Everyone in the store is super friendly and I'm so happy that I came to this CVS. The service is great

I was having trouble at the self checkout and the manager, Lucy, stepped right up and opened a register to assist me. While shopping I witnessed her kindly assisting a customer and even pulled stock from the back for him. Another cashier offered to get product for a customer as he couldn't find it. Thank you to the amazingly wonderful staff in the Pharmacy. I finally figured out that if I got the app, I don't have to wait in a long line like I used to, which is why I used to avoid CVS pharmacy like the plague. I sent a text to CVS today about a prescription cost. They called me back within five minutes. I was amazed! Thank you to Brenda, who was very helpful, kind and who is a true asset to CVS PHARMACY on Stetson. Brenda you ARE appreciated!!!! ZERO STARS! I was sent here because a package of mine was delivered to this store. When I asked about it, they couldn't find it up front so they sent me to ask the Pharmacy. So I waited in line, asked the Pharmacy if they had the package. One of the women was very helpful, she looked but could not find it. So she went over to who I'm assuming was a shift lead because she asked her about the package and if the person who received it could be contacted. I was told "Claudia", the person who received the package, would be contacted. So I walked around the store for 48 minutes, went back to the pharmacy to see if they had gotten ahold of Claudia. I politely said "excuse me" to the rude employee that acted as a shift lead. She ignored me. Deliberately. So I gave her a few minutes before trying again. When I saw eye contact I asked "Is there any chance you guys got ahold--" she cut me off and said "Idk. They're calling now" But I didn't hear her, so I said "what?" Cut me off again "I DONT KNOWWWW THEYRE CALLING RIGHT NOW!!!!!" So I stood back, gave her another few mins then asked if it was the first time or second time calling. Because if it was the first attempt, I was just going to go home, I had been there for an hour now with both of my toddlers. She cut me off again and said "I DONT KNOW!!!!!!!!" So that's when I finally snapped back. "I understand you might be busy but I've been here waiting" She yelled that I'm entitled and need to get out of the store. THEN, proceeded to come out of the door and charge at me while I had both of my children with me and proceeded to call my children "Stupid ass kids". DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR!!! She needs to be fired. My children who are 3 & 4 years old had nothing to do with her terrible customer service. It wasn't OUR fault that someone got that package. I gave them over an hour to contact Claudia and I was polite up until she yelled at me twice. I told her I would be calling corporate on her and she CHASED ME while I was in my car. This is the worst drug store that I have been to in ages. I recently moved to Hemet and this CVS is the closest pharmacy to me to update a vaccination. Sadly, my preferred drug store has closed their nearby location. I made an appointment for a vaccine online ahead of time. I arrived at the CVS way early. The sign at the front of the store for Pharmacy included an arrow pointing to the back of the store, so I started walking toward the back and when I did not see any indication of a pharmacy, I asked an employee. He says, "Oh, it's up front." I replied, "That is odd because the sign has an arrow pointing directly toward the back of the store." I go to the Pick-Up/Vacinne window and explain to the man that I have an appointment for 9:45AM and did everything online. I handed him my insurance card and identification. He says, "Do you have another insurance card? It isn't accepting this one. Let me try it again because sometimes they work, sometimes they do not." I said, "That is a current insurance card and I have used it for years at other drug stores for my vaccinations." At some point, he mentions Medi-Cal, so I handed him my state benefits card, which his computer liked. He should have asked me for that in the first place, duh! Then he says, "I better see if we have the COVID vaccine in stock, there is not much call for it anymore and they don't order much of it." Luckily, they had it. He hands me a bunch of paperwork and a pen, but no clipboard, and says to go to Aisle 22. I told him I had no clue where that is and asked "Should I just make a left at Aisle 11?" He said "That is fine and look for the orange chairs." So the chairs have no table to fill out forms on, so that was fun for an older visually impaired patient. The pharmacist finally comes to a Port-a-Potty room and unlocks it. He really makes no indication that I should come in, so I waited for him. This cubicle (which he confirmed is permanent, not temporary) will not accommodate a walker or wheelchair, yikes! Definitely not ADA compliant, to say the least. Despite how convenient this store is to my new apartment, I will never step foot in there again. Clearly, they don't care. Upon coming home, I have an email and text message from them: "Please reschedule your appointment." The time stamp is an hour before my appointment and includes "Our 110 E STETSON AVE location doesn't have your vaccine(s) in stock," another duh! read more

