    Called my kids "stupid ass kids" and chased me while I was in my car.

    ZERO STARS! I was sent here because a package of mine was delivered to this store. When I asked about it, they couldn't find it up front so they sent me to ask the Pharmacy. So I waited in line, asked the Pharmacy if they had the package. One of the women was very helpful, she looked but could not find it. So she went over to who I'm assuming was a shift lead because she asked her about the package and if the person who received it could be contacted. I was told "Claudia", the person who received the package, would be contacted. So I walked around the store for 48 minutes, went back to the pharmacy to see if they had gotten ahold of Claudia. I politely said "excuse me" to the rude employee that acted as a shift lead. She ignored me. Deliberately. So I gave her a few minutes before trying again. When I saw eye contact I asked "Is there any chance you guys got ahold--" she cut me off and said "Idk. They're calling now" But I didn't hear her, so I said "what?" Cut me off again "I DONT KNOWWWW THEYRE CALLING RIGHT NOW!!!!!" So I stood back, gave her another few mins then asked if it was the first time or second time calling. Because if it was the first attempt, I was just going to go home, I had been there for an hour now with both of my toddlers. She cut me off again and said "I DONT KNOW!!!!!!!!" So that's when I finally snapped back. "I understand you might be busy but I've been here waiting" She yelled that I'm entitled and need to get out of the store. THEN, proceeded to come out of the door and charge at me while I had both of my children with me and proceeded to call my children "Stupid ass kids". DISGUSTING BEHAVIOR!!! She needs to be fired. My children who are 3 & 4 years old had nothing to do with her terrible customer service. It wasn't OUR fault that someone got that package. I gave them over an hour to contact Claudia and I was polite up until she yelled at me twice. I told her I would be calling corporate on her and she CHASED ME while I was in my car. SHE CHASED MY CAR!! Check the cameras.

    This CVS is in a great location. The AC was working in the desert heat. It was clean. Everything was well organized. I came to return some items I bought the day before. The cashier returned it with no problem. He was courteous. I highly recommend using the CVS app as there are some discounts loaded on there. I also found some Legos on clearance

    Liz was so helpful. Making sure I had all my meds before I left. Excellent service with a cute smile. It's no we wonder I keep coming back

    OMG. Don't go to this pharmacy. So incompetent and slow. Be prepared for being there for at least an hour for a simple prescription pickup!

I was just laid off, and my insurance had ended. I wish i had taken the pharmacist name, but I'm forever grateful to him. He worked with me to get my levothyroxine at a very comparable price until I was approved for medi-cal. P.s. I just got hired and will have medical shortly. Yahoo! The staff here are very nice and customer service oriented. The craziest thing is that I never have to wait. I always get immediate service. I always call ahead to inform them I'll be picking up my.meds ahead of time. My family has been coming here for more than 30 years. The best mom n pop shop. The only downfall is their only open Mon-Fri As for one of the negative comments on this page, I went to Walgreens for service one evening. I waited in line for over 20 minutes, was asked to come back in an hour, and still had to wait over 15 minutes. In the past, with Walgreens, there was never ever a time i was serviced immediately. Just saying The only pros of Walgreens are their business hours. If there's anything you get out of this review, let's support our mom n pop shops. This pharmacy is truly amazing.

There are plenty of pharmacies in Hemet that deliver, don't charge exorbitant prices, and don't stop delivering medication prescribed by a physician. Life is too short for this nonsense.

They were both Very nice and very professional. In the end, it turned out that my insurance would not cover it, but including tax, it was only $41.00. I already had the medication to go inside, and each urgent care visit co-pay is $50.00, so it was still a win for me. One the first off as I walked into Inland Pharmacy it had been greeted by pharmacist tech took care of my transfer my prescriptions for myself and my husband. They are about my family care. I felt like I was back in time when pharmacists cared for patients care. Nothings is over priced and they care. They call you just to remind you to refill. Very professional also with that feeling of patient care. Excellent always highly recommend. Have to always take care of family own business. Keep corporate out of my neighborhood.

There's about 10 people in total that I saw that they were helping. Out of the 10 people one lady was the rudest one of all of them. It amazes me how people are so rude entitled and lack compassion. All the girls at the pharmacy were super nice and really polite. This ladies seriously got upset because they asked for the name twice and how the last name was spelled. After that the pharmacist asked her for the date of birth.This lady really got upset because of that lol ma'am have you ever been to a pharmacy to pick up a prescription? She started questioning the pharmacist why did they need so much information. Well I need the information so they can double check it's you and they give you the correct medication. She aggressively responded with " i'm picking this medication up for my client!" I just sat there and kept laughing at this shit show. The pharmacist handled herself very well. She politely asked her for the information and explain to her that it's to make sure that she had the correct medication for the correct patient. The lady literally got upset because she didn't all the birthday of her "client". I used to pick up my grandfather's prescription when he was still here with us. I knew his full name his date of birth and obviously our address. Do you don't need to be a rocket scientist to go pick up some medication. Also the mask and plexiglass doesn't help. You have to speak up a little in order for the person to hear you because you sound muffled. I honestly felt sorry for the girl because this lady was this so complicated and rude. Over the past several years, the level of customer service has declined significantly. Many of the pharmacists and staff who were consistently kind and helpful are no longer there, and the experience has changed. My biggest concern is my elderly mother's prescriptions. I use the pharmacy app, receive notifications that her medications are ready, and confirm that I will pick them up. Too often, when I arrive, I'm told a medication is out of stock, not actually ready, or that I need to come back later that day or even another day. This has resulted in multiple unnecessary trips to the pharmacy, sometimes four or more in a single weekend. What concerns me most is that my mother is 84 years old and depends on these medications. Delays in filling or releasing prescriptions can leave older patients without medications they rely on. Even when there is a legitimate reason for a delay, the communication has often been poor, and the interactions have felt dismissive rather than compassionate. I understand that pharmacies face staffing shortages, insurance requirements, inventory issues, and many challenges that customers don't always see. However, elderly patients deserve timely communication, respectful treatment, and every reasonable effort to avoid unnecessary interruptions in their medication. I sincerely hope this location can improve its customer service and communication because it was once a pharmacy I trusted. I would like to see it become that pharmacy again.
