The next time they see you, they remember what you were there for the time before and ask you how you are. Then they tell you that you look better. If you do not look better, they will tell you what to do to help,and call the doctor for a renewal if necessary. They also remember your family. They go above and beyond what a good pharmacy will do, and tell you it is no problem, even when you know it has to be. The other people who work there are amazing, too. The woman who stocks the store is the best, if they don't have it, she will get it. If you are too sick and can't make it to the pharmacy, they will bring it to you. If you want a team that makes you feel better when you are feeling at your worst, and it is right in your neighborhood, this is the place to go. I came in one late-night to get some essentials (I was traveling in the area). When I came, parking was easy to find, the store was practically empty, and the lady at the register was cool. I went on my merry way. Five-stars. Awesome. When I realized I had bought the wrong brand of something, I returned the next morning to try and exchange the product. They didn't have the one I needed, so I asked if I could return it. Plot twist? I had lost my receipt between the night before and the morning of (no more than like 12 hours). I had the receipt for one of the other purchases I had made the night before and the card I used to make the purchase, but apparently that wasn't enough. The lady wouldn't give me my money back at all. I seriously didn't get why, but whatever. I left the store frustrated and disappointed. I like CVS. It's a neat store that has pretty good deals, but this was unnecessary and stupid. I haven't made a purchase at a CVS store since.

He arranged for the prescriptions to be transferred and even delivered our monthly prescriptions to Brightview. Here's my story: I purchased a nebulizer at $49.99. It did not dispense the medicine properly. I called the number on the instructions and was given some suggestions on how to resolve the problem. The suggestions did not work. I called Rann and a woman told me that 'we have to find out why it doesn't work", among other expressions; giving me the distinct impression that they don't like to accept returns for defective items. However, she told me to bring it in when I had a chance. I did so. When I attempted to return this defective item, I was told that I had to have a receipt. I didn't recall receiving a receipt at time of purchase, but the receipt was on my credit card. They refused to accept a return. I took a picture of the nebulizer plus the clerk when I left the nebulizer at the store. They told me to take it with me. I told them they didn't understand the process for a dispute with my credit card. I told my credit card company as I am telling you, many stores today are refusing refunds on credit card purchases because they know many times the credit card company will refund the card holder but NEVER COLLECT THE MONEY FROM THE EGREGIOUS COMPANY.
