I want to report a scan. I made a one-time purchase from this vendor. They advertised peptides, and the price they quoted for the injectable product was lower than the price shown when the order was placed. They then required me to make a second payment in order to release the order. I did not sign up for any subscription, yet my card was charged again on March 28th. I attempted to call customer service, but no one answered. I also tried accessing my account through their website without success. Once they obtain your credit card information, they continue charging without authorization, and they do not respond to customer inquiries. I had already sent them an email before this most recent charge stating that I did not want to receive any additional peptides, but they continue to send them anyway. read more

I have come here off and on some years to get a prescription that needed to be blended. It's not close to my house, so traveling here is not the pharmacy down the street. They have what I can't get at many other places. Suffice to say, I feel stuck whether I like them or not. The new location seems nicer inside. However, they have a driveway that is right next to the entrance which makes one think there is a parking lot in the back. There isn't. Just a car parked, some dumpsters, picnic tables etc. There is no outlet and so you have to do the broken u turn to get out. All the while, now, while someone from the business comes outside and simply stares at me. GET SINAGE! IM SURE MANY FIRST TIMERS DO THIS". I finally am able to park in the Ace Hardware parking lot, come in for my prescription which was supposed to be ready, and they say "it's in the lab". What does that mean? I got a message saying it was ready. The second guy says "one moment" and goes in the back. After waiting 5 - 10 minutes with no return, I asked another person, Tom, who checked and came back to tell me it would be ready tomorrow. Waste of my time and gas. They said they will mail it "tomorrow" for another $9.50. I certainly am not paying again. Their system is terrible, customer service lacking and the time it takes to mix cream now makes no sense. It has been a week since it was ordered. They were ambivalent to that fact, but insisted they never told me it was ready. I asked them if they would waive the shipping fee when it was ready. A life-critical prescription was submitted five days ago. No interaction came until after closing hours, and their pharmacy is not open on weekends. Which I've never heard of. By this morning there was still no word, so I was forced to call. I was put on hold multiple times, after which the rep said Fedex had refused to pick up the package. Do not trust this company! My elderly mother was receiving mail order prescriptions and over the counter medicine. It was written as a 30 day delivery. They sent prescriptions and OTC FOR THREE MONTHS of use! My 97 year old mother passed and I found out about this when I picked up her unused meds. I was shocked to see so much OVERSTOCK. Also, they charge A LOT more than CVS, Amazon, Walmart, etc. Needless to say, they don't care and talked circles around me with B.S. excuses. I requested a call back from a manager, didn't get one. In todays fast paced world not many are willing to go out of their way for people. That surely was not the case with the pharmacist Kevin at precision compounding pharmacy. I came in Saturday distraught that my script may not be ready before I ran out, he was so helpful in reassuring me that he would look after it. What he did next left me speechless about an hour later he called to tell me he wanted to make sure it would be ready and he compounded it himself. WOW!! Grateful is an understatement. Three phone calls and 1 visit to get a compound prescription NOT filled. Called 2X. First time they mumbled something and hung up. Second time said it would be an hour and I would need to build a profile. 90 minutes later (we killed time getting lunch) my prescription is still not ready because they say I would need to create a profile. The profile is comprised of my name, DOB and my credit card. Why didn't they ask the first or second time I called. Or maybe transfer the information from the prescribing doc? I heard some indignant yelling behind closed doors, they said they would expedite it, but it would take 30 min. I live over a 1.5 hours away and the only reason I chose this pharmacy was because I could pick it up immediately. Instead it will be shipped at my cost. If I want to overnight it they are happy to do so for $38 shipping fee. Precision pharmacy is anything but. There specialty seems to be wasting time, money and doing it with an extreme lack of care or consideration for their customers. I believe it's super important to support local small businesses, especially during the pandemic. I was on Wegovy and was doing good but it has been backordered since August 2023. I purchased a groupon for BMIMD for the compounded semeglutide processed at Precision Pharmacy. I received it in the mail when I was told it would arrive. I have not taken it yet becuse I want to make sure it is sterile and processed under sterile conditions and there is no salt products in it. I have been using this pharmacy since it was B&H. Howard was a gem. He must have sold it to these new people. 