I never waited in line. I simply get a text when my refill is ready for pick up. I pull up click on the medication show them the code. They scan it and done your In-N-Out. I stop immediately turn around and look for the manager again, at this point I'm walking around furiously when I speak to the manger, the manger apologizes and pulls the APW aside then I speak to a guest service worker, super down to earth and he tells me that the asset protection worker is like that and has had multiple complaints from other customers. They wouldn't fill my post-operation prescription and because I am a chronic pain patient they treated me like a drug addict and wouldn't fill the script from my surgeon. Keep in mind I bad just had kidney stone surgery -- and the male pharmacist seemed to take great pleasure in torturing me. But TODAY ... since my regular pharmacy can't fill my chronic pain medication due to there being a shortage of.the medication I'm normally prescribed I was forced to go to this pharmacy due to it being the closest to where I live. My dr has been filling this prescription every month for me for years and YET the pharmacist said no matter what I said she WOULD NOT FILL MY PRESCRIPTION. AND it was too late in the day for me to do anything about it. I stayed calm and collected and I spoke to her -- Explaining that I have been prescribed this Medicine by a DOCTOR and still she refused. She even admitted the insurance approved it, my Dr's office had called her earlier that day because of the shortage and yet she let me come there knowing she wasn't going to fill my pain medication. This is the second time I have been treated like this and mind you, the first time was after KIDNEY STONE SURGERY. Pharmacists are not DOCTORS. And this power trip the pharmacist at THIS WALMART are on is unbelievable. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU NEED A PAIN MEDICATION. They would rather you SUFFER THAN HELP YOU. And again THEY ARE NOT DOCTORS. And it all starts with who's in command. The pharmacy manager Jordan provides excellent customer service. We are a medical complex family with a son with special needs. His medication's are delicate because he has certain allergies. I've struggled with so many pharmacies trying to get the right prescriptions for my son. Well, when I came over to neighborhood market pharmacy, Jordan and his staff have gone above and beyond to provide the best service possible! Everyone goes to CVS and Walgreens but I'm telling you give this place a shot you won't regret it. They leave CVS in the dust! They get it right the first time!
