As it is understood, Max is very handy and knowledgeable with repairing ATV's but lacks any skill with lawnmowers or tractors. After over 5 weeks of excuses, no shows and an overall lack of integrity, I wouldn't leave a can opener for repair here. Several failed attempts have been made to replace a belt and a pulley system, further damaging the unit that is less that 3 years old with fewer than 50 hours. The response has resulted in the outfit denying any involvement in further damage to the equipment that was brought on and refusal to correct the issue or refund for labor costs. Don't waste your time!

We finally called the manufacturer for the nearest service center since the mower was still under warranty who referred us to Collin. Collin came to our home and looked over the mower, researched what the issue could be and ordered that part that was missing from the mower. Communication with Collin was awesome! I have been calling, emailing and texting for 3 days and the one guy in parts, Bruce, is almost impossible to reach, will not call me back, or email me, and acts like he is doing you a favor when you do finally get him on the phone. Any time you call, you get a recording and have to leave a message for someone to call you back. I found a dealer in Georgia that I am ordering parts from and very gladly will pay the extra shipping just to never have to deal with these people again. This place is horrible.

My experience was God-awful!! Poor customer service, broken promises, and poor communication. They state the turnaround time for repair is 10 days and you'll be contacted. I waited nearly 20 days with no contact!! I had to call them for an update only to find out minimum work had been done. They very seldom answer the phone. The owner lied stating I'd get a return call on a completion that never happened. After nearly a month, I decided to just go and pick my weed eater up. It looked just like it did when it was dropped off!! As a Christian I usually not outspoken, but this ordeal is unacceptable and disgraceful. I' had high expectations that wasn't close to being met. It was like going to Chic-fil- an and getting McDonald's service!!! I definitely wouldn't go back nor recommend. If you do, please don't say you weren't warned!!!
