Customer service is key inside of this particular CVS, which is why I ALWAYS return! While shopping both intimate care and feminine products for a lady-friend of mine, I was completely lost locating such products (...because I'm a man who is clueless to pinpointing such products). Nonetheless, that wasn't a problem thanks to their very helpful employee on-staff (a light-skinned gentleman with dreadlocks with a wonderful personality) who was more than happy to aid me by stopping doing inventory just to walk me through the aisles to every single item needed. Literally on the corner of Happy & Healthy, this is not my pharmacy and drug store of choice. I used to come here before Walgreens opened up across the street. Everyone here is always standoffish, on their phones instead of being ready to help and act as if they have better things to do. The parking lot is never clean and landscaped poorly. The outdoor aesthetics are just as important as inside and both are lacking. read more

I paid for a prescription online to be delivered on 8/14/21 with a window of 2:00-4:30. When it had not arrived at 6:00 my husband went to CVS to pick it up but they made him pay again! This means we paid $300.00 for this prescription! It's $150.00 dollars and I needed it for a wound. The female pharmacist told me I had to get the money back from the delivery company Ship. Ship told me they NEVER receive what I pay for my prescription. This female yelled at me when I wanted to understand how Ship would have my money. I have called customer service with no resolution. I took proof from both banks where 2 payments were made that day and male pharmacist was confused how and why that happened. Calling customer service again today!!!!! Don't use their delivery service and then pick it up because it wasn't delivered it will cost you twice!!!!! read more

Filling the wrong order. After explaining to the pharmacy attendant what was needed for the pick up. The staff at this location filled the wrong order. When I went back to the location. I was greeted with a rude reception from one of the clerks. Not only could not get a refund off the mistake that was made but ended up coming out of pocket for their mistake. So next time.....I will scrutinize every order from this location or maybe it is time to use another CVS. read more

I was the 1st customer on a Sunday (I was sitting there when they unlocked the doors). My prescriptions were sent to CVS by Urgent Care 30+ minutes before they opened. I had previously had prescriptions filled here before--yet it took them 36 minutes to put a sticker on the medication box and they had no record of the 2nd the doctor sent over. I been going to CVS since 2013. I always thought the employees were very nice until this morning. I went to purchase a few things I needed right away and the Pharmacy is on my way home so I stopped there instead of going to my usual store. In addition to all I purchased I also purchased two Cokes. Joshua the clerk forgot to put one in my bag. I thought no big deal its just a coke right? Well I went to buy cough drops this morning so I mention to the manager (Christopher). Well he acted like a jerk. He said they had to look at the camera's. I told him I would show him my receipt to show him I purchase two cokes but I was short one. I never imagine a manager would act like he did not care! He acted so stupid like he had no idea what to do. I am taking about a coke and he did not have the skills to solve a minor issue like this. I was shocked to see how little he cares for his customers. To me its not about the stupid coke but they way he treated me. I been telling everyone about my CVS Coke story! Not my first issue with this pharmacy but...Called 3 days ago, spoke to pharmacy and refilled prescs. Drove to town the next day and presc's were not ready as promised. Went back today, and STILL did not receive all my presc's as promised. I DID receive a presc. the doctor confirmed 3 months ago he never prescribed...Pharmacy says he did. Regardless, I DID NOT ASK FOR IT when I called to fill my presc's and confirm what was ready. It was never mentioned either. A new arthritis med was called in too, the woman I spoke to 3 days ago said it was a cream. I got pills. Spoke to a pharmacist today when I got home, and he kept telling me there are no female pharmacists...I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR TITLES I spoke to a woman in the pharmacy, but he would not let it go that there are no female pharmacists...I spoke to a woman in the pharmacy, period. He also could not confirm the new med was supposed to be a cream, that what I received was for arthritis...Finally hung up on him as he refused to answer any of my questions. I am disabled and do not know when I will be able to drive the 18 miles back into town, but you'd better believe I'm transferring all my prescriptions to another pharmacy before then. read more
