This CVS Pharmacy is located on Old Country Road in Westbury, NY in Salisbury Plaza. This plaza has a pizzeria, barber shop, and some other businesses. There are plenty of parking spots. This location offers COVID-19 vaccine, immunizations, in-store pickup, photo, UPS access point, pharmacy, over the counter medications, groceries, gift cards, and has a pharmacy drive thru. This CVS is bigger than other CVS locations I've been to. My phone carrier is T-Mobile and through the T-Mobile Tuesdays in the T Life app this past Tuesday, T-Mobile customers can redeem 10 free 4x6 prints for in-store pickup orders at CVS by using the "Photo Prints Now" app. The app is very easy to use. I arrived at CVS Pharmacy on Friday afternoon about 2:30pm and the staff member behind the counter was easily able to retrieve my photos for me with my name and the size of photos. Worst CVS pharmacy. If you call the staff is nasty on the other end of the line (my experience). Also I was informed that I had certain prescriptions to pick up and when I show up I am told that one of the prescriptions was cancelled without warning and had to reach my physician. Why did they not tell me about this before I headed to the pharmacy. I mean, it is not that hard to call a patient and informed them of the cancellation especially if it is an important medication. This pharmacy is the worst! I do not reside that far from it and it is convenient, but the staff in both the pharmacy and front area of this store are TERRIBLE! Maybe this CVS needs to close down. Hopefully, the staff will have some decency and learn to be polite, respectful and considerate in the future with their customers. read more

The people who run this pharmacy are the absolute WORST people I've ever met. I have the flu and went in to pick up my prescription. They made me wait for over an hour JUST to tell me they didn't have it and that I would have to wait on the consultation line for another 30 minutes. The woman who was working the consultation line was so nasty. She told me she would check to see if another pharmacy had the medication I needed and found one that was a 20 minute drive. I asked her if she can make sure they put one on hold for me and she ROLLED HER EYES and said "ugh, they have 300!" I then asked her when that pharmacy closed and she said 9pm and walked away from the counter. I then drove 20 minutes to the other pharmacy with a fever in the snow, only to find out that they closed at 7 and I had missed them after the nasty woman told me it was open. Fast forward to the next day, my mom went back to the pharmacy that is 20 minutes away only to find out that they NEVER SENT THE PERSCRIPTION. I have now been on hold with the Westbury location for almost an hour and have yet to speak to a real person, and my mother is sitting at the other location just waiting. I will never come to this pharmacy ever again and I will NEVER recommend it to anyone. PS, this is not the first time they have been nasty to me about a prescription, this has just been the worst. PPS, this review is a reflection of the PHARMACY workers, not the retail personnel, the retail employees are the only reason I gave this one star in the first place. read more

The pharmacy staff has an attitude like you bothering them meanwhile they should understand without your business they are unemployed!! They move extra slow. Made an appointment online for my Flu shot & completed the required forms. They knew my age. When I checked in, the girl said "We're out of the senior shot." And just walked away. Seriously. That was it. Not another word. She was not dealing with any other customers. Two pharmacists were standing nearby and didn't even look up. So I called across the room to her. "Do you know when you'll have it in?" "No. The manufacturer is out." I know that's a lie. I even checked the FDA shortages online. I somehow held my tongue and left. Mostly because I was astonished that anyone would treat another human being so disrespectfully, not in the slightest bit caring or regretful. I'm here to pick up my daughters meds. They said its ready within an hour so I went there after an hour. I have wasted hours of my life at this CVS pharmacy. Furthermore, it takes multiple visits in order to obtain your medication. At my most recent visit, I was told that my medicine (which I need daily in order to live) was not available despite being told that the technician was filling my script days before. To make matters worse, the technicians couldn't care less. They give you the thousand mile stare every time you talk to them. God forbid you're at risk for a heart attack, because this pharmacy will make your blood pressure soar. Avoid at all costs unless you like seeing yourself age. read more

This location is one of the more decent CVS' that I've been too. The aisle can feel a little cluttered at times and sometime the shelves seem overstocked. The cashiers are friendly. There's a free private parking lot. The pharmacy is usually pretty quick with turn around time on your precriptions. The prices could be better so I don't shop here often. read more

Living in South Westbury for most of my life, I have found myself using this CVS often as this store is conviently located, as it is within walking distance of my home. Coming here, I have usually found that this store is very good, as the service is friendly and efficient, the store is clean and well stocked, and the pharmacy has worked well when I have used it. I came here a while ago, as my mom needed an emergency can opener for her dinner and since it was rush hour, she did not want me to go all the way to Walmart as Old Country Rd would be crowded and she needed it quickly. With that it mind, I drove over to the CVS on Old Country Rd in Westbury. When I entered the store, I found it to be clean and it had well organized aisles. Since I did not know where they had can openers, I sought out an employee and Lorraine, a cashier who had dealt with me before, was friendly and eager to please. Since she had helped me before many times as I have been to this CVS a lot, we made small talk about my life, like my well-being, which made me feel very welcome. Within no time, we found a can opener (there was only one type) and she rang up my purchases quickly. While I don't usually shop at CVS for many items (like personal care and other items) as they tend to be pricier than big-box stores and supermarkets, I was pleasantly surprised that this high quality can opener at $10 in change was only $2 more than Walmart, which was not as bad as I expected. While I have not used the pharmacy in a while, I have found that they are accurate and efficient. Unfortunately, this CVS is not open 24 hours, so you will have to head east on Old Country Rd to the northeast corner of Newbridge Rd (NY-106) in Hicksville to that CVS store, which is open 24 hours. The excellent service as well as clean and well organized surroundings make this CVS a solid pharmacy! read more
