I went to STUARTS instead. The pharmacist at STUARTS (an old man with grey beard) was rude and had a nasty, condescending attitude. He wouldn't fill the prescription because it had the PA's name on it and not the doctor. I drove all the way back to hospital, got new script with doctor's name on it. Back at the pharmacy, same pharmacist has the cashier tell me that he's not filling the script again because it's dated for the next day, (which it WASN'T. The 8 looked like a 9, but with closer inspection you could see that it was the lack of pen pressure when the doctor rewrote it.) This pharmacy also shorted me in the past on medication for a family member, by SEVENTY PILLS - which I got - but not without a struggle. That's one of the reasons I stopped going there. I think he may have remembered the incident, and that was why he was being such a jerk. I went to WALGREEN'S on Sunrise Highway, and they filled it in 5 minutes, with no hassles. I'll never step foot in Stuarts Pharmacy again.

They then required me to make a second payment in order to release the order. I did not sign up for any subscription, yet my card was charged again on March 28th. I attempted to call customer service, but no one answered. I also tried accessing my account through their website without success. Once they obtain your credit card information, they continue charging without authorization, and they do not respond to customer inquiries. I had already sent them an email before this most recent charge stating that I did not want to receive any additional peptides, but they continue to send them anyway.

First, they made a mistake with my son's prescription and did not fill it correctly. Then, last week, I spoke with them about refilling a prescription and made it clear that I needed it by Monday. They told me that would be fine. When I went I was told that the prescription was not ready, and I was told no one had ordered it. The owner/pharmacist was dismissive and treated it like it was just a simple mistake. But this is medication. Pharmacies are responsible for people's health and safety, and mistakes like this can have serious consequences. One mistake was bad enough. Two is completely unacceptable.