This CVS is in a great location. The AC was working in the desert heat. It was clean. Everything was well organized. I came to return some items I bought the day before. The cashier returned it with no problem. He was courteous. I highly recommend using the CVS app as there are some discounts loaded on there. I also found some Legos on clearance read more

HEMET's BEST CVS? Although this CVS y Mas has seen better days it's probably the most efficient of all the ones I've visited in this valley. The carpet is old and needs a revamp, but the store is pretty big and spacious. I walked in to pick up a prescription and the medication I needed was cheaper here than if I went to Walgreens! Shoutout to Matthew, the tech who helped me. He had amazing customer service and was very personable! After I picked up my prescription I went to the back to get a couple of things and I found everything easily! There's a bunch of items you can find here, toilet paper, food items, make-up and much more. I'm seriously considering switching over to CVS as this is my second amazing experience at a CVS within the last week! When I checked out, the lady at the self-checkout kiosk offered me a bag without me asking and she was super attentive. I love good customer service! read more

Store is in good shape. Most employees are nice. Though, I came into the store today to grab a few things, and witnessed who I believe to be the GM (dressed in normal clothing: long dirty blonde hair: female) absolutely belittling and berating an employee. These are things to be dealt with in private. Not the most professional look when you're doing this in front of customers, though I am glad to have witnessed to know what type of person is running the place. I will make sure to let anyone know if they are looking for a job, to not apply here. Absolutely not a working together type of team. Do better. read more

Wrote this in my drafts a few months ago but it still fits. Pharmacy says script will be ready 5 minutes before they close. Nice. So I drove like a maniac and make it there 3min before they close. DENIED. Too early the say. Corporate bullshit acting like you have no power when I know that the pharmacist can bypass most things at their discretion. I've seen it. Sure mom and pop places have more leeway but its not like the pharmacist at CVS has no say. It all depends on who you get and their mood that day. Hate that walgreens bought out the last mom and pop pharmacy in town. Sails was amazing. Ive been on the same prescriptions for 4+ years consecutively and 8 yrs on and off. I have to take a drug test every month for my provider. If my provider sends in the script and my insurance will cover it, then what in the hell gives you the right to deny me? Esp when theres only 11 hrs between close when i arrived at 8am when you open. Just an inconvenience is on my part and waste of gas. And the pharmacist has the audacity to say my counting of days was incorrect when I literally read it out to her. So she comes over with her phone like it has a different calendar than mine and counts. Why we didn't agree? Because their dumb ass system doesn't count the you receive it. WHAT KIND OF BULL IS THAT? Because tomorrow morning you bet ill be taking a dose once I receive it, so yeah dummies the day its released is the first day. Stop depending on your inept computer program. And i know you could have released it last night because it said processing. If its really too early it will say to early. And after years of being on it I know I get a grace period of 2 days. And heres the thing: since I've been on the medication for so long there isn't any kind of "high", it has a ceiling effect and its almost impossible to overdose on unless combined with another narcotic. What if I didn't have 8 years in recovery but only 8 weeks. You could have lead to a relapse. Was it worth that? You pride? Or maybe it was the power you like, to rule the weak. Worst than a drug dealer I swear. The moment I walked in I could see the lack of compassion on the pharmacists face. She just didn't care. What happened to humanity? Like i said I CANNOT GET HIGH OFF SUBOXONE. Ive been on too long to receive any spark of a high. But you want to know what does happen when I don't receive MY PRESCRIPTION THAT MY DOCTOR SENT IN A DAY EARLY AT MY REQUEST, (because I traveled to New Hampshire two weeks ago to backpack for a week and on my way home, I left my remaining strips sitting on top of the mini trash cans in a stall.) Anyways, what could happen if I didn't have this much clean time and a had pharmacist thinks they know better than my doctor and refuses to release my script? Relapse that could result in death. You literally have many people lives in your hands and the lack of compassion because I'm just a pathetic junkie in your mind (thats finishing up my degree to become a teacher and helps the homeless on the weekends) is small minded. Wonder if I was there for blood pressure meds if their reaction would've been the same? Cvs your system does not count the day a person receiving their prescription as the first day of a 30 day supply. Please fix it! I'm tired of calling every other month and waiting on hold. read more

