I have never heard of this grocery store. It's really nice. I got swanky upscale vibes from it. They have everything you need. I love their Shopping Carts. I love the mini Orange one! It glides across the floor. Market Street offers mini shopping carts for kids too! To the left is Starbucks and there a place to grab a beer and a bite. You can choose from Asian or American Style Cooking and have a seat.Theres a large sitting area. It's a popular hot spot. It looks like people love to eat, drink, sit by the window and people watch. Some enjoys using the WiFi too. The Restrooms are close by and are very clean. Prices are expensive but, your able to walk away w some bargains wo the hassle of scanning a card or using your phone number. Also, if you see something for 2 for 5.00 you don't have two buy two. You can buy just one. Employees are down to earth and ask if you need help. If they don't they will tell you, not to hold you accountable for it. Lol.They also hire people with Special Needs. I noticed two Autistic Males helping return the carts. One guy had a very pleasant voice and knew the answer to my question. You have to go to the service desk for Cash back. I did an online pick up order and set it for 8-9pm so I could pick it up after work and my haircut. Got to the parking lot about 8:15 as I live an hour away so I was just going to wait until it was ready. I tried to call the number and see if maybe they had just forgotten me and nobody ever answered. I waited until 9:15 and then left. I woke up the next morning to a text from MS saying your pick up order time is approaching. Mind you this was 12:06am in the morning. They are not even opened then. Then they blew up my phone at 5pm the next day asking if I was coming to get my order today or not? I was like no. Needless to say I went home empty handed and not happy. Updated to add: After this review, I went and checked on all produce and found that there weren't usable -- I reached out and they handled the refund swiftly. That's a pro for the company-- Usually switch between here and HEB. You have to call the number and talk to someone to get your groceries for pickup-- I'm used to a more "check in through app or website" option. Nonetheless, they are always sweet and quick when they bring the groceries I don't like shopping here for produce, so I'm not shopping there anymore for that.... Organic tomatoes they hand selected = moldy / with holes in a tomato. They granted a refund for these, but after receiving an email that stated "Good morning, I'm sorry to be blunt or if I come off as rude but from the picture you sent of the tomatoes, I'm not seeing damaged tomatoes or mold on the tomatoes. Could you clarify where the issue is with the tomatoes?" I sent another picture and got my refund. It wasn't taken as rude but not as professionally worded as it should have been. I'm not your friend- I'm a paying customer. Organic bananas- they're all mush now and it's only been a few days. Gnats have taken them over, so I'll throw those out. Count it as a loss and a lesson learned. Avocados were decent. Some got softer after a few days..... (edited to add - I just checked and they were mush/ avocado stem nub molded.) These were not stored together, either- I'm aware of how to store certain fruits because of their gasses. The grocery store is your typical community market with locations all throughout TX, providing second to none customer service. I usually come here for my daily needs for everyday essentials and find myself at taphouse at the end. They have an excellent selection of produce and organic fresh fruit and vegetables while the bakery and pre-made foods have and will always have a place in my heart. They got deals throughout the week, such as Monday drumstick night, where they provide already fried drumsticks to take home. They also have a great selection of sushi, fried chicken wings, and soups. They also have a pharmacy on-site providing pharmaceutical needs and over the counter medicine. While in the store, you might enjoy grabbing a fresh brewed cup of Starbucks coffee or heading over to Tap House 16, where they have local drafts and wine for purchase. You can easily sip at the bar and enjoy the vibe or walk around the store and drink as well. The happy hour is amazing, and the staff and workers fulfill their service to the community with a smile. Overall Market Street is a great and lovely store to get your daily needs of groceries while experiencing exceptional customer service. The manager has several complaints with the pharmacy board for illegally deactivating medicine, trying to be a dr and can barely do her job at marketstreet. She loves to question drs and that's not her place, and Josh, Sharon, have displayed and done illegal acts to several people. They need to be finding better staff. Absolutely love this store, they have everything from whataburger condiments to 12 pack mango white claws ! Yes a 12 pack of mango flavored! I haven't found them anywhere and market street had them! They also have a restaurant inside