The customer service is TERRIBLE!! I shop at many CVS stores and most employees are wonderful. But this one...Wow! The people working there Sunday afternoon on 3/22/26 really went out of their way to be rude. Many cases are locked, so there were a lot of calls to unlock them. Love my local CVS. I like to browse around because I tend to score some good clearance deals. Have came here twice for Passport photos $ 16.99, takes 5 mins to receive. Highly recommended. This CVS is located next to the YL Post office. Within a parking lot away. Which this post office also does passports here. They recommended us to come to CVS for the passport photos. Wouldn't recommend this place if you're looking for special care! Drove 45minutes for an appointment only to have to canceled last minute. Scheduled the appointment and followed all the check in steps through the app (like they strongly recommend), and still was denied. Be sure to double check they give you a receipt when you pick up a prescription. I picked up five and they forgot to give me the receipt. I called them immediately when I got home they said they would have it sitting ready for me when it came back. I came back two days later and sat in the drive-through line for 25 minutes and then they told me I needed to come inside. I told him I would park in the front and they needed to bring it to me in the next five minutes. It's been over 15 minutes and no one has come out. I'm really getting pissed off. This CVS Pharmacy has to be the worst pharmacy I have ever been to in the United States and outside of the United States! The place is absolutely filthy. The staff is rude and the pharmacy in particular has a personality of a wet mop! They love to chastise people about following certain processes and procedures that they claim should be easy to follow yet they are ad clear as mud! 1/23/24, morning time. People working on cosmetics. One of the people working in cosmetics was basically rude up tight. Her :Can I help you find something ? Me: I'm looking for a pink shade lip stick. Her: well we are working here organizing the cosmetics... Me : ( thinking ... Why did she even bother asking me if I need help when you know I'm looking in the make up section and give me that response. Very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. I'm very aware of my surroundings and where I'm stepping or looking at. And it wasn't like I was stumbling on them or their carts of organizing things. Like why be sassy about it, just be up front and kind about it. There is no sign saying I can't look while you're organizing cosmetics. Be kind! I am writing this in the hopes that the management at this CVS will read it and address the issue with customer service. I was in line for consultation at about 2:30pm this afternoon (11/28/23) few feet behind the counter waiting for someone to call me up. When no one acknowledged me for about five minutes, I stepped all the way up the counter. One employee greeted me with a brief hi, but continued on with what she was doing. After standing there for another five minutes or so with no acknowledgment, I left. I realize this is a busy time of the year, but a comment like "we'll be with you in a few minutes" would have been appreciated. I felt invisible. Stopped into this CVS to grab some of my go to drug store makeup & household essentials and was super impressed by the customer service I received there. One of the associates that was working on stocking an aisle had to help unlock one of the items I was purchasing, but I was being so indecisive & she was super patient with me and let me know she would be around if I changed my mind. I ended up asking for her help & she even gave me her input which I was like super stoked on, I wish I got her name because she was so friendly! I was here on 5/6 around 11:30-1230. After we lost our pharmacy due to Rite Aid closing, we needed to find a new one. Luckily, we came across this CVS store. There were at least 12 people in the department and they have 3 lanes to pay at their checkout counter. There was a bit of a line for checkout when I arrived, but it was evening and the day before Thanksgiving so a line was to be expected. Despite that, the line moved quickly. I waited less than 5 minutes. When I got up to the counter, I needed to update my insurance information, which they took care of quickly. They were fast and friendly and I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes, which included my wait time in line. I'm very happy with the service I received and I'm glad they are nearby to take care of any of our future needs! read more

Pharmacy and store staff are always very friendly and helpful! This has been my main CVS store for years.

I love going to the store. People are great and helpful but the pharmacy takes a half hour break so they close it. There's enough people in there to stagger their breaks and lunches to keep it open. I found out why, despite being a 77 year old male on Medicare, they wanted to charge me $26 per box of 2 tests. This is the closest CVS pharmacy that has a minute clinic in my area. Recently I had to get a few shots to travel with and I came here to get it done. First thing though was I had the CVS app that actually lets you make an appointment and select your date and time. After that is done it has a reminder text message as well! But overall I really love this feature. It works well and lets you know you should arrive a few minutes early to enter in your code so they know you are in the store. Once my name was called I was literally in and out of this place within 10 minutes. Simple, easy and the shot was not too painful. The lady had an assistant that actually put the shot on my arm, still overall the ladies were friendly and the nurse practitioner also asked me what countries I was traveling to. So she can double check if there were any outbreaks or if I needed more shots. Tip- I really suggest making an appointment before going to these clinics because you could be waiting for hours and that is just nasty. read more

