This is a very good sized CVS location. It is conveniently…read morelocated on Route 3A in Hingham. I was across the street at one of the restaurants having dinner and I remembered I needed to pick up a few items so I decided instead of driving to the CVS locations closer to where I live why not go to this one while I was right there. It is set up a little differently than the stores that I am used to but I was able to find my way around pretty good and only had to ask where just one of the items on my list was located. The employees on the sales floor were very friendly and helpful. I did notice a few out of stocks but I also noticed an employee emptying out merchandise totes and restocking so had I arrived there a little later I may have noticed less items missing from the shelves. They have two self checkout registers at the front of the store and that saved me some time because the line to check out with the cashier was about 5 customers deep. The store was clean and the atmosphere was inviting. Plenty of parking available in their spacious parking lot. I would shop at this store again.

The sales staff working on the sales floor are always knowledgeable and willing to help customers locate products or provide helpful suggestions. The front end staff is always very pleasant and the checkout process goes smoothly. There is also a self checkout option at this location and the self checkout machines are always in good working order. The parking lot is huge so finding a parking spot is never a problem. It is also well lit at night. I would definitely say that this is my preferred CVS location. I highly recommend this location to others and I know for sure that I will be back.

Store hours are 7-10 but pharmacy is 8-9. Always great customer service when I'm here. Most items are always in stock. Great card selection. Also, they have an ATM here. Bathroom for customers only. Due to COVID I was working remotely so the CVS near my office was out of the way. At first they were great, very friendly and filled my prescription quickly. Lately however that has not been my experience. The last two times I went for a refill my prescription was not ready and the person behind the counter had an attitude. I also have to call to ask for a refill; other places I've gone do the refills automatically and notify you when its ready. I've also heard from friends that the staff have been rude bordering on hostile im their interactions. I'm back to in-person work so I will be changing my preferred pharmacy back to CVS.

I recently transferred my prescriptions here from CVS after seeing an advertisement for GoodRx. Using the GoodRx website, I found out that my prescriptions were cheaper at Walmart using the website's discount code as opposed to the price I had been paying for ages using Blue Cross Blue Shield at CVS! Who would think that paying for medical insurance with a high deductible would not give you better prescription drug coverage? Anyway, once I transferred my meds over, the staff were so helpful over the phone and super friendly when I went to pick them up (not exactly what one immediately thinks of when they think of Walmart). Although I didn't need to speak to the pharmacist, he came out to speak to me to make sure the meds I received were exactly what I needed. This type of quality control and service was also a nice surprise. I have been back twice since for refills and they are still pleasant and courteous, something that the often robotic staff at CVS can learn a lot from.
