If I could give 0 stars I would. I used to love this pharmacy but lately they have gone downhill. The pharmacy staff has to hate their jobs. They refused to counsel me, they refused to inform me of why my medications were not covered, and tried to refuse me the medications that were covered. The manager Mary is HORRIBLE. She is immature and snarky, as are some of the other girls there. Being in customer service means people will be upset and need explanations, they don't understand that. Instead they engage in back and forth with customers and try to insult them. They should all be fired. read more

pharmacist in the drive though has the worst attitude and customer service. go to a different cvs if you can. highly not recommend

I went through the drive thru to pick up my prescription. The window was blocked with multiple "drive thru closed" signs. I went after their lunch time around 2pm so I was confused. I got off and walked in instead. Wait wasn't too bad, maybe like 10 minutes max? Anyways, the pharmacist was telling the staff to take down the signs because they could get in trouble which again, I was confused because why would they put the signs up? Weird. I've never done a review but let me tell you.The pharmacy sucks, you can tell they hate their jobs.

Usually I just drop in this CVS to get a quick 20 bucks on my way to a Yelp event or to grab a birthday card. But last week I wanted to see if they had items from the weekly ad since I was in the neighborhood. To my surprise, they did. This store is a gold mine for makeup! Now that I know that, I will definitely be coming back for any makeup needs and makeup deals in the future. Staff is always friendly and helpful, although they are usually pretty short staffed. I have not been back to the pharmacy so I cannot attest to how great or poor the quality is in that area of the store. But now I have a new CVS to visit for coupon purposes! read more

I only come here because it's close, but i might as well drive 30 minutes away since the service is so very very slow. The pharmacy is the absolute worst. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU ENJOY WAITING AND INCOMPETENT SERVICE. read more

It's a decent CVS to purchase your daily needs. The pharmacy, however, takes an incredibly long time to get you your prescription medicines. A 10 minute wait was an hour wait for me, but that's just one of my experiences. Since other reviewers pointed out that this pharmacy has been slow for them too, best to go somewhere else. I don't wanna act like a Karen and put all the blame on them. They seemed to be short staffed with many customers. read more

It's not the cleanest Cvs. I've been to cleaner spaces. Maybe it's the location. I'm not sure why it smells heavy in there.

I tried coming back to this pharmacy to save some money and use my Tricare benefits, they were unable to assist me in finding out why tricare wasn't working. My medicine was more often than not out of stock here. I prefer Walgreens for the same price closer to home. A few of the pharmacy techs are really nice though. That earns some recognition. read more

This is by far the best CVS I love to shop at. I'm a couponer and they are very coupon friendly. The cashiers are nice the only thing that sucks is the pharmacy they take extremely long so if you are in a rush I don't recommend this store. The line at the register can get long but I don't mind because they are nice. read more

Terrible. Their pharmacy is incredibly slow. I was told my tamiflu prescription would be an hour wait. It has now been 2 hours and not a word. I've tried calling, but I have now been on hold for 20 minutes. I wouldn't be this upset if it were a photo order or a restaurant wait time, but this is medicine we're talking about. I am at risk for missing the 48hr period for tamiflu's effectiveness. If I miss the 48hr period that is money wasted. I get that it's flu season and pharmacies are busy, but they should anticipate this. HIRE MORE WORKERS OR SCHEDULE MORE PEOPLE! read more

The pharmacy sucks! You wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait as wait and wait for them to tell you five more minutes for your prescription when you dropped it off at 0930 in the morning.I finally get to the counter and still have to wait and wait and wait for them to mix the medicine. We have been to this location in the past, I had forgotten to "Check in" and review it though. This CVS always has friendly employees and is very clean and organized. A great place to stop for a few items if you don't want to deal with the grocery store crowd. read more

This is the worst pharmacy in the history of pharmacies!!!! I dropped off my prescription on Tuesday during which time they only had two of the items I needed. Understandable! So a came back on Saturday.... The girl at the window checked to see if they had what I needed they did, then she told me to come back in 2 hours. I came back the next morning during which time the same girl tells me that they don't have a prescription for me. I tell her yes you do I dropped it off yesterday. She leaves then comes back with the paper prescription, but no medicine. Then she tells me they don't have it they need to order it. I'm really pissed at this point so I ask for all of the paperwork I gave her (prescription, and prescription discount card I received from the doctor) she tells me they don't have it. What the hell!!! The supervisor whom you can't understand a darn thing she is saying ....proceeds to tell me that I must have been at a different pharmacy. Stay clear of this CVS..... They may just steal you prescription! read more
