk bums hang around and some young employees (non-CVS) drag race their poser Hondas on the weekends. The week I moved out of Park Place Apartments (directly next to the mall CVS is located, walking path connects the two) my car was broken into while parking in the lot overnight. Overall, it's just the way it goes in Casas Adobes, especially near this strip mall. Be safe, but more importantly be smart and do your random CVS shopping in the daylight. read more

Several months ago, I transferred my family's prescriptions to this CVS and have been very happy. Today I was in there to pick up a prescription and was able to get my flu shot at the same time. Kim, the pharmacist, is so nice and friendly. I took my daughter's prescription bottles in to see what needed refilled and Amber filled them while I was getting my flu shot. WOW! Not used to such fast service. So thankful I switched to this CVS. read more

Disclosure - I feel CVS dropped to 0.5 stars 10 years ago when they changed their stores into "Dollar Store" look-alikes for potential thieves. I'll give it 2 stars because the staff is friendly. BUT -- their "MyChart" program gets 0 stars! Want to create an account? Don't believe the instructions. What they don't tell you up front is that your password needs a special character. They say, "Use a combination of upper and lower case letters and numbers." THEY define special characters as "upper case numbers." (In what country did they code this program??) After 4 failures they finally said (..include @#$%^or&). Stuck? Don't bother clicking on "Patient Quick Start Guide (PDF)." That link doesn't work, either. Need help? Calling customer support takes a degree in ESL education. I finally suggested the solution to the CSR. In his defense, he didn't know how to say "special characters" in English. As for me, I'm sticking with Walgreens from now on. read more

I was trying to call and see if my RX for an antibiotic was ready because after waiting two days, no one from the pharmacy had called me to let me know. Then, when trying to call, all I got was the recorded message which directed me to push a button to see if it was ready, but no one ever came to answer me. I waited at least 30-45 mintues and eventually hung up. I do not want to use this kind of pharmacy in the future. No thank you! read more

I drove through the pharmacy to pick up my medication that I get at this pharmacy every month. The girl slides open the window and very rudely asks for my name and date of birth which I gave her. She comes back and rings up my medication which came to 103.00. I said oh I always just get 30 days of my medication. She said, "well this is 90 days" and just stares at me. I said, "I kinda just need 30 days that is always what I get here." She says in a very rude tone, "well.... what do you want me to do?" I said, "well I would like you to fix it for me" she proceeded to ask if anyone else was behind me and I said, "no." She then said then said, "I'll be back" and slammed the window. A few minutes later another lady came to the window with my medication and rang me up. She was also very rude!! I will never get my medications filled at this CVS again! They ruined it for me! I will go back to my Walgreens where I am treated with respect! Honestly disappointing! I am a nurse and I would never treat my patients or anyone with such disregard!!! read more

I live extremely close to this location and it's your typical CVS. Clean, conveniently, over priced ect. The staff is wonderful. Lisa is a sweetie and the pharmacists are very knowledgeable. They have a red box outside along with a USPS drop box. read more

I had went in earlier in the day to buy an iTunes card/$25. When the very sweet cashier Helen went to ring it up , her register came up saying it was a duplicate card , she sent me back to get another card and told me I could come back up to the front of the line but I was nice enough to just get back in line and let the people in front of me go . I Went home and try to redeem it on my iPod .. and it notified me that this number was already in use for that card . So I went back up to the CVS and the very nice cashier Helen and told her I was having a problem with the card , sent me to another lady named Kimberly... Who I should say was not very polite to begin with , she tried to say that it was the other card (The one that had said duplicate) that was rang up on my receipt then I tried to explain to her I never put my credit card in the first time on the first card , then she told me to call to see if the card I brought back had money on it.. I had been so frustrated at home trying to get the first card to work that I forgot my phone and reading glasses , so then I told her I was sorry I didn't have my phone or my reading glasses to see the tiny little numbers on the card , so then she just puts one of the store phones in front of me and walks off .. I explain to her I don't have my reading glasses so I can't see the number on the back of the card ... so then she makes me stand there and wait , while she helps three other customers and there were two other cash registers at the counter open at the time .. So then she told me to wait and went in the back I actually felt like she was treating me like I had use the card and was trying to scam them, so then she comes back and puts her own personal phone in my face and says very rudely "see I put it on my phone it works " , I tried to tell her , I tried three times and it would not work for me then she asks me what it said when I tried to redeem the card , and unfortunately I use the word duplicate , then she was rude to me and said the word Duplicate comes up on their store computers , not when you try to redeem the card , that's not what it could've said . I was so frustrated and trying to keep my cool by not going off on this extremely rude lady , by this point I guess I should've used the exact words my iPod said when I tried to put in it which was this card was already in use .. so then I asked her what was I going to do now she has my $25 in her phone so she rudely opened up her cash register and slamed $25 on the counter , so I asked her if I should try and get another card here , she just rudely told me NO ... I guess she'd rather me take my business to another store , I buy iTunes cards there all the time I just bought a $50 one a couple weeks before and didn't have any problems with any of the other ones . Well thanks to Kimberly I will never ever use a CVS store ever again ! All the other people that have been at the register over the past year while I have been going in there have always been so polite and courteous this is in no way meant to be a reflection on them .. Walgreens you definitely have all my business now. I really don't appreciate the way Kimberly treated Me I was not trying to steal anything from her as far as I'm concerned she stole my $25 by putting it in her phone. Kimberly is actually one of the rudest customer service people I have dealt with anywhere in a very long time. And I will be telling everybody on social media not to use that CVS store for sure... Kimberly you are not very good customer service person and we're extremely unprofessional and rude . And yes I did call the corporate office to complain about her , they couldn't believe she had put the card into her own phone. They apologized to me and explained that sometimes the Internet system which activates the cards can get behind and it can take a while for it to be activated it in the system , and that she should've known that .. and she should have told me to hang onto the card and try later and if it didn't work then bring it back , and she should not have put it in her own personal phone. I am a true believer in karma so she will get paid back one way or another for her unprofessional behavior.