Their pharmacy line needs to figured out and quick waited 20 mins for my Medicine while they kept call up different people come up which is annoying for people that have been waiting. The skip the line is no better bc they put ppl from the regular line over there in front of the skip the line people or just completely ignore you like you're bothering them . This guy named Eddie was throwing a dripping bag of garbage, stops and goes to the register without removing his gloves so I adked if he could please remove his gloves. I was in a Hemet store #3033 and was approached by Tony a store director and was told there were no pets allowed in the store! I politely responded he is a service animal his comment to me was he is not allowed in the store that it did not matter if he was a service animal or an support animal no animals in the store !! I told him he was not allowed to remove a service animal and provided my animals registration. He rudely told me thanks as he walked away! I hope this is not your store policies for our service animals and if it is please post on your store fronts NO SERVICE ANIMALS ALLOWED!!! read more

There is a thief working here. Our children's grandmother lives near here and purchased a gift card for us to buy their Christmas presents with. It was purchased on the 11th and mailed to us via a sealed Fedex envelope on the same day. On the 12th the card was used for a pin purchase, at this Stetson Ave location, for the entire 200$ amount that was put on the card- several days before receiving it. We logged onto the website and found that the card had 0$ available on it- When we contacted the card provider we were told that there has been a stream of these crimes from the cashiers at the point of sale, who are the only ones who can see the barcode/information on the card when it was purchased. Its part of the strip that they rip from the packaging. As a result they are changing the packaging.To file a dispute we must first contact the CVS where it was purchased. Not sure how to go about it since they are several hundred miles away. We have had an awful financial year like many other Americans in our position and this represented everything we were going to be able to spend on our children. This is a really low blow that has come at the worst possible time. I hope the person who did this is caught, gets an extended stay in jail and has their ability to work with transactions permanently removed. Merry Christmas Thief. -addition: The CVS manager, Brett Hockins will not do anything about it and we have to file a police report. I recommend not ever buying a gift card here, or avoiding the crap-show entirely. Piece or work, all of them. I was just here at the pharmacy and they literally had me waiting for 20-25 minutes just to tell me that my prescription was not going to go thru, a total waste of time and honestly how stupid can they be both techs were literally scrambling because they couldn't give me an answer as to why they had me waiting for nothing, in my opinion this is the worst customer service I've as in any CVS store to this date. My doctors office faxed prescriptions for me and my husband yesterday afternoon. My husband's medicine was ready early today but mine were not and in fact they checked their fax and told me mine didn't exist! I called my doctor and they did fax it over and said they would fax it again. So I called CVS and was told that both faxes were there in the fax machine. Pharmacy said because they were for pain they would need to call my doctor to confirm the prescription. Ok so why didn't they review what was faxed. I waited in line long enough to listen to others experience with waiting in line every time they picked up a prescription. The line is beside the racks of birth control, Kotex, etc. only one person was at the register and 15 people in line. To the manager: please hire enough staff to meet the needs of your customers! read more

I like this cvs I'm new to hemet and I'm learning where the clean and nice employees work and I'm always here the girls are always nice in the front . It's always clean and I love the coupons and sales they have better than other drug stores where they use a point system instead I hate that I never get coupons. read more

For some reason, the CVS on Florida is always out of stock of items that are on sale and it smells like crap in that one! This one always has the things I need and nicer customer service here too. Incredibly poor service, on hold forever only to be told to call another CVS. Now, all CVS pharmacies are inter-connected of course, they all have the same information at their fingertips but they just don't feel like doing their jobs it would appear so call another one.
