Right as I walked in, there was a nice assortment of fresh spring flowers and plants. I came in for some eyedrops. So I headed towards the pharmacy to ask the pharmacist for a suggestion. He was very kind and offered me a suggestion, he said most of them are the same, but the less expensive ones you'd have to use more frequently. This CVS was very well stocked. There were some brand new items I haven't seen or heard of before. They have self checkout registers and a person working. I purchased two items, my receipt was as long as I had purchased 500 items. This is a change they could make, unnecessarily long receipts.

This was walking in to see 3 to 7 people waiting to be served, it was odd that this suddenly started happening at this store seeing I had used this CVS for 10 plus years, really never ever had any problems there. I also started finding that Prescription refills were becoming late, I mean a week late. Then it became if I had my doctor call in a Prescription, REFILL, well I would have to go into the store to TALK to the Pharmacist asking if they knew when my refill would be ready... The Pharmacist would say we get a delivery in the next couple of days so HOPEFULLY it will come in, now I've been waiting for a week and only have enough of my medication left for two days, then I'm out. Well I'd go in the next day to be told SORRY I don't know when it will come in, so I'd ask is there another CVS that has that Medication in stock, well yes the store in Manchester has it, so now I have to call my doctor and request the Prescription be sent to the CVS at Manchester. Two months later the same issue comes up again, I wait 5 days and nothing, it doesn't come in, I ask were can I get it filled, she says there is nothing in any store within 30 miles of this store, now I was told a few days earlier that the store I normally use they only had 20 pills, so seeing how the Pharmacist said there was nothing at any store within 30 miles, I told the Pharmacist to give me the 20 pills they had because if I ran out I'd have to go to the Hospital ER room for care due to feeling sick due to NOT having my medication.
