I came here for an event and it was my first time coming to this spot. [[HIGHLIGHT]]It's a great space to host events, birthdays, etc. They have a big patio outside with a stage, and games people can play in the back. Also, have a good amount of shade just in case of the sun.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They also have a bar located inside and a coffee shop that's located in its own unique section. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The design and decor brings it out. I love how the windows brings in the natural light from the outside. It just makes the place shine without too many bright fixtures.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I went to the bar to get a pineapple mimosas which was great! The bartender was really nice! They have different cocktails they can make you. And I tried the today's special for that day which was the jalapeño ranch-stack burger. It just came by itself so I added a side of fried pickles. The burger was good, I just wasn't a big fan of the pickled jalapeños or the fried pickles but I did enjoy my burger! I would definitely come back to see what else this place has to offer and try the coffee side!

    Dirty Bird Fries (half)
    Staci S.

I was in the area for work and this place stood out on Yelp. Browsing the menu, I determined that I had to try their Dirty Bird Fries. I ended up getting the half portion and it's a legit meal. The staff mentioned it was enough for two people. It was definitely visually appealing and yummy. The flavor was there and the chicken was cooked well. I do end up getting a bone near the end of my meal, so chew carefully. When ordering, they take your number. You receive a text when your order is ready and they also call your name. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There was a decent amount of seating and the place was very open and interestingly decorated.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If I'm in the area, I wouldn't mind coming back. It's also connected to a coffee shop.

Kale & Quinoa Salad with chicken added
    Addie F.

I love my normal Kale & Quinoa Bowl order! My husband loves his regular Dirty Bird Fries order. The fried pickles are our go-to appetizer. The soda brand they have is really tasty and a nice deviation from the norm of the typical big brands of sodas. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The atmosphere is always a vibe, whether sitting inside amongst the massive greenery/plants, sitting in the dimmed-light coffee shop, or sitting outside vibing to music and playing yard games.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The staff is always kind and service is great., from the restaurant, to the bar, to the cafe. While the Kale & Quinoa Bowl is one of my favorite dishes at FireHouse Gastro Park, I was disappointed when I added chicken. The chicken was dry and too spicy for my liking. I will continue to order it without chicken, though, because I love it that way. Overall, I will continue to be a repeat customer, whether grabbing food to go or stopping by to enjoy the ambiance.

Stopped in for the first time to meet up with our car club before Subiefest and honestly didn't expect it to be this good. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place is super cute--inside and out.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We grabbed a picnic table outside, listened to some great music, and the food totally delivered.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The Cuban sandwich? Easily top 3 I've ever had. The fries had that perfect Cajun kick, and the Stubborn sodas were awesome (the pineapple one was my favorite). Overall, great vibe, great food, and a spot we'll definitely be coming back to.

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The ambiance of this place is so gorgeous from the open space to the HUGE plants in the center of the room. They also have some nice hanging sculptures.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I ordered the dirty bird fries. Keep in mind this is a half order, which means the portions are generous. The staff were also very friendly. Their house made sodas are really good as well. [[HIGHLIGHT]]This is a large space to get together with a group of people.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]They do live music on certain days as well.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I always get the Dirty bird fries half order, no coleslaw extra sauce they are great & very filling. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Service is always nice & place is always clean.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

    Kale and quinoa bowl

We searched Yelp to find a place for dinner as we were going to be in the Grand Prairie area. This was another time where Yelp really helped as we really liked this place and wished we lived closer to come here more often. The place has a casual vibe with both indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor space looks like they may have live music and gives you reasons to chill with friends with fire pits when there is a chill in the air. For dinner, we started with the Dirty Bird Fries. This is a must try item! We split a half order knowing we were also each ordering something else and the amount was plenty for two people. It has uniqueness in the combo of items you are familiar with, and delicious together. My husband had the green chili burger. It had great flavor. I went with the Kale & Quinoa bowl and wasn't disappointed. In fact, I found myself really liking the roasted beets in this combo. You'll find both the food and separate bar area as counter service where we engaged with friendly, helpful people. Lots of parking in the back (which wasn't obvious to us at first).

This is one of those places that you would want to gatekeeper because it's just so special, however, you want them to have a really good business and create revenue. To start off, the building was beautiful. The whole concept was absolutely amazing, my drink was definitely a craft cocktail and tasted like it. So well made! I didn't get to try the food because I arrived as soon as the kitchen closed, but the live music really made up for it. I will be back to dry the food and cocktails, the customer service was also really good and commendable!

