We ended up with black cherry cola and a pineapple cream soda. No complaints had there. The friend pickles has a nice breading and good ranch. It is a thicker style ranch. Nobody had a complaint and everybody finished theirs. The Philly cheese steak did have a southwest flavor profile but it was still really good just a heads up. I must say this place is GOOD! I randomly picked it cause the food looked good on Yelp and I was near and d*mn it, I chose right! We got the loaded Nashville fries, which were not hot like I expected but perfect. And the sauce on them was GOOD! We also both got cheeseburgers on the lunch menu with added bacon! Fire again! I got onion rings and they were definitely fresh and cooked on sight not frozen! Oh and my wife got fried zucchini I think. I didn't try it but she said it was good too. Total cost about $50 bucks. And that's PLENTY of food. And will be leftovers for dinner tonight. And and how could I forget while waiting on my food, oh let's come back to that. Let me mention that have REAL root beer! Loved Helen as a bartender!!! We had a mini high school reunion here and had the place packed! Helen was one of our bartenders and she was so pleasant and very nice! When I asked for suggestions, she gave great choices based on my drink preferences. The space was very large and fit a big party and they also had an outdoor area, but since it was a little rainy we all stayed inside. People in my group ordered food and said it as good - didn't take too long. They had two restrooms, one inside and one outside in the patio space, but since it was raining hardly anyone ventured out there and there was occasionally a wait for the inside one. I came here for an event and it was my first time coming to this spot. It's a great space to host events, birthdays, etc. They have a big patio outside with a stage, and games people can play in the back. Also, have a good amount of shade just in case of the sun. They also have a bar located inside and a coffee shop that's located in its own unique section. The design and decor brings it out. I love how the windows brings in the natural light from the outside. It just makes the place shine without too many bright fixtures. I went to the bar to get a pineapple mimosas which was great! The bartender was really nice! They have different cocktails they can make you. And I tried the today's special for that day which was the jalapeño ranch-stack burger. It just came by itself so I added a side of fried pickles. The burger was good, I just wasn't a big fan of the pickled jalapeños or the fried pickles but I did enjoy my burger! I was in the area for work and this place stood out on Yelp. Browsing the menu, I determined that I had to try their Dirty Bird Fries. I ended up getting the half portion and it's a legit meal. The staff mentioned it was enough for two people. It was definitely visually appealing and yummy. The flavor was there and the chicken was cooked well. I do end up getting a bone near the end of my meal, so chew carefully. When ordering, they take your number. You receive a text when your order is ready and they also call your name. I love my normal Kale & Quinoa Bowl order! My husband loves his regular Dirty Bird Fries order. The fried pickles are our go-to appetizer. The soda brand they have is really tasty and a nice deviation from the norm of the typical big brands of sodas. The atmosphere is always a vibe, whether sitting inside amongst the massive greenery/plants, sitting in the dimmed-light coffee shop, or sitting outside vibing to music and playing yard games. The staff is always kind and service is great., from the restaurant, to the bar, to the cafe. While the Kale & Quinoa Bowl is one of my favorite dishes at FireHouse Gastro Park, I was disappointed when I added chicken. The chicken was dry and too spicy for my liking. I will continue to order it without chicken, though, because I love it that way. My burger was very sad. A whisper of avocado and pico de gallo, I mostly just tasted the meat and bread. It was edible but disappointing because I had seen other photos of it and it looked really good. They were also out of a lot of ingredients and my partner couldn't get the salad she wanted. The dirty bird fries were really good though! I would definitely come back for those. I liked the ambiance inside a lot and there is a patio as well but there was a show starting soon and we were requested to be out of there within 30 minutes. The ambiance of this place is so gorgeous from the open space to the HUGE plants in the center of the room. They also have some nice hanging sculptures. I ordered the dirty bird fries. Everyone except me ordered the Tex‑Mex Burger, and they all loved it. Perfectly cooked, well‑seasoned, with a thick patty and great quality meat flavor. The pepper jack cheese and guacamole were the perfect additions. The fries are extra, but absolutely worth adding -- crispy and delicious. I went with the Buffalo Bird sandwich and OMG... it was amazing. Juicy, great buffalo spice, and the coleslaw added the perfect crunch. Their toasted buns make every sandwich even better. The outdoor space looks like they may have live music and gives you reasons to chill with friends with fire pits when there is a chill in the air. For dinner, we started with the Dirty Bird Fries. This is a must try item! We split a half order knowing we were also each ordering something else and the amount was plenty for two people. It has uniqueness in the combo of items you are familiar with, and delicious together. My husband had the green chili burger. It had great flavor. This is one of those places that you would want to gatekeeper because it's just so special, however, you want them to have a really good business and create revenue. To start off, the building was beautiful. The whole concept was absolutely amazing, my drink was definitely a craft cocktail and tasted like it. So well made! There wasn't anything spectacular about fries topped with chicken, but I won't undermine the fact that it was good overall. The restaurant had an open seating concept which was nice. We stopped by for brunch on the way out of Dallas toward Six Flags last Sunday. It was a nice change from brunch spots in Dallas. Great food, fun ambiance, and FREE PARKING! There were about 40-50 Air Force folks in uniform there that day, but they ordered in batches to allow smaller parties to get through in a decent time. Order at the counter, then they'll call your name. It took about 20 minutes to get our food, but it's made to order and it was crowded. There is also a coffee counter and a bar, so you can get beverages and baked goods without having to wait in the kitchen food line. There is a record player and decent collection in the coffee shop room, and coloring sheets while you wait. The music was chill, the plants everywhere made it feel cozy. There is also a wide variety of seating options. The name made me think there would be multiple food vendors, but the one was fantastic. Definitely worth the detour. read more

Came here for a post-wedding after party, so can't review a "normal" night at FireHouse. That said, we'd totally return for one of those normal nights. FH has a great vibe, and the indoor/outdoor layout allows you to flex for sound, weather, whatever. Food was good, with the Nashville hot chicken sandwich being the clear favorite amongst our group. Mixed drinks were very good, and the beer selection is decent if not outstanding. Staff was consistently friendly and efficient. It's so close literally people's behinds are in your face if you sit on that side. The food was meh. I had the chicken nachos and literally had no queso on it except for a wet spot in the middle.
