We were diligent in following up with the prescriber, who did everything possible to make sure the prescription was sent correctly, but Walgreens continued to deny its arrival. We arrived at Walgreens thirty minutes before closing, hoping to get my son's antibiotics so he could finally get some relief from the excruciating pain he was experiencing. Instead, we ended up waiting for over twenty minutes. When 9:02 PM came around, the pharmacist told us we couldn't be helped because the store was closed. Despite seeing my son in obvious pain and knowing how critical it was for him to get his medication, the pharmacist refused to assist us. The lack of compassion and empathy displayed by the staff was shocking. My son needed antibiotics that night, yet we were turned away with no help or understanding. This experience has completely shattered my trust in Walgreens, and I will not be using this location or any other Walgreens in the future. No one should have to go through this kind of treatment, especially when a child's well-being is at stake. It is unacceptable for a pharmacy to operate with so little concern for its patients.

Basically was called a liar when I asked why my Montelukast prescription did not get transferred and could not be found. I have a text where it tells me that medication and 3 others were ready for pickup. When I checked on the app, it showed cash or discounted prices, I thought, oh I got new insurance and the must not have it. I uploaded my new insurance card and sent a message and they responded it had been received. A few minutes after is when I received the text the medications were ready, and I called because it still showed the discounted costs. They told me they do not accept my insurance so they were giving me the discount. She told me I could call my insurance and find out what pharmacy accepts it. I did that and the new pharmacy told me they would call and get my prescriptions transferred. The new pharmacy called and said CVS only transferred 3 prescriptions and she called to ask about the fourth one. I gave her the name again (Montelukast) and she called CVS to transfer it, they told her they did not have that prescription. I told her I would call CVS and find out what happened to it. The lady that answered could not help me so she transferred me to the pharmacist. He was so rude in raising his voice and basically saying I was lying because he showed no record of it being in my profile. I told him I had received a text it was ready, the discounted price I had to pay if I wanted it from there, and he said I don't know what to tell you, we don't have it! I asked him what happened to it from this morning to now? He could not tell me. I know pharmacists change shifts, things can get lost and/or misplaced. They are human. But do NOT try and say I don't know what I am talking about when I know what I received and what I saw in the app. Here is the proof I have of my texts and the time they were sent this morning. MON stands for Montelukast...and I just wanted to know what happened to the prescription, because CVS had received it before I even left the doctor's office this morning. And now that one prescription has mysteriously vanished from CVS and any proof they "received" it. Well, this is my proof they did!

Yesterday when I appeared to pick up yet another prescription, the pharmacist noticed me and asked if I was starting to feel better. Unexpectedly, I started sobbing uncontrollably - it's been a challenging week. I was embarrassed and felt out of control. Sheila and the pharmacy tech embraced and comforted me like I never imagined. The pharmacy here is stellar, but in general, this store is outstanding. And it doesn't hurt that prescriptions and groceries add up to discounts at the gas pump - I had a 20 cent discount last month. So thanks Tom Thumb for remembering that SERVICE is still king!

The pharmacist promised to refund $110 rectifying what they did THEN he failed to do so. Additionally their creams clicked out over a month never have the same amount in them or the same consistency. This is the most expensive compounding pharmacy in northwest DFW with the lowest ratings from individual consumers. Go where you are treated honorably and the products are consistent.

All of the other 7-11's I frequent have single use restrooms, so my natural response was to use the other restroom. I opened the door and quickly realized it was not a single use bathroom and shut the door immediately. Within seconds of that happening, I was approached by an Indian lady with long brown hair who asked me if I could read and essentially accused me of being some sort of creep. I can almost guarantee that I was not the only person that was in desperate need of a restroom and opened that door. I frequent the Keller establishment and have had to use the women's restroom several times as the men's always seem to be either out of order or have people camping out for several minutes. The lady appeared to be management and judging by the way I was approached and treated in front of other customers, she has no business being a manager. I worked at a 7-11 for several years and always treated everyone with the utmost respect and courtesy. A simple sign would've prevented me from even opening the door. It was an innocent mistake on my part, but due to this interaction, I will never return to this location which is unfortunate as I usually spend a good amount of money there filling up my work vehicle and grabbing snacks and drinks for the day. I understand her need to voice her concern, but I don't expect to be treated like some sort of creeper or talked to with the amount of disrespect that I was. This is also not the first time. The lady clearly hates her job and needs to find a new one. I've been willing to overlook her rudeness in the past due to the proximity of the location to one of my job sites. NEVER AGAIN. Due to this lady not being able to have civil interactions with people that are providing her paycheck, they will never receive another penny of my money. I will drive whatever distance I to to avoid this location altogether. I will be attaching a photo of myself in the women's restroom of the Keller Parkway/Smithfield location. It's a place that I'm always treated well and made to feel like a valued customer. I told the manager I just got done using the women's restroom and left it in pristine condition. She smiled, laughed and said no problem because I bring them a lot of business and always treated them with respect. I'm an ideal customer. Even if I just need to use the restroom, I always buy something and since I work outside in the heat in a work vehicle, I spend a lot of money. Those people work really hard and aren't always treated well, but I'm still always greeted with a smile and they know me by name. Hopefully the Trophy Club employee's attitude catches up with her and she loses her job. She doesn't deserve it and is not cut out for retail. She needs a job that involves zero human interaction. I'm not a vindictive person, but I hope she ends up in a warehouse making minimum wage so her frown and bad attitude can hopefully go unnoticed. Rant over.
