We came back later and she said there's not enough in stock so we have to order it and it can take a couple of days. I asked, why can't you borrow it from the Chester CVS because when I was a pharmacy technician we could borrow it from our sister stores. they said it takes a couple days ma'am will call you. being that I had a raging infection and I didn't want it to spread in my upper arm or wrist. I called the store manager to get through because otherwise you cannot.. I made the complaint that why can't they borrow it from another sister store or call my doctor and ask for a replacement of another sort. The pharmacist finally got on the phone., Live and said, we can give you smaller doses to replace the one big dose for your daily needs and I asked why didn't they tell me this yesterday? she said well I don't understand why they didn't offer that to you. I did not work yesterday. This is a matter of seriousness because I could lose my hand so within an hour they gave me smaller doses. The robotic system called, says your prescription is ready you can pick it up so I believed it yesterday and it was not complete because it was not in stock. Miscommunication is a very bad thing in this business. . I was a pharmacy technician and I know the seriousness and we would always borrow from another pharmacy or sister store there is no reason why any drug stores should be out of stock for a simple common antibiotic the pharmacist apologized and it was great to get through to speak to the pharmacist when I called the store manager. If you rely on them to call you back in a timely manner, you have to wait till the end of the day. I had a lot of pain, suffering, and swelling for the past two days without having the antibiotic. I find communication very poor you cannot get through to the pharmacist, directly or the staff you must leave a voicemail and I could not drive to go and personally I had to send somebody but they do take my insurance and the manager did get me to the pharmacy so at least I'm grateful for that. in the picture, you will see my swollen hand. I could not use it cannot drive cannot function. I needed the antibiotic as soon as possible Before it spread.

I couldn't help translate for the customer because he left quickly after she told him no. I didn't confront her or report her at the time because I don't like confrontation so I decided to leave this review instead. I will file a complaint with corporate regarding the situation because her behavior made me very uncomfortable as a Hispanic person myself, and she shouldn't be working there. She is an older white woman with blonde/gray hair and it happened on 2/19/26 at 8:43pm. I don't expect anything to be done about it because it's her word against mine, but what goes around comes around and justice will find its way to her. I find it unacceptable that people have to deal with that kind of nonsense this day and age, but here we are. I won't be coming to this location anymore.

The produce is really well taken care of and the small hot wing bar carries some nice last minute party side needs . Bake shop -I miss the old on site cake decorator they had, but everything from here as well as the meat and fish dept are ALWAYS fresh and yums!!! Thank you for such a great store

Sure enough, I was able to use their restroom. It was fairly clean for a public restroom, but unfortunately the soap dispenser was empty--only hand sanitizer was available. I was too exhausted at the time to bring it up to staff. Note: I'm deliberately using the correct word restroom--not "bathroom," since there was no bathtub. At 17, during a senior class trip to France, I asked for the bathroom location in a restaurant, and a few French people responded that Americans use the word bathroom instead of restroom when looking for a public toilet, and I have never forgotten that! I have been using the word "restroom" ever since! I'm giving this CVS four stars, deducting one for the lack of soap.

She helped all three of us with the rewards system and our coupons, particularly the person in front of me since her phone number didn't work at first, and she made sure to tell all of us to have a great day. The only reason I'm rating the entire store with 4 stars is because I have had several issues with the pharmacy in the past. A common issue I see is getting the notification that my medications are ready, but the pharmacy doesn't have it in stock when I get there. Im sure there is a way for that to be fixed as it is most likely just an issue with the system sending out those notifications too early.

When I picked up the partial I was told to come back in a month and the next month would be filled. It was at that point I was told that since it was a controlled substance I would need a new prescription. My complaint is that when I picked up the partial I could have been told that I would need a new prescription and a special code that enabled them to fill 3 months. I feel that this is poor customer service that needs to be addressed.
