    Fries and chicken shawarma wrap

Perfect spot for a mid week lunch. My server Ezekiel was very kind and checked on my table constantly. Great service! Chicken shawarma wrap: perfectly cooked chicken, the pickles and onions evivated this meal. Highly recommend ordering all the fixings! Dolmas + tatiziki Fries were cute. Great portion! Maybe order just 1 if sharing. Will definitely come back!

Took my dad out to lunch and to enjoy some outdoor time. We chose Pita Kabob for the nice outdoor patio they offer and the amazing food. I have been going to PK for several years and they have stayed consistent with the food quality. I recommend this place for nice casual dining.

A groups of us get together to celebrate birthdays, So I decided to throw some decorations in a bag and go for it! I arrived at PKG as they opened. I explained to the hostess that if possible I would like to go back before our party ,so I could set up a table. She got on her little ear mic and a few minutes later I was shown to the patio area . I set the table.. Thank you PKG for being so accommodating.. our Server Ryleigh ( spelling may be off) was a perfect match personality wise for our group. She was attentive, and a good picture taker. Now to the food I'm so excited the mouth watering fried cauliflower has made its way back on the menu, The jalapeño hummus and yes we ordered all 3 dipping options .. the chips , pita bread and cucumbers NEVER disappoint. It was the first time ordering the whipped cream feta .. ok I can get again! Our fit bowls , kabobs, shawarma fries and rice also didn't disappoint. Everything so rich in flavor . We ate the entire time!! Did I mention pistachio baklava? Yeah, that was the final piece to throw our belly's over the top!! If looking for a nice quant place with delicious food and good service Pita Kabob will not disappoint.

Review: A Triumphant Return to Pita Kabob Rating: It had been about five years since my last visit to Pita Kabob, and I'm happy to report that it remains one of the best spots in town. From the moment we walked through the door, the service was seamless; we were greeted immediately and seated within just a few minutes. The Vibe & Menu The menu strikes a great balance--large enough to offer a deep variety of Mediterranean dishes and libations without being overwhelming. We noticed a fantastic selection of drinks and settled on a few ciders, which have been our go-to lately. They were the perfect crisp pairing for the meal ahead. The Main Event: Mediterranean Pitas We decided to stick with the classics and ordered the Mediterranean Pitas: * Lamb Pita: Rich, savory, and perfectly seasoned. * Filet Mignon Pita: Incredibly tender and high-quality protein. Each pita was packed with flavor and offered that satisfying "fresh and crisp" crunch in every bite. The portions were spot on--filling enough to satisfy but leaving just enough room for a side. Don't Skip the Fries We couldn't leave without sharing an order of their fries. If you haven't had them, they are an absolute essential for the table. Final Verdict Five years is a long time to be away, but Pita Kabob hasn't missed a beat. Between the efficient service, the flavorful entrees, and the great drink selection, it was an amazing experience. We won't be waiting another five years to come back!

    Chicken shawarma plate

I just had Pita kabob for the first time on Wednesday night, and it was delicious! I got the chicken shawarma plate to go and it was phenomenal! Huge portion sizes. My friend got the spicy beef shawarma wrap and that was delicious too! Getting that the next time I come. I met one of the managers, Jason, and he was very generous! He made my friends and I feel very welcome. The restaurant itself is gorgeous, and the bar is very nice. There is a back patio as well! Overall, I loved this place and their lovely staff! The food and the drinks are amazing! I can't wait to come back here! Thank you Jason for making our night memorable:)

Came by here to check out spots Kabob. Ordered the Mezza plate which had a number of appetizers including Baba Ganoush, Dolmas, Falafel, pickles, and pickled beets. It was very good! The service was great also. I'd love to come back at a later time and try the lamb shank it looks fabulous and I'm a huge fan. They have a great outdoor patio and a bar and the ambiance is very nice. I'm sue this place is fun on the weekend and during the summer

I have eaten at Pita Kabob and Grill once before. I really like the food vibe; they have a large outdoor patio as well as a dining room. It was warm today, so I opted for eating in the airconditioned dining room. We shared a couple of items including the Oriental Mezza platter and Shawarma fries. Both were very good but I especially enjoyed the Shawarma fries. Unfortunately, service wasn't the best. The restaurant was busy but they weren't full, but our server seemed to move slowly. She never checked back on us after the food was delivered. I had to flag her down to get drink refills and I had to ask a couple of times for a to go box.

