CHAOTIC FUN! This Walgreens is a favorite of mine as I feel like I'm in a sitcom every time I walk-in. The staff is sassy, yet professional . There's lots of misadventures happening in here on the daily like attempted shoplifting but the staff is ALWAYS on top of things! The shift managers care about keeping a close eye on the hooligans and I get a kick out of it. Also, I come to this Walgreens a lot whenever I have to pick up a prescription as the drive-thru is fantastic and the pharmacy staff are speedy. Whether I walk-in or not, I always get my medications in a timely manner. Oh and they actually get my name right here! I wish I could give this Walgreens five stars but they decreased their operation hours. Bring BACK the 24/7 schedule please! read more

Pharmacist is EXTREMELY RUDE!!!!! They have had issues getting in touch with my daughters dr for a refill. Says she hasn't had a refill in over a month when that is 100% NOT true Was told by a tech yesterday that they would give her a 3 day supply until I could call her dr AGAIN..but when I go in to get that, the Pharmacist stops the tech from filling the 3 day supply and argues with me and gives me an attitude when I tell her shes incorrect about my child's last refill. First she said shes never filled there before, untrue ahes filled there before, as well as the other walgreens in town.... then switched to the oh she hasn't had a refill in over a month. ALSO INCORRECT. Its been a week and we haven't been able to get this fixed and today after being promised yesterday (right before they closed so I wouldn't have made it there in time to pick up) we could get a 3 day the Pharmacist snapped at me aggressively and told.me I should have come in yesterday to get it. So WHICH IS IT LADY?!?!?! went to take out money on Cash app and I've never done it before so I didn't know how and I went up to the counter if I could take money out, she sent me to the deposit and then in my ear, as if I'm they're not right next to me in the counter the lady I was talking to starts talking to whoever her coworker her boss, or whoever, and starts laughing at me, horrible service do not recommend workers are very rude. read more

Came in twice yesterday and it was closed during open hours. The next day when I went to pick up they didn't even have my full order ready and I had to wait because 1 medication was not covered by my insurance and instead of calling me asking if I still wanted to pay out of pocket I had to wait for the order. I've been doing business with this store for over 10 years. Customer service has been wonderful This week the pharmacy has quit taking phone and personal renewals telling me to go to a website and renew them I don't have internet so I can't renew my prescriptions I am being forced to change pharmacies I now know why many of my friends have switched to Walmart for example Your new policy just plain sucks read more

Came in to this Walgreens to get myself the flu shot, compliments of the Army(thank you). The staff is nice and pretty helpful. Like any other Pharmacy there's that kind of long wait when it comes to getting any kind of prescription so I was already anticipating the wait for my shot. This was actually my first time ever getting a flu shot at a store like this. I usually get it when I attend my monthly military drills. The cashier at the pharmacy was very nice and helped me out pretty quick. The pharmacists that gave me the shot was very nice and professional. There are not that many flu shot givers out there that can avoid any kind of sensation but Fernando did a good job. The only thing I must address is the store maintenance and cleanliness. The Patient Health Room had trash and didn't seem that clean. Same goes for the store as a whole. Overall this is a nice Walgreens and wouldn't mind coming back if ever I need another flu shot. read more

This is the second time reviewing this same Walgreens. I frankly have had it with them, They NEVER answer their phone, ever. The only way to get them to pick up the phone is to go through the regular store operator/manager. So I did just that. I asked the pharmacist if he could check with my doctor and find out when he was going to send in a new prescription for my Thyroid medication, he told me no, I already have 17 other Doctors to call today. Well that was the last straw for me. I immediately called Inland Pharmacy and told them I wanted my 2 scripts I take, transferred over to them. So fucking confused and disappointed. As a Kaiser member, they can't sell me my prescription (antibiotic) until 9pm? Because Kaiser is open 'til 9pm?? I am confused. I came to the store thinking this would be a in n out situation because of the walgreens app I'm usually satisfied with the app but not this time I was stuck on the aisle scratching my head even went to the pharmacy department but they were so busy with a long line I didn't have time to wait then this girl name destiny who is a Walgreens employee offered me help she was amazing I explained my situation she help me with the correct aisle and even came up to me with a cheaper price over the counter medication that was on clearance. As I was waiting in line to get checked out I went and asked for her help with another issue and she was fast knew exactly what I was talking about even with the embarrassing story of why I was looking for this and she made me feel no judgment took me to the exact location of the product I was there for in the first place . Took 7 hours to get a prescription filled for a very sick infant and even once filled they had not bothered within all that time to determine the insurance contribution. Horrible and slow service. Next time will definitely find a more competent pharmacy. read more

