The Dr. had forgotten to uncheck a box and ordered the "do not replace with generic". The pharmacist at Boyd's, on his own accord, went and found coupons to bring our price down to under what the generic would have cost us, still giving us the name brand.

The reason why this was so important to me is I have health issues that require different meds and I looked at her as a life saving person because without her, I would've had way more difficulty managing my meds. She always had a nice word to say and always made time for me even if she was busy. Now the reason why I am scoring low is because as of today, I myself, amount the rest of the customers found out that the pill box was sold to rite aid as the pharmacy was closed today and all of the customers received a mass text from rite aid at 9am this morning. We literally didn't know til the day of. But truth be told, the pharmacist/owner sold the business at least 6-7 months ago and decided to outright be a coward and not tell us customers or employees until basically the day of. Pill box has another location in Fresno, I'm not sure if they did the same thing with that one as well. I'm truly upset that a man who would hide out in the back when he seen me coming would think it's ok to sell my private, personal information to rite aid. I'm sure he will get some sort of kick back for how many customers switch to rite aid so the best thing we can do as a community that was wronged by the neighborhood pharmacist, is to pick a different pharmacy than rite aid because if you chose rite aid, you are continuing to pay the pharmacist who put us in this awful situation. Now they've put my prescription away and after waiting 20 minutes in line I get to wait in a second line because I was in the pick up where I thought my prescriptions were but no they put one away and now I get to wait in the drop off line for them to then tell me that they're gonna have to fill the prescription. I'm gonna have to wait another half hour to an hour in Visalia while they fill my prescription cause I live 40 miles away. Would you recommend this place to anybody? Yeah I didn't think so.

She said no problem, then confirmed the dose and refilled the medication on the spot. It added maybe 5 minutes to the trip. I was in and out with the 4 medications in less than 10 minutes. I was constantly being told " Out of Stock." I found the Kaweah Delta Pharmacy after I had seen my doctor on the 3rd floor. The pharmacy is on the first floor, easy and easy out. I paid a fair price for my prescription was $0 because my insurance paid for all of because this pharmacy is in my preferred network. Finally they actually called me " Carl" which I rarely ever hear anymore. Most places just want your birth date. In the next few months they will be handling 90% of my pharmaceutical business.

Another snafu was encountered with clerk at pick up counter yet I am calling out the pharmacist. "J" informed patron antibiotics from two days ago were not completely used. Patron stated the obvious answer as the dentist wanted patron to have plenty of antibiotics for infection. Since previous prescription was electronically sent the dentist provided a written prescription for patron. I will not continue to ramble on about insensitivity towards elderly patrons. I will continue to speak freely in public towards defending those elderly patrons because "I AM" one.

Pretty fast. We saw many workers looking busy. There is a greeter as we enter the store. There is an exit checkpoint after we pay for our item(s). Cameras are everywhere. Just don't pick you nose when no one is watching.. the camera is watching you!!! We will definitely come back to this Walmart, because it is a Superstore. ​
