Young Pharmacist talks down to her customers with a finger wagging attitude and is very rude. Most unprofessional conduct I've ever experienced, certainly not suitable for someone in that position dealing with people who are typically sick and needing medication. They Repeatedly run out of stock and don't tell you until its the refill date, and then say they will order it, but have no clue when it will be back in stock. They have a hard time finding the prescription when you do pick it up. Many times they are just chatting and gossiping instead of waiting on customers. Staff is very unorganized and they lose prescriptions that are in the computer in their system. The worst CVS, let alone pharmacy in the area. Avoid, very poorly managed. read more

Horrible customer service via the pharmacy. I was in the drive thru line at 5:50 pm on Saturday July 8. There was a car in front of me and when I pulled up to the window it was 6:02. I know they close at 6 but the person at the window saw me in line before 6. I paid for my Rx online so all I needed was to pick it up. They closed the registers and refused to give the Rx to me. I'm not normally a person that complains about things. I'm fairly easy going. However this was a horrible display of customer service. I've worked at both CVS and Rite Aid in the past and we always helped the last customer in line if it was only 5-10 minutes passed closing. Some people waited before closing so it's not fair to make them not only wait in line, but then turn them away just because by the time they got to the register it was a couple of minutes passed 6. Horrible customer service. The manager, Dayna is rude and refuses to transfer you to the pharmacist. She says corporate has a new policy for the pharmacy not to answer calls anymore, but corporate doesn't seem aware they have this policy. She also refused to give her first name. No manager of a store should refuse to give any customer her last name! Needless to say, after leaving messages through the app and two by phone over the past week, no one has gotten back to us, and the new prescription remains on hold for another month??? Corporate says Tara Jones has been notified of this poor customer service and will be getting back to us. Dayna, the manager said the only way the pharmacy will talk to anyone now is in person, but we, both being disabled, certainly don't think being required to drive 15 minutes, wait on line, and still not get the prescription filled makes any sense. If this issue isn't resolved by tomorrow, we will take our busines elsewhere, and I hope everyone else does too. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, the pharmacist is rude and could care less about filling prescriptions. My doctor called my prescription in 4 times and each time he said he never got the message. I'm surprised that there aren't that many reviews on here about CVS on Emanuel Church Rd. Since they have constantly and continue to go down hill in their Service, and Customer Care! And their Attitude seems to be that they could are less about their Customers! Especially those who have been with them for many years! They have gotten to when they do answer the phone they don't even tell you their name anymore and are not very friendly while talking to you! And when they are supposed to have prescriptions ready for you they can't find them and are out of it and then they have to order it and you have to make another trip up there to be treated like they could care less that you are their customer! read more

If you feel like waiting in line forever for your prescription come here. Waited 45 minutes behind 2 people last week. Was the first in line today and then got sent to the back of the line because I asked for a GoodRX code for my dogs prescription. Once they applied it I got sent to the back of the line, now 5 people deep, to wait an additional 25 minutes to pay for them. They need to be better staffed. CVS pharmacy on an Emmanuel Church Road is one of the worst I've ever used. I too would give zero stars if I could! Anytime you try to check on some thing with the pharmacy you have at least a 15 minute or a longer wait on hold to speak to a pharmacist. I have my refill for my heart medication due under auto refill, to be refilled 8/31/2023, but today it's November 2 and my medication is still not ready for pick up. This is typical of Emmanuel Church Road CVS. You can sit in the drive-through line up to 30 minutes with only one or two cars in front of you to pick up your prescription (after paying on line even) because the chubby black girl at the window spends most of her time chatting to fellow employees, you can hear her laughing and conversing through the window as I sit in my car. I had only one car in front of me, I had paid for my prescription online, and still ended up waiting almost 20 minutes in line because this gal doesn't move and get things done. She is too busy socializing with anyone there is to talk to . DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY UNLESS YOU ENJOY WAITING. The pharmacist is always behind, & we all know they can't possibly have so many prescriptions that it takes days & days to catch up! read more

Best drug store in the area. If you have their rewards card you can often stack up coupons with extra care bucks and get a great deal on every day items if you use it all right. It can be tricky at first but the staff is helpful in calculating how it will work out. They have a good floor stock and do a good job of keeping their sale stickers updated to help you out. read more

Same Deal. No body on a front register on a Saturday at 10:00. My wife goes in and walks back and forth trying to get someone's attention. Some old man is on a personal call arguing w/ someone on a cell phone. He ignores her and walks away. He won't get her help. When he gets off the phone..10 minutes have gone by. He can't find her pictures, because no one took them off the machine from the night before. Then he can't figure out how to ring her up, so she can get the internet price she was supposed to get. She leaves w/o the pictures. We contact CVS, but no one cares??? Supposedly, the old man was a manager. Makes you wonder. read more

This truly is the worst business out there. The staff is unbelievably rude! I have a tendency to tear my carebucks tickets when trying to tear them from my receipt to use them, seeing how I didn't have a pair of scissors on me, I asked the cashier if she could do it. She snatched the receipt from me and rolled her eyes. The pharmacy is completely incompetent. They have given me the wrong medications multiple times. They have not filled my medications on time more times than I can count. They lie and say they haven't received orders from my physician, until I call my doctor while standing in front of them, the all of a sudden they find it. Should have called DHEC on them, but stupidly never did. Hated them so much had all my meds transferred to Walgreens and paid cash, because they are so bad. Insurance and Walgreens were in negotiations at the time so couldn't use insurance at the time. Now that that is fixed I am so happy. The difference between CVS and Walgreens is like night and day. read more