The lines here are outrageous. Customer service barely exists and the attitudes are horrible. TAMMY, the shift lead on Saturday, was RUDE. She tried to cover up that we waited for her for 20 minutes by discounting some items. This place sucks. I can't make it simpler than that. They not only suck but they falsify their documentation. I'm a disabled middle-aged male with chronic pain due to 3 blown disks in the lumbar region of my back. The disks blew out in early '07. I've done PT. My PT was so aggressive it blew out my ACL. The ACL has since healed but it froze the PT. Surgery isn't an option due to vertebral alignment. That leaves pain killers. I've been on pain killers since the fall of '07 after I exhausted my PT option. In Oregon, my state of residence, the pharmacist doesn't treat me like a junkie. That might be because I've never tried to fill early. I never told my MD that the pills fell in the toilet, etc. I've been in CA since the summer of '15 and since my pharmacy in OR is the big W, I had my narcotic and 7 non-narcotic prescriptions transferred. Huge mistake. I have very little trouble with getting my cardiac meds, diuretics, and diabetes meds filled. I also have very little difficulty with getting Alprazolam; a Schedule IV anxiolytic used off label to control tachycardia, a heart condition. My pain medication, Oxycodone, well, that's another matter. In December they held up dispensing the medication for 10 days while they were "ordering" it. The following month, January of this year, they held the medication for 19 days due to "ordering" issues. I talked to an assistant pharmacist who let slip that this isn't usually a problem but their warehouse has decided that their store has exceeded their quota for 15mg Oxycodone tablets. This was a Friday, 14 days after I'd dropped off my Rx. He asked me to give him until Monday to resolve it. On Wednesday I picked up my prescription. On every prescription bottle there are three (3) dates in fairly small print usually in the bottom right-hand corner. They are the origination date, the pharmacy fill date and the expiration date. On my bottle, even though it took them 19 days to fill it, the origination date and the fill date are the same. They labeled my meds as if they were filled on the same day that the Rx was dropped off. If they'll violate state and DEA regulations would it be impossible for them to put the wrong drugs in your bottle and then alter their records? read more

Im completely disappointed in this Walgreens. I am a consistent customer for the walgreens pharmacy off lyon and flordia. Now i understand that is an opiate crisis in the united states and i honestly perfer not to give my children any type of prescribed medication to my children unless its absolutely necessary. My husband went into this pharmacy to fill my sons prescription that the supervisor pediatric doctor from loma linda childrens hospital perscribe for him. it was a temporary amt because my son had broken his leg and dislocated the bone. My son has a rare bone diseases and after all he had been through and sleepless nights i felt he needed it. But the Walgreens pharmacists Connie refused to fill the prescription. you see i also work in the medical field and will be contacting my lawyer. read more

Okay those who know me know I don't normally give 5 stars but I have to give credit when credit is due. I called ahead with an issue and I was transferred to Mr. Johnson who said he would check and call me back. To my surprise he did call me back in less then 30 mins with a resolution. When I got to store later that day, Mr. Johnson had Ruben help me. Most awesome cashier ever. He is by far their best cashier and believe me I know cashiers. He helped me at the register and totally multitasked ( I know crazy for a guy right) by greeting customers and still helping me. great job ty read more

The Walgreens at 1661 west Florida Avenue Hemet ca 92543 is beyond RUDE, LAZY, DISRESPECTFUL, AND BEYOND DISGUSTING! I have gone to Walgreens for a while and have been on the same medication for a long time now. When I walked up to the pharmacy the tech was at the counter looked at me did not say anything and walked away. Finally after 10min of waiting there I hand them my prescription slip and asked how long and they said it will be at least a week before they get it in and would not see what they could do about it sooner. So when I asked them to call another Walgreens to see if they have the medication they refused to and told me to pick a pharmacy and stop bouncing. I was shocked at her rudely telling me this and I responded with I have been at Walgreens for a while yes I have used a different Walgreens location because the regular one did not have my medications and she rudely said that is unacceptable and I'm not allowed to do that. I said I was under the impression all Walgreens are connected and that you can go to any Walgreens and she told me that I'm not allowed to and I have to suck it up and wait till whenever that exact Walgreens has my medication. I kept asking for her to call another ( keep in mind the pharmacist is just standing there not helping or saying anything)she told me to have a seat it will be about 30minutes for her to call another Walgreens to ask if they have what I needed. And she rudely walked away and as I sat there and watched her she never called so I called the other Walgreens just for curiosity if it would be 30minutes and left to another Walgreens ( the one off east Florida Avenue and San Jacinto ave in hemet and immediately when I walked in they were extremely helpful and went up and beyond to find a Walgreens that had the medication I needed. I will be calling corporate in the morning to report that store and I will be calling my insurance company and report them as well so others can hopefully have a better experience than me. Ultimately I went to the Walgreens that the 2nd Walgreens found for me and sent me to and they were extremely kind and helpful too! So not all Walgreens pharmacies are bad. I just hope that the Walgreens at 1661 west Florida Avenue Hemet ca 92543 gets properly dealt with so no one has to feel belittled, disrespected, demeaned, or any other negative feeling due to those employees. read more

First of all I only come here because it's 24hr pharmacy and I have a hectic work schedule so it's convenient. The area is absolutely horrible but it's getting worse everywhere in Hemet but just be careful going in and out of here no matter what time of day it is. I really appreciate that the pharmacy is quick but the staff is horrible, if they smiled their face would crack, always seem to be miserable and have an attitude. They don't realize the expression on their face seems really harsh. Another thing is one time I went to the drive up window and I seen inside no customers were there and I was the only car and I see two girls just talking and not doing anything so I waited and waited for almost 5 mins then I realized I never pushed the call button then I finally got help. I shouldn't have to push the button, they saw me right there waiting. I just wish to be acknowledged and be served in a friendly manner, I'm sure if they are not happy working here there are plenty of unemployed hardworking joyful people who would be happy to be working. read more