My burger was very sad. A whisper of avocado and pico de gallo, I mostly just tasted the meat and bread. It was edible but disappointing because I had seen other photos of it and it looked really good. They were also out of a lot of ingredients and my partner couldn't get the salad she wanted. The dirty bird fries were really good though! I would definitely come back for those. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I liked the ambiance inside a lot and there is a patio as well[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] but [[HIGHLIGHT]]there was a show starting soon and we were requested to be out of there within 30 minutes. There wasn't anything posted about not being able to eat there past a certain time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Maybe it was an off day, would be willing to give it another shot.

    BLT with grilled chicken
    Eddie C.

If you haven't been to Fire House Gastro Park, you're missing out! The vibe is chill, the team is incredibly welcoming (shoutout to the owners and staff for making us feel right at home), and the food--wow. I had the BLT with chicken, and it's easily one of the best sandwiches I've had in a long time. Perfectly toasted sourdough right off the flattop, piled high with crispy bacon, fresh toppings, and juicy grilled chicken. It's everything you want in a BLT and more. Already planning my next visit!

    Gluten Free Cheeseburger.
    Lou A.

I had seen the Chicken Tenders on the Firehouse Facebook page and decided to try them. They were moist and tender, with just the best seasoning, so good! My friend had the Gluten Free Cheeseburger and loved it! She said the meat was prepared just like she likes it, the salad fresh and delicious. We were with a large group on the patio, we had the legendary Dirty Bird Fries for appetizers, everyone always loves them. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We all talked about how good our food was and how perfect the patio is for a large group.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our waiter was fantastic, they have just the best staff. If you haven't been, treat yourself to a great meal in a great place, you won't be disappointed!

I haven't done the wine portion but I know my friends love wine and charcuterie. So it's a perfect get together for ppl who love wine and others who don't. To name a few there's creme brulee, charcoal honey, ube, pandan...along with all the regular flavors. The pastries are good, they are average, which is still a good thing. Ham & cheese came out flaky. :) Presentation is beautiful. Sometimes I'll go there midday & there's not alot to choose from so it will prevent me from getting a snack. Charcuterie & wine is available but I haven't ordered any of those. A fun atmosphere, along the wall are built in seats with chairs on the opposite end of the table. Other seating includes table with benches (beware you can't move the benches to get in & out, if I'm wrong I apologize), then some a few tables with chairs by the windows, on the other side they do have benches facing each other with tables in between (great for groups!), & beautiful outdoor patio seating. They have a small upstairs with chairs & use wine barrels as tables. Clever! Customer service is okay, let me say that every person there has been extremely pleasant but out of the four times I've been there, only once I didn't have an issue. They seem to enough their jobs & working together, which is a green flag for any place, but sometimes they get distracted. One time I stood there & staff was chatting in the corner, a good amount of time passed before anyone noticed me. Another time, they just forgot my drink (it was the only thing in my order) & there were no other order left... the group was again chatting away with with each other, then during another visit they forgot my croissant. Each time they did apologize, but three out of four times aren't good odds. I probably won't frequent this location as much, but I will stop by once in awhile because their drinks are worth it.

He recommended the breakfast burrito, which is what I ordered for myself, but I also ordered chicken wraps for my family. They LOVED their food, and I loved mine, which came with great habanero salsa. I thought the coffee (latte) was outstanding. The chef/cook/manager brought to our table a pan of fresh biscuits that we tried with gravy and jelly. Some of the best biscuits I've had. The service was very good. Our wait for food was less than 10 minutes, I think. I really like the decor, which focuses on space, waffles (a lot of the food it put in a waffle iron, and of course they serve waffles), and love (from their name). Everything was clean. There was also a play area for kids that was well-maintained. Given the quality of food and coffee, I will return if I'm in the area. I don't live near Grand Prairie, so it might be a while. But the shopping center where it's located is close to other good business, particularly IKEA. I wish they'd open a location on the north side of the Metroplex! They'd have a lot of my and my neighbors' business!

There was a bit of a line but it went reasonably quickly. Upon entry, you grab a tray and tongs, then make your way down the line of self-serve enclosed glass cases with shelves of fresh good. We chose a savory breakfast sandwich, an Almond Croissant and another sweet pastry. In line, the offered to heat our sandwich which we allowed. Then we ordered coffees, paid and sat down. A few minutes later, we walked back up to collect our coffees. The breakfast sandwich was tasty, though the ham and cheese in the center of the sandwich was untouched by the heating process. Next time, we'll ask for a longer heating cycle. The pastries were good. Not as good as made that morning in Paris, but better than most places we've been in the US. We also took some dessert pastries home for later that same night. My wife's was sort of ho-hum but mine was fabulous. I had what I guess would be a cro-nut?? Sort of like a doughnut that was made in layers of pastry, then cut out with a donut cutter. It had a filling in the center and had a sugary coating. SO GOOD! We'll be back to Paris Baguette and we'll try other items and for sure, we'll ask for our heated items to be heated a bit longer.
