This is a walk-in pharmacy only. They open at 9 AM and close for lunch from 1:30-2 PM! Every time I come, no matter what time, the service is excellent! Unfortunately, they are not staffed to take care of the large number of patrons in this area of Weston. The lines are always long; from seven to ten at any given moment, with only one, maybe two attendants plus the pharmacist. In addition, they are not well stocked on the bottles and containers needed. Yesterday, I picked up cough medicine for my child and when I got home, the bottle was filled just a quarter of the way. Thinking they made a mistake, I returned. I was told that they had been waiting for days on a shipment, so they had to use a larger bottle. That was confusing--especially because I had to pay $42 because insurance wouldn't cover it. Besides that, the store is kept clean but they can improve in some areas--especially hiring additional clerks up front and in the pharmacy, as I mentioned. read more

I usually don't post comments, but I feel it's important to share the lack of professionalism I experienced when calling a CVS in Weston, FL. The staff member I spoke with (he identified himself as "Art") made several inappropriate remarks -- questioning the legitimacy of my licensed telemedicine psychiatrist, who is based in Orlando and serves patients nationwide; making a personal and offensive comment about my living situation; and criticizing the way my specialist prescribed my medication. I found his attitude disrespectful, judgmental, and lacking basic customer service and empathy. Patients should be treated with professionalism and respect, not with personal opinions or assumptions. read more

I have lived in this area for 17 years. This was my CVS growing up and it has changed horribly. They used to have people with customer service skills working here. I approached this lady today on Christmas. I said merry Christmas at 6:22 PM and I said is the bathroom locked and she pointed at a empty counter with nobody behind it and said you have to ask behind the counter for the key. I walked through the whole entire CVS and there was nobody there, but her and she was at the entrance of the door. People have become so freaking lazy no wonder AI and robots are taking over their jobs. read more

Every single time I come to this location, NO ONE is ever available to assist. When you don't have an item on the counter, they always say, 'that's all there is. Whatever is there is all we have.' Seriously? Nothing in the back? I am literally standing at photos, an employee passed by me with an excuse me, failed to ask me if she could help me and began assisting other customers. I previously ordered 2 calendars as Christmas gifts a few days ago. Email said they were ready for pickup. I collected the items but when I got home, they were single photos instead of calendars. They are always out of medicines and last time the pharmacist didn't even look me in the eyes and would constantly roll her eyes when speaking to me! Awful I went here and when I bought an Apple Card for my child birthday, My kid kept saying the card was invalid, I took it back and told them, they said it wasn't their problem this happened 3 times whenever I try to get gift cards for my kids! This CVS Pharmacy branch is the absolute worst. In the past 4 months, they have lost 6 of our family prescriptions-including my children's epi pen prescriptions. They constantly run out of medications, today they didn't even have antibiotics. They are always a long wait and when you arrive at the check out they have a difficult time locating your prescriptions, and on several occasions they are filling them right there (even through their automated system texted me they were ready days ago). One of our doctors has gotten so frustrated with them, she filed a complaint with corporate. And to top it all off, the staff working is incredibly rude and they never answer the phones. I have nothing positive to say about this CVS location. Save yourself some time and stress and go to any other pharmacy for your prescription needs. read more

At first I called in about receiving my cOVID-19 Spoke to the pharmacist Anna Who informed me to come in the next day for they are usually less busy for walkins between one and three. When I got there the next day I greeted the pharmacist Marcos who is rude and apparently is the manager of the store and he's the one who dictates what happens and Doesn't that pharmacy therefore refused i've given me the shot. He told me I had to schedule an appointment Or if I wanted to I can come back in and speak to Anna on the next day. I said that I've already wasted enough time here and if you did not except walkins then you guys should not be telling customers that over the phone. This place is horrendous for basic customer service. The phone menu will take you at least 10 minutes just to navigate to hold for a pharmacy. Today's adventure was three separate calls to fix something their app messed up. All three calls were on hold 30+ minutes and no answer from pharmacy. They even close now for lunch (when most people need to call them) and yet they still don't answer when they are supposedly there. read more

Usually buy my stuff here since it is very close to my house. People are usually nice and try to work with you to help you. The pharmacy is usually good as well. I only had an issue once when my prescription (which I filled the previous week) was delayed until the Thursday of the week after and I needed it Wednesday due to a surgery on that Thursday. When I called to ask for a solution, the lady at the pharmacy said "you know what happened with the hurricane right?", referring to hurricane Dorian. Literally nothing happened with Dorian, the hurricane did not even have effects in Florida. I feel like that lady needs to go through customer service training, because it is not my problem that the prescription is late and her response was not appropriate. The pharmacy staff is excellent. I am glad my insurance switch from Walgreen to CVS. I have found the personnel at the pharmacy in this location is excellent and caring for the patient. Have been trying to contact this store for the past two days, this includes 8 calls where I was disconnected and 4 times that I was hung up on. Service is totally inconsistent, they never seem to have enough pharmacy personnel on duty. Other than for Marco, the pharmacy staff is clueless. If Cvs were not my insurance plans preferred pharmacy I would definitely go back to Walgreens or Publix. read more

Ok - this review is like my Publix review from way back. Why am I reviewing a CVS?? Because there are lots of CVSs to choose from and this one - although on the cluttered side -- has the best customer service. Always. The managers always stroll around and ask how you are or point you to sale items. That is rare. But warning, don't come here from 3-5pm if you can help it. This review is for the pharmacy only! I am not a CVS regular as I prefer Publix (creature of habit). As Blink (Blink.com) is no longer accepted at Publix I was forced to use CVS. Was very surprised at the level of professionalism, courtesy and expertise I experienced on this my first visit!!! From the moment I checked in at the pharmacy counter I was acknowledged and greeted by Chantal. She was busy helping a customer on the phone but said she would be right with me. To all who work retail this is all you need to do "acknowledge a waiting customer" most decent people will understand and wait their turn. Do not ignore us! Chantal quickly got back to me and asked if this was a prescription drop off? I replied I would like to wait for it, no problem please have a seat and we will call you when it's ready, she replied. Seating area is clean and lots to occupy you for the few minutes while you wait. There is even a blood pressure measurement machine. While waiting for no more then 5 minutes, I observed the pharmacist (Marcos)who double checked with a customer on the prescription as he had a doubt. I have rarely if ever seen any pharmacist do that. Double checking to make sure what he was filling was indeed what the customer discussed with his doctor is professionalism at its best. Marcos runs this ship at full steam ahead and is efficient, friendly and approachable. Marcos hands off the prescription to Ariadne who makes small talk and ask if I have any questions. Great friendly fast service. These three employees are an asset to CVS!!! You have a new customer CVS thank Marcos, Chantal and Ariadne. read more

Pharmacy is even slower then the front cashiers. I had the nurse call in the script from the dr's office thinking it would be ready when I got there. Upon arrival, 15 min. later, I was told it would be another 15 min. I asked if 30 min was the usual wait time for them to fill a script, and the tech started arguing with me that they had just received the phone call. I told her no, it was at least 10 min ago. She checked the machine, and saw that it was 15 min ago. So she said, "oh, I'll just fill it for you" and she did, taking about a minute. My question is, if she had the ability to do that, why not just do that in the first place instead of making me wait 15 min? read more