called tap house and they serve all kinds of beer. They have great sushi selections , I like that employees are so attentive, the store is so clean! They have Starbucks inside as well! Can it get better?! Yes because they have whatever is featured on their ad for savings in front where you can see them, not hidden away but in front! Specific to the Tap House Beer & Wine bar section - enjoyed my time here with a couple of cool bartenders Mac & Sondra. Nice set-up with WiFi, charger outlets, a couple of big-screen TVs and plenty of bar space. Hopefully they are still working out a few of the grand opening kinks - but I had 3 separate glasses that were still coated in washer-soap and a tap white wine pour that was no where near the stated 50 chilled degrees. I am a grocery store nerd. I admit it. I have been to the location in Colleyville and am familiar with the brand. Now, this store is out of my way, and I was unaware of it's existence, until today. I have been on the hunt for rhubarb. It has a very short growing season and is not popular here, which makes it very hard to find. A coworker suggested this store. I called beforehand, and was assured they had it! I walked in, and the store is beautiful. You are greeted by the floral department. They had beautiful irises and orchids on display. I looked at their weekly ad before looking around, and a nice young man offered me a cart. So far, so good. I head in and see the tap room, where they serve beer, have tables to enjoy your prepared food, and they even had a couple playing love music. The prepared food area looked delicious and they have a salad bar! I believe all grocery stores should have a salad bar! I made a beeline toward the produce. I came here for rhubarb! And there it was! Just as promised. Right across from a little tomato bar! I am officially in love. I didn't need anything else, but decided I needed to see more. I got a lovely sample of a sheeps milk cheese and went to check out the impressive selection of wine. And I am SO glad I did. I just happened upon one of my favorite wines on a killer sale! I even checked with the woman working the wine area, ok the price. It was more than half off! Score! The fresh meat counter was lovely and had NO smell. The bulk area had interesting tea combinations. And the candy isle has lights along the shelves to let you KNOW where they are hiding the M&Ms. I did not have to wait for an open lane as they we're open and waiting for me! The young man checking me out was so nice and apologetic while he tried to find the code for rhubarb. He had never heard of it and he and the bagger searched their book together, because I had stumped them. They were very nice. Last week I found myself in a emergency situation and needed at last minute some items and desserts for a very important dinner. It was very busy in the store & I had a appointment to get to soon and Nicki in the bakery was so helpful with helping me. The beer selection has some craft with a total of 12 taps. However my biggest complaint is that they have way too many taps with big beer. This diminishes your brand quite a lot. Hopefully we can work with the bar manager to get rid of some of this. The staff here has been very friendly. We'll be coming here a lot since it's our closest place with craft beer. This past Saturday, I ordered a cookie tray and pound cake from the bakery for pick up on Wednesday. Go to pick it up, they didn't even make it! First off, I absolutely love the idea of ordering a beer on tap and being able to walk around the store drinking it while shopping for grocery's. I am from Arizona and we have no such supermarkets like this. I also returned two days later for dinner and had a pizza made on site. The dining options are much more than you would ever expect from a supermarket. They have sushi, pizzas, paninis, soups, salad, etc... the list goes on and on. But, the best part was the bar. They had 15 or so beers on tap, which I tried the Breckenridge Vanilla Porter. The bar even has a Happy Hour with $3 pints! They also served wine by the glass. Found a gem in the Market Street off Broad St. In Mansfield. The Sushi keyost is top notch. I would say much better than some of the nearby surrounding sushi restaurants. The lady behind the counter is very helpful. They will make special request too if you can't decide from the extensive layout in the deli case. The fish portions are generous. The Nigiri and Spicy Tuna are my favorites for grab and go. They also have incredibly fresh Spring Rolls with the peanut sauce. They made me a shrimp and salmon by request and I inhaled it. I was blown away by this upscale, modern grocery store. There is so much here. From a Tap Room (seriously), wine concierge, fresh made Sushi, and more. I found the prices to be a little higher than Kroger or Target, where I normally shop but you get what you pay for. It's super clean inside and out. The produce is fresh and the shelves are fully stocked. I love the variety here. There is so much of everything. Also, you don't have to have a reward card here to enjoy the store specials. You can sign up and earn rewards though. I was really shocked that there was no designated areas for shopping carts in the parking lot. When I asked an employee in the parking lot, he explained that's because the employees take your groceries to the car then bring the buggy back in (I went through the express line). All of these features make me excited to actually grocery shop so I will definitely be back. read more

