Atmosphere: bright and well stocked Service: I could not locate what the app said the store did have in stock so Jake was kindly enough to look up the stock on his handheld device and took the time to locate the item that I needed. I'm really impressed about how well stock this I did not see a bear shelf. everything was so organized! I love a well organized store! this store is great and it's 24 hours, so I might have to make this my CVS. They have a nice little grab and go area for like the milk and eggs and things like that. THIS LOCATION IS A STANDOUT! From the pharmacy through the store, every employee is friendly, professional, helpful, and efficient to get you in and out of the store in the manner. Their Pharmacy offers drive through service, and the Pharmacy is never staffed with less than two wonderful pharmacists, and very cordial pharmaceutical techs to support them. With times are under 7-8 minutes on average, and they are informative, and provide guidance for items in the store, as well as answering any and all those requiring a prescription. Everyone is always pleasant- a deep contrast from other locations! The store is always well-stocked, clean, and organized- a tribute to the management, and work ethic of the staff. There's self check out lines, and the store offers services from UPS drop off and pick up point, photos, greeting cards, makeup, self care, home products, tools, school, and office supplies, vitamins, refrigerated beverages, snacks, magazines, and more. The Willow Grove CVS has been handling both Horsham and Jenkintown locations due to a power outage at both locations for several days. They were clearly overwhelmed, but remained professional and courteous trying to get my prescription re-filled in an emergency situation (as my original medication was filled at Horsham and I couldn't get in the store). I definitely didn't had a too pleasant visit here. First off, the lady cashier wasn't too friendly. No greeting when you're in front of her, which is fine. She gave you a look, which isn't too fine but I'm like whatever. Then you ask the gentleman about their photo services, he has no clue and need to ask the lady back and forth, which was not too professional. When I told him my friend did the same digital service for only this price, he said no you have to pay that plus additional photo price. So I mentioned but I am not having it print out, just the digital CD version. He said still have to pay for the photo services. If your friend's CVS doesn't charge, maybe you should go to that one. Ok, fine. Bye. I am not going to linger around trying to negotiate with some staffs that aren't willing to help and work with you. read more

I go there often, since they are also close to TD Bank and other businesses around. I cannot complain about their selection of needed everyday medical supplies. They also process photographic film promptly. The only problem I've encountered there is those long lines for checkout. Sometimes the self checkout can be out of service. Overall, their service is good, I don't think this store needs to send out those customer satisfaction emails every time I go there, however. read more

Ok cvs why offer coupons for things you don't carry! I am so annoyed with the CVS pharmacy period! Either you close too early or the coupons are not worth the paper they are printed on! The pharmacist was extremely dismissive! She rang me up there was no line, she didn't ask for my cvs card and she didn't allow me to pull up the prescription for my daughters med to show her! I low key felt she was being R*****. I have never had a bad experience at this cvs. This particular situation definitely put a bad taste in my mouth! read more

Always a favorite store of mine despite location. However today I had a negative experience beee due to no fault of my own. Stopped in during my errands because I had a couple extra bucks and decided to grab my daughter a snack for the road. I used self check out bc it was only one item and thought it would be quick. Usually when I scan my card all coupons come up. I clocked that I wanted to use my extra bucks and then the machine lit up like a slot machine. I had to wait a while to get help which is no big deal. The employee couldn't figure out what happened and he said since I didn't have proof of the coupon he couldn't do anything abojt it. I was frustrated but just left and was putting my child back in the car when I got the receipt emailed to me with the item I got and the proof of extra bucks. I went back into the store and said "FYI I got a receipt and here's the proof that it was the machine and not me" and he said FYI something else but without the actual coupon there was nothing he could do. He ended up reissuing the extra bucks and gave me my item. The employees were nice. The issue is that it's not my fault that there was a computer glitch. An employee should never say there is nothing they can do. It wasn't the amount of money either. This could have happened with people that have a lot of extra bucks. CVS please do better with your machines and figure out a way to help without all the hassle. read more