Came here on a weekday afternoon and they got very busy during the lunch hour. The staff member was friendly but the wait was long. I ordered a falafel pita and a side of fries and told it would take 20 minutes. I got the food in about that time, However, I got rice instead of fries and had to wait another 10 minutes. I was surprised that it took that long to replace fries and unfortunately by the time I was able to eat my wrap with the fries, the wrap was cold. I was confused that they call it a "pita" when it was thinner than a tortilla used for a burrito. The pita was also missing sauce to make it more flavorful. The falafel itself was standard, and the fries were beer-battered, which I was not expecting. I'm glad you can have the to-go orders in the deli/cafe/pizzeria attached, but I was disappointed in the wait times. I found it odd that I couldn't just put a phone order over the phone either, since it meant a longer wait time to get food to-go. Not sure I would return.

I loved the shawarma fries. An abundant serving of perfectly seasoned crunchy goodness. I'd get this as an entree. The lamb wrap was just ok.

Ask the Community - Pita Kabob & Grill

Do you serve eggs with any of the meals or alone?

    No we do not.

What meat is in the gyro?

Hello Kelsey! We use a Lamb & Beef blend!

Do you have happy hour at bar? If so, what are your specials & times?

Yes we currently do offer $2.00 off almost the majority of pints. We are currently working to add in appetizers. Follow us for on IG or FB for updates! Thank you!

    Is it dog friendly?

As far as I know yes as long as you stick to the patio.

Does the deli have halal/zabiha meat?

    Yes they do

Is the number accurate? And do they do orders for pick up? I ask this because I'm not sure the number is working?

Don't waste your time. Kabab City is a block away, does orders for pick-up, and has way better food at a way better price!

    Is it dog friendly?

Yes, on the outdoor patio area.

I went with the Juju Bleu, Calamity Jane, and Betsy Ross. I'll admit, I'm usually not a fan of bleu cheese, so I'm not sure why I picked the Juju Bleu--but I'm glad I did. It was surprisingly delicious. The Betsy Ross was solid and classic, with Thousand Island sauce--tasty, though nothing particularly standout. The Calamity Jane was the clear winner for me; the combination of sautéed onions, barbecue sauce, and mushrooms was absolutely spot-on. We also upgraded our side to clam chowder. It had great flavor, though it was a bit thicker than I prefer--not a dealbreaker by any means. Service really made the experience shine. Paula was phenomenal--attentive, friendly, and quick to check in on us and keep everything running smoothly. Overall, this is a great spot for lunch with friends or coworkers. Since it's right on Main Street, parking can be a bit tricky, so I'd recommend using a nearby public lot and taking a short walk over.

It was Thursday evening, and the place was much busier than we expected. There was a pretty long line, and we waited about 20 minutes for our food, but once we took the first bite, we understood why so many people were there. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and made to order. This definitely isn't your typical fast food, it feels like real homemade Greek cooking served from a food truck. Between the four of us, we ordered the Three Rivers Plate, the Smash Burger, and the Falafel Pita Sandwich, and every single meal was a hit. The only thing I wish was different is that the burger didn't come with fries or another side. That said, the burger itself was juicy, full of flavor, and cooked perfectly, so I really can't complain too much. If you're driving out of Sequoia National Park and looking for a great place to eat before heading home, don't skip this spot. It's well worth the wait, and we'd happily stop here again on our next trip.

Loved the chimichurri, sharpness of the pickled onions and you can never go wrong with using dutch crunch bread for any sandwich. The loaded gyro fries while looked amazing, were slightly underwhelming also for the $20 price tag. It did have solid flavors but barely any gyro meat unfortunately. Basically was a bunch of fries that also could've been crispier too. Luckily was able to go when there wasn't a big ole line so the wait wasn't too bad for food. I'm not 100% certain it was this or what caused it, but after eating our stomachs were a bit messed up for a bit and pretty sure it was eating here (Luckily nothing too crazy lol). I'd still recommend this spot when in the area as it did seem like a popular spot and better than a lot of other options in town.

My husband and I shopped at the Tulare Outlets and afterwards we were looking for some good food. I picked this place after seeing many reviews. I am so happy I chose this place! I didn't get a picture of my husband plate because I was too focused on mine. He got the Bacon Smash Burger. He loved it. He said the patty was well seasoned. The veggies were fresh. The bacon was good. The fries were his favorite. He loved that they were not oily and battered to perfection. The fries were not soggy but crispy! I got the Chicken Kabob plate with rice & fattoush salad with an extra garlic sauce. Mediterranean food is my favorite and I am very picky when it comes to liking the food. This place nailed everything. The chicken was juicy, tender, and well seasoned. The rice was fluffy and so much flavor. The fattoush salad was my favorite because of the freshness and the dressing was very tangy and lemony. Things I love. The garlic sauce was great as well. It was not overpowering and packed with flavor. The staff were great and friendly. The place as a whole was unique with their old dinner look. I had a pleasant experience and will be back!