My wife and I have been shopping at this location for a year and have fallen in love with the items they sell, the excellent staff, and the selection of natural food they carry. Only issue I have with this location is that at least once a month I purchase something and when I get home and check the items, it is past its expiration date. For example: I purchased some almond butter today, 12/26/19, and the expiration date is, 11/08/19. I know it's half my fault cuz I should check it in store while I'm picking it up. I moved from Lubbock to Mansfield and had United & Market Street right around the corner. The TapRoom is awesome! You can sit & have a beer while others shop or grab one to drink in the store while you shop! My new favorite store! The wine department is awesome and there are actually folks there who love and know about wines and are very helpful. Breakfast Burritos. Need I say more? I can't help myself. They make the best made-to-order breakfast burritos anywhere. Also Sushi and loads of to-go foods you will love. They carry your groceries to your car. Yeah. Really. Great customer centric grocery store. Compliments especially for Gabe in the deli area. He went above the call of duty to totally satisfy a customer. The rotisserie chicken oven was out, they were baking in the conventional oven and were delayed in putting them out. When I made the inquiry, Gabe went back and checked the progress and said a few were ready and asked what seasoning type I liked. He went back, bagged and labeled the chicken and brought it out. Okay - if you are the small percentage of people that are grabbing a drink to walk and do your shopping - you struck gold. If you are like the rest of folks looking for a place to shop - here is the reality. Bakery looks good but noted today cupcakes dated September 7th. Large cakes are dated September 14th. While I'm sure they are okay - I wouldn't bring a cake to a party that was more than a day or two old. Most places clearance things after a few days. 12 day old cup cakes - suitable for farm animals in my opinion. Wonder why they aren't selling. Beware of date codes. So we buy a cake today $26.95 and they stuck it in a cake box. They used 2 inch box tape to close the box. I would have left it in an aisle if I wasn't desperate as it was incredibly tacky. It Was only one of three cakes made today. They did out a ribbon the the cake with some words and the woman behind the counter was super nice. I gave her a hard time about the dates on some of the things. Stay away from the shell fish. They still have a bunch of dead shellfish in the counter. Have yet to see anyone buying seafood that is not bagged in my 5 times in the store. Today two of the glass windows to the fisher counter were taped up - assume they were broken. Any good store wouldn't have put things behind a glass window that had a bunch of tape on them. I think I found the source of the 2 inch packing box tape that the bakery used. Produce is good hate how they stack the peppers - but I can live with it as the rest of the produce section is pretty good. I don't buy clearance meats but you have to see how they looked. They looked like they have been sitting on the shelf for weeks and then thrown into a clearance section. On the contrary - I bought beef there and it was pretty good before. Never any lines at checkout - never anyone in the store. Likewise if you park more then 5 spots deep - you probably did that intentionally although the parking spots are wide - a plus. Customer service is pretty good and the store is clean. Not concerned about the prices being a bit higher. It plays into the customer experience and consumers will pay a bit more to have a better experience. I told two guys stocking shelves about my disappointment. They took it well and I asked them to relay it to management. I really like the store and the layout - but there are some real concerns. I hate to see the place close but it's obvious there are management issues in the store - which is typically the reason of a Store's demise. I asked one of the folks in the store why it was dead in there and he said no one shops here. Those walking around in the store have only a few things in their carts. Hard to believe there are few reviews out there about this place. Most compliant the ability to walk around with a beer - but there are few that will fill a cart drinking a beer. Again - most have a hand full of items. Seriously hope for improvements in this store thus the one star from a three star rating. Hoping Someone from their corporate Hqs is reading this. read more