No one was at the front counter while I waited for several minutes, so I looked around the store for someone to retrieve the photos I ordered. I saw someone wearing a UCR sweatshirt and headphones, so I asked, "Excuse me, do you work here?" He replied, "I don't know. Do I look like I work here?" Taken aback, I asked again if he worked there, and he gave the same response while turning around to show me his badge. I told him I needed some help art the counter. Without moving, he said "What do you want to get at the counter?" I paid for the photos, and he got out a large grey plastic bag. I've never experienced such unfiltered rudeness from someone in a customer service role as I experienced today. My appointment for a drive-thru COVID test at 11:20 this morning took a while to get going; I arrived in the drive-thru pharmacy line at 11:15 and didn't get to the window until 11:30, but that was understandable. They're overwhelmed with people to help right now so I understood the wait. It was the actual interaction between the pharmacy worker and myself that completely baffled me. They make you do the test on yourself here, so you're given a packet with the nasal swab and everything in it. The pharmacy worker talked to me through a grainy microphone, asking me questions in a quick and dismissive register so I only caught about every other word. Once she gave me the test kit through the drawer, she started going through instructions on how to test myself. Their window is darkly tinted but I tried to watch her gestures as she rattled off the instructions, and at one point, she said that, after swabbing one nostril, I had to "hold the swab for 10 seconds" and as she said this, she put her own demonstration swab back into its little plastic wrap, so I understood that to mean that I would swab one nostril then put the swab back into the pack for ten seconds. I was just trying to mime her exact movements to avoid doing it wrong, so when I did what I thought she had instructed, she suddenly went "clearly you didn't listen to my instructions whatsoever" in a completely fed-up tone, talking down to me in an intentionally slowed manner when I quietly asked for clarification. I've worked in customer service before and I know it's a drag most of the time. I've never worked customer service during a pandemic at a pharmacy, but I also try to empathize with people as much as I can. That being said, I was shell-shocked when the pharmacy tech said this in such an unfiltered and angry tone of voice. I was genuinely confused, and when I asked what I did wrong, she sharply informed me to hold the swab up high in my nostril for ten seconds, rather than swabbing in a single instance then "holding" it in the packet. I've never had a COVID test before and I was just trying to do what she told me, but I felt deeply condescended to in my mistaking what she had said. All of her instructions from there on were sarcastic and impatient, like I had inconvenienced her with my misunderstanding. When I put the bag into the specimen box (word for word, all she said was, "now put the bag in the box") after wiping it down as instructed with a disinfectant wipe that's provided with the kit, she muttered that I hadn't used the wipe to open the box lid with my fingers, and she just went "whatever." It seriously felt like I had insulted her or something, with how blatantly rude she was being. I didn't know how to be more polite than I already was being. Obviously this is a very COVID-specific experience, but I won't be coming back to this store. I never use the pharmacy at CVS in the first place, but this was a miserable and unnecessary interaction that should've just involved a simple correction for someone trying their best to get the test right. I have no idea what the pharmacy tech is going through--maybe she was just having a bad day. But even when, in that kind of healthcare-centric role, you just feel like screaming or taking off your "customer service face," it should never result in making another person feel so crummy when they're intentionally being extra nice due to the current circumstances. That's the ironic part of it: every interaction I have with any employees nowadays is almost syrupy sweet from how much I feel for them and want them to know that their work in a pandemic is appreciated. I truly don't know how this could've warranted such a mean-spirited testing experience. Anyway, it was a day-ruiner. If you're in need of a pharmacy and you'd rather not be belittled by staff that's clearly exhausted from this chaos, try the CVS off of Village Center instead. read more

Zero star. The employee named Kathi was really unprofessional and rude. So this morning, I was working an Instacart order with only 2 Binaxnow Covid test. One of the box was opened and damaged but I did not see until I went to the car and check it before delivering to my customer. So I went back inside the store to get a new box. I told Kathi the box was opened but she accused me of lying and kept saying the box wasn't opened at checkout. So I need weekly Covid tests for law school and this place has a rapid test right? Normally I go through drive throughs and it takes a solid minute and a half for PCRs but this time I was out of town and needed a result today so I booked a Rapid and drove here so I can head to my day job right after. Bruh. I been here an hour now, just sitting in the lobby at their random, inside-of-CVS doctor's office waiting for a physician, because somehow I have to have a full physical done for a rapid Covid test? They made me swipe my credit card to put on file before even scanning my insurance card and demanded I agree to pay whatever isn't covered and I'm thinking "oh okay it's a Covid test. Should be like $0.05." Now I'm thinking "Am I gonna get stuck paying a copay for a doctor's visit I didn't agree to?" Why wasn't that advertised?