1. Said do not keep my credit care on file. They kept it on file. 2. Got a rx filled for a compounded medication. It was half the amount I usually get bc I was using it longer. They charged me the same price and a bit more than the whole amount I usually get. So they charged me the same amount and a little more for HALF THE AMOUNT. When I called to correct this. I was told some kind of mumbo jumbo that they do not punish people for the length of time they use the medication. I said something like, if I get a bottle of medication thats 100 count for 10 dollars, I'd expect that if I got a 50 count of the same it would be less. Well sadly my experience is inline with many others. My provider submitted a prescription on a Saturday and 7 days later it does not seem that even know where the medications is. I started calling on Tuesday and was given the run around. By Wednesday they stated that the medication would go out no later then Thursday. When I contacted them Thursday evening I was told I needed to be patient. I explained that they set the expectation. They then told me it would go out Friday with delivery on Saturday. Well Friday I get a notice that a label was created and then nothing. They tell me Saturday that the package will be delivered on Saturday. Impossible since it was never picked up. Is it possible to give 0 stars? If you want your health to be a high consideration then look for another pharmacy immediately. I waited 12 days to receive my medication. When I followed up with the pharmacy 5 days after the script was sent in, I was told that it would be delivered in 3 days. I never received it on that date. I asked my doctor to support me in figuring this out, which prompted a call from the sales manager, Barbara. I am shocked at the deflection of responsibility onto me, the patient, to make sure that I am calling in my prescription weeks before I have finished my bottle. My only request from the company was to call me to inform me that they would not be able to deliver my medication on-time, as they had stated they would. This would have given me theopportunity too find a pharmacy that could meet my needs. I'm a reasonable person and quite patient. Language was repetitively used stating, "you're entitled to your opinion and I'm sorry you feel that way". How can management possibly think that this is effective communication? This is called gaslighting. I literally could not continue this conversation due to the arrogance and narcissistic behavior of their management. As a pharmacy student that has worked in your top neighborhood chains, very often you lose your relationship and compassion for the patients when they start to care more about the numbers and less about the help your providing. The truth is, that if you work for the patients, the profit has never failed to appear. Precision Pharmacy taught me more about how to be a pharmacist than any of my other experiences in the past have. The staff of the pharmacists Frank and Rich, along with the technicians Marie and Tim make every patient feel like they are family. They will go above and beyond for any patient and this is why they are a staple pharmacy in the area. They have other locations as well and continue to expand, including the compounding pharmacy upstairs. There is a parking lot for convenience and also an urgent care next door. There is also a nice robust selection of over the counter products from vitamins, cold & pain remedies, surgical supplies, and whatever you may need. I have used this pharmacy twice to fill my prescription for compounding HRT. The tubes they use to put the cream in are not strong and always break. I took pictures of the broken tube and the cream that squirted to the floor to show them. In the hopes that this was just a fluke, I refilled my prescription. Again this has happened within the first few times of trying to push the cream out of the tube. A toothpaste tube would have been better. So it does not hold up and is difficult to use. I am done with this pharmacy and will not go back unless they change the types of tube they use. read more

** Do not go here for compounding prescriptions ** This was my first time ever dealing with a compounding pharmacy. I had my doctor send in a script, called the pharmacy to make sure they received the call from my doctor and to see if they needed my insurance info.. I was told they received it and did not need insurance info at that time. Go to pick it up within a half hour... to find out it's $135 and they don't go through insurance for compounding scripts (which would have been nice to know when initially called them and asked about insurance). I was going to leave half of the meds since my doc prescribed me extra for future use, but the pharmacist said even half of the meds would still be $85 and that the rest is actually discounted if I take them all in case I needed more for future use..so I decided to take them all for $50 extra instead of paying another $85 in the future. After the fact, I was talking to friends who told me how much of a rip off that was, and I even called 3 other compounding pharmacies to see their pricing on the same medication. (I would have done this before hand if I KNEW compounding scripts did not take insurance--but being my first compounding script I had no idea!) All of the other pharmacies I called would have saved me $45 - $70 for the same amount of the same exact med!!! I contacted precision to see if they did any kind of price match, or if I could bring back the untouched meds so I could have my doctor call in the remainder elsewhere. I was told there was nothing they can do, that they didn't force me to take all of the medication, and that it was expensive because of the amount of time that goes into making the medication. REALLY!!! Because I picked up the medicine within the 1/2 hour after it was called in, so I don't buy that BS excuse. They told me I can download a claim form from my own insurance website and submit the receipt and maybe I'll "get a few bucks back"... but they even spelled my name wrong on the receipt, so that's another annoying tid bit. Either way -- I understand you can't return certain meds once they are out of the pharmacy, but I feel so ripped off and unsatisfied knowing I could have saved $45-70 elsewhere, however the owner did not seem to care one ounce about a dissatisfied customer. Another side note.. when I went to pick up my med, two of the pharmacists literally had a back & forth fight in front of the customers, and the woman pharmacist stormed out of the store. Can we say awkward & unprofessional? I am in the medical field and I would never let this happen in front of patients. So all in all... I would recommend...
